栗林裏 Li Lin Li 常被誤會是單純的台北盤式甜點店. 栗林裏菜單構思與呈現已接近 Fine Dining 料理套餐. 這次一訪是 2025 春季中午套餐.
Li Lin Li is often mistaken for a Taipei Plated Dessert Shop. Li Lin Li menu philosophy and execution is much closer to a fine dining tasting experience. This visit was for their 2025 Spring Lunch Tasting Menu.

前言 Preface – Must Read ⭐

我以為 栗林裏 Li Lin Li 像 ” HUGH Dessert Dining “ , 都是蛋糕甜點類型的套餐. 後來因為 “栗林裏早餐計畫” 主題 , 我才發現原來栗林裏菜單構想是介於甜點與料理之間. 換句話說, 平常不太吃甜點的人也是可以考慮來吃!
At first, I assumed Li Lin Li would be similar to “HUGH Dessert Dining”, which its set menu is built entirely around cakes and sweets. It wasn’t until they launched their Li Lin Li Breakfast Project. The project menu that blurs the lines between dessert and cuisine. In other words, even those who aren’t typically drawn to sweets will find the dishes at Li Lin Li worth exploring.

栗林裏 訂位與捷運

Li Lin Li Reservation and MRT

栗林裏的地址是台北市中山區北安路630巷25弄1號. 靠近大直捷運站3號出口.栗林裏店面在北安路上, 很有辨識度. 栗林裏營業時間比較特別 , 星期一也有營業. 栗林裏訂位是用 inline (Link) . 算是台北預約困難的餐廳之一.
Li Lin Li is located at No. 1, Lane 25, Alley 630, Bei’an Road, Zhongshan District, Taipei. It is about 10 minutes walking distance from Dazhi MRT Station. The storefront is actually located on Bei’an Road, which is easy to spot. Uniquely, the restaurant is open on Mondays. Reservations are made via inline (link ). Li Lin Li is not easy to reserve though.

Li Lin Li Menu Price

栗林裏 inline ( LINK) 都有寫價格細節. 每週五至週一(午餐/下午茶/晚餐時段).

主要是用餐時間分為三個時段
✅12:30-14:30: 提供 Tasting menu [ 我一訪吃的時段與 Tasting Menu]
✅15:30-17:30: 提供 Tasting menu
✅19:30-21:30: 提供 Parfait set menu

✅ Tasting menu: NTD $2,200+10%/ 人. 內含九道甜點及一杯茶或咖啡。
✅ Parfait set menu: NTD $1,500+10%/人. 提供完整的晚餐菜單,內含鹹主食、湯品、三杯parfait、現烤常溫蛋糕和一杯茶或咖啡。

備註: 下次再訪會選晚餐時段 NTD $1500+10%/人.

Full pricing details are available on their inline reservation page. The restaurant operates Friday through Monday, with both lunch, afternoon and dinner services.

Service is divided into three distinct seatings:
12:30–14:30: Tasting Menu ( I visited this time)
✅ 15:30–17:30: Tasting Menu
✅ 19:30–21:30: Parfait Set Menu

Tasting Menu: NTD $2,200 +10% / person. It includes 9 dessert-inspired courses and a choice of tea or coffee.
✅ Parfait Set Menu NTD $1,500 +10%/person. Featuring savory mains, soup, three parfaits, a freshly baked room-temperature cake, and a drink.

Note: I plan to try the evening Parfait Set Menu at NTD $1,500 +10%/person at my next visit.

 

Mix and Match 概念

Li Lin Li Mix and Match Concept

這ㄧ季菜單是 2025 年春季 . 主題是 EARTH. 栗林裏主廚們 Wise 與 Sylvia 選用的食材名單與 Mix and Match Concept 很特別.
This season’s menu is for Spring 2025, which its theme is “EARTH”. Li Lin Li’s chefs, Wise and Sylvia, used a list of special ingredients and Mix and Match concept for this season.

