(Closed) 裸餐酒 (Naked Bistro) 是 2017新開幕的台北東區餐酒館之一, 是由之前 “裸市集 Naked Market” 團隊經營.
(Closed) Naked Bistro is one of the newly-opened Bistros at Taipei East District. It is operated by the well-known “Naked Market” team.

餐廳交通相當便利, 在 Lady M 旗艦店旁的巷弄裡, 斗大黑色“裸餐酒”字在銀灰色外牆上, 落地窗與木色系大門跟 鬍子餐酒 ( Baffi Italian Trattoria ) 相似, 室內裝潢簡約, 一走進門即是櫃台, 等服務生帶位, 中島位置是高腳椅, 兩邊皆是舒適的沙發區, 跟 Musée Kitchen & Bar 和 Tame Moose 一樣以小資女居多, 但食材則是以 之前民生社區的 “裸市集 Naked Market” 理念進行挑選, 換句話說, 食材是精挑細選不馬虎.
Naked Bistro is located near Lady M Cake Shop. The outdoor design is similar with Baffi Italian Trattoria. The high chair area is in the middle behind the chair. The sofa area are on both sides. Customer base, which is similar with Musée Kitchen & Bar 和 Tame Moose, are females. As for food ingredient, since they operated Naked Market before, I truly believe that they use high quality food ingredients.

兩片歐式厚切五穀堅果麵包帶有豐富麥香味, 單吃的口感不會乾硬, 最讓我驚喜的是裸餐酒 (Naked Bistro) 搭配的煙燻風味奶油, 米色奶油質地軟, 上方灑著適量的黑褐色焦蔥,抹上此款奶油的麵包相當美味, 煙燻鹹風味與奶油香味卻不互相抵觸, 跟 Chou Chou 法國高級餐廳的鹽之花奶油ㄧ樣精彩.
Two thick sliced wheat breads are full of wheat aroma. The texture is not dry nor hard. The most surprising part would be the smoky butter. Beige color butter’s texture is soft and yet full of smoky aroma. It is as perfect as Chou Chou French Restaurant’s Fleur de sel butter.
焦化奶油花椰菜濃湯
English Name: Creamy Broccoli Soup

如同名稱, 濃稠度偏高, 花椰菜不只有花頭部分還有帶梗, 口感並不會過硬, 店長/服務生告知灑在湯裡少許紅色粉末是法國辣椒粉 (Paprika?), 但其實奶油風味已遠遠蓋住刺激味蕾的辣椒粉, 整體表現算不錯.
As the name stated, the soup broth is thick. The broccoli texture is not hard, which is good. I was informed that the red powder at the soup surface is French pepper powder (Paprika?). However, the creamy flavor overcomes the supposed spicy flavor. Generally speaking, the soup tastes delicious.
番茄小卷義大利麵

義大利麵均勻地沾滿赤紅色的醬, 原本以為只是單純的番茄紅醬, 並沒有注意有加墨西哥辣椒, 吃第一口就跟當初吃 ”Gumgum Beer & Wings 雞翅啤酒吧“的美豚蒜蒜麵相似, 讓只吃“小辣”的我有點難以招架, 已建議店家將 “辣椒圖示“放在菜單上, 若能選擇辣度會更好. 喝著店家提供的水緩衝刺激感, 出乎意料之外 , 口感Q 彈的炙燒小卷居然有滿滿海鮮風味, 絲毫不受辣椒的影響, 我會推薦 裸餐酒 (Naked Bistro) 跟 “小卷”有關的料理.
This cuisine is spicy, which the waitress forgot to mention. However, they will revise the menu by adding “spicy logo” on the menu. The first taste at the pasta stimulate the taste buds due to the mexican pepper. It reminds me of eating another spicy pasta at “Gumgum Beer & Wings”. I was surprised that the grilled squid is full of seafood aroma, which the spices didn’t cover. I would recommend their grilled squid related cuisine.
巧克力酥冰淇淋與冰紅茶
English Name: Ice Cream and Ice Black Tea

當酒漬櫻桃遇上巧克力酥是個相當適合的搭配, 冰紅茶的吸管是跟 “休習日” 一樣是用環保不鏽鋼吸管.
Glace cherry meats chocolate chips are perfect match. The black tea straw is environment-friendly, which is similar with “ Z Day Cafe”
