I like the white flowers aroma at the beginning. The palate can sense pear, green apple, and citrus flavors. The distinct part would be the full bodies with mild acidity. It pairs great with Japanese sushi rice with acidity.

The Brut Premier is light golden color with long lasting bubbles. Its pear, green apple and zesty citrus flavors are long lasting. Louis Roederer is one of my favorite Champagne brands.

Current Tasting Description:
The aroma is splendid. There are fair amount of fresh fruity aroma and flavor, mostly strawberry. I immediately stated that this wine is my favorite wine of the day. I would recommend to everyone, especially beginners.

Obviously, I wrote this red wine because it is from Bulgaria. It is aged in French Oak for 9 ~ 12 months. You can sense the remix of black berry, cherry , herbs aroma and flavors. Other experienced wine lovers might call this red wine plain. But, since it is my first time drinking Bulgaria wine, it is quite an interesting experience.

Many Taiwanese like Burgundy Red Wines. This particular red wine has soft tannin. The cherry / red berry aroma is obvious along with small amount of mixed spices. It is not long lasting.

Long time ago, I purchased 2014 La Crema Monterey Chardonnay from Taiwan Costco. La Crema brand is quite famous in Taiwan. This time, the Pinot Noir is quite remarkable too. With soft tannin , you can sense the raspberry along with cherry aroma and flavor. Easy to drink for generals. It is suitable for pairing since it wont overcome the main course’s flavor.

I tried both TWR Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. I prefer Chardonnay since it was a excellent pairing options.In Taiwan, TWR is also a popular brand other than Cloudy Bay. The full wine body along with sharp acidity has also honey and apricot flavors. It pairs well with the seafood flavor dishes.

Cloudy Bay brand is very popular in Taiwan. I always like Cloudy Bay. Since I tasted 2021 and 2023 and took notes. I prefer 2021 , which are all sold out in Taiwan. The acidity is mild instead of sharp. With the complex tropical aroma, the most distinct guava and peach flavor is lovable.

At the pairing menu, the PX wine is always considered as the dessert wine. This particular wine is kept and served in the right temperature. The palate can sense fair amount of dried fig and honey aroma and flavor. The sweet level is medium sweet, which is joyful with long finish. If you are appointed to bring dessert wine, this one should be a good option.
