因為我吃過許多台北餐酒館, 也寫了一篇 85家 + 的台北餐酒館懶人包, 我終於在今天寫了這篇台北五大餐酒館推薦! 這篇文章裡的餐酒館是我精挑細選, 請注意這篇排名會更新.
較為嚴格的台北餐酒館定義

✅ 氛圍比較適合朋友聚餐, 可盡情地聊天
Because I taste many Taipei Bistros, I wrote an article regarding Taipei Bistro Guide with 85 + Bistros. I finally wrote Top 5 Taipei Bistro Recommendation. I selected the top 5 under much strict Bistro definition.

饕客們都知道非瓶菜單是 Gen Creative 主廚們所研發, 有許多美味單點菜餚頗具特色, 甜點也很出色, 多款單杯葡萄酒是 Wine on Tap. 我會建議吃晚餐, 而不是吃中午時段
Foodies know that Bottless Bistro menu is designed by “Gen Creative” chefs. There are quite a few creative and delicious dishes. The desserts are tasty as well. Various single glass wines are Wine on Tap. I would suggest to eat at Dinner time instead of Lunch time.

Allez Bistro 來酒館 是台北餐酒館推薦之一 , 升級廚房設備後, 我二訪品嚐 Allez Bistro 菜單的午餐套餐, 龍眼木炭烤美國 Prime 等級肋眼牛排令人驚艷.
Allez Bistro is one of the Taipei Bistro recommendation. After the kitchen upgrade, I revisit and taste Allen Bistro Lunch Set menu. The logan wood roasted US Prime Ribeye Steak is surprisingly impressive.

黑馬小廚是 2023 新開幕的台北義大利餐廳, 也是台北餐酒館推薦之一, 除了招牌 Chorizo 炒小卷, 黑馬小廚菜單也有手工義大利麵與單杯酒.
Heyma Restaurant is 2023 new Taipei Italian Restaurant. It is one of the Taipei Bistro recommendation. Besides Squid with Chorizo dish, they also offer home-made pasta and single glass of wine.

Top 2 Parko Parco
應該很多人很驚訝我會把 Parko Parco 義大利小酒館 放在推薦名單上, Parko Parco 座位不多, 市內座位適合 2 ~ 3 人來用餐, 戶外座位可坐四人. 菜單最特別的是有好吃的平價義大利牛肚包, 也有小黑板 Today’s Special. 酒單有精釀啤酒與紅白酒.
Many people are surprised that I put “Parko Parco Bistro” on the recommendation list. There aren’t much seats at Parko Parco, which would only be suitable for 2 ~ 3 people. Four people can sit at the outdoor seats. The most special part would be the delicious price-friendly Stewed Tripe Panini. They also have Today’s Special on the little black board. The alcohol menu has draft beers and wines.

Top 1 草頭西餐酒館
搬家後重新開幕的 草頭西餐酒館 是2021 台北新開幕餐廳美食 , 多數饕客都知道草頭西訂位困難, 草頭西菜單與酒單也不定期更換, 現流海鮮是必點.
After moving and reopening, Catouxi Bistro becomes one of the 2021 Taipei new restaurants. It is difficult to reserve seats. Catouxi menu and alcohol menu sometimes would change. Seafood cuisine is must-order dish.