 

檳榔花 & 白蘆筍

Betel Nut Flower

在 “ 蜂蜜 Honey / 甘酒 Amasake / 蘆筍 Asparagus “ 菜餚裡 , 圖ㄧ的檳榔花我只在 “logy” 吃過. 檳榔花裝飾不僅增加純白優雅美感, 更增加口感. 白蘆筍薄切片展現刀工細緻. 白蘆筍食材通常只出現在台北 Fine DIning 餐廳. 而且在白蘆筍切片撒上京都淡雪鹽. 碗底的冰淇淋則是乳清與白蘆筍跟甘酒製成.
The betel nut flower featured in the “Honey / Amasake / Asparagus” dish. Its delicate white blossoms not only elevate the plate’s visual elegance, but also add an unexpected layer of texture.The thinly sliced white asparagus showcases refined knife skills. White asparagus ingredient typically appears in Taipei’s high-end fine dining restaurants. The chef also spreads Kyoto snow salt on the white asparagus. The ice cream was make with whey, amasake, and white asparagus.

皇帝豆

Lima Bean

皇帝豆並不常見於台北西式餐廳的料理. 我上次品嚐到這食材,已是許久以前在 ”JE Kitchen“ . 在 “甜豆 Peas / 香瓜 Melon / 優格 Yogurt” 菜餚裡, 主廚巧妙地將完整的皇帝豆藏於盤中.
Lima beans (also known as butter beans) are rarely seen on the menus of Western restaurants in Taipei. The last time I encountered this ingredient was quite some time ago at “JE Kitchen”. In the dish titled “Peas / Melon / Yogurt”, the chef cleverly conceals whole lima beans within the plate, creating a subtle surprise that adds both substance and character to the composition.

Fine Dining等級的玉米濃湯

Fine Dining Level Corn Soup

我知道玉米聽起來很平凡. 在 “玉米 Corn / 紅蘿蔔 Carrot / 咖啡 Coffee” 菜餚裡, 主廚們善用玉米做出濃稠玉米湯. 加上甜點主廚們熟悉的香緹鮮奶油 (Crème Chantilly). 再以金箔作為點綴. 香緹鮮奶油與玉米濃湯一起入口, 美味且印象深刻.
I know corn might sound rather ordinary at first. However in “Corn / Carrot / Coffee” , Li Lin Li chefs showcase their finesse by transforming it into a luxuriously thick corn soup. The dish is crowned with a dollop of crème Chantilly, a touch more familiar element in the world of pastry. They also finished soup with a delicate touch of golden foil for visual elegance. The airly Chantilly cream and corn soup create a rich, flavorful harmony, which is unexpectedly delicious and memorably refined.

 

自製馬鈴薯麵疙瘩

Self-Made Potato Gnocchi

我在 “CHA CHA THÉ CUISINE” 與 “SAPORI 義品味小餐屋 ” 都吃過馬鈴薯麵疙瘩. 這次在栗林裏的 “馬鈴薯 Potato / 鹽漬櫻花 Salt-Pickled Sakura / 櫻花蝦 Sergestid Shrimp ” 菜餚 , 很驚訝可以吃到店家自製的馬鈴薯麵疙瘩. 主廚們有特別講解 , 運用帕達諾起司,蛋黃,麵粉與馬鈴薯泥製成麵疙瘩.口感外酥內軟, 且非常美味. 完全是我心目中的 Top 1 馬鈴薯麵疙瘩.
I have had potato gnocchi at CHA CHA THÉ CUISINE and “SAPORI”. I was surprised to encounter freshly made gnocchi at Li Lin Li. In their dish: “Potato / Salt-Pickled Sakura / Sergestid Shrimp” , the chefs shared that the gnocchi were crafted in-house using a blend of Parmesan Padano, egg yolk, flour, and potato purée. A texture that’s crisp on the outside, soft and tender on the inside is delicious. It becomes my Top 1 gnocchi in Taipei City.

鵪鶉蛋

Quail eggs

主廚們不說, 我其實不會想到會有鵪鶉蛋在這一道菜餚裡. 搭配馬鈴薯麵疙瘩是有趣的組合.
If the chefs hadn’t pointed it out, I honestly wouldn’t have realized there was a quail egg hidden in this dish. Pairing it with the potato gnocchi was an unexpected and playful touch. It is an interesting combination that added both richness and surprise.

 

綠竹筍春捲

Bamboo Spring Roll

當看到 “辛香蔥 Onion / 竹筍 Bamboo / 白味噌 Miso ” 在菜單上 , 很好奇竹筍食材如何呈現. 主廚提到綠竹筍食材是來自屏東九如. 春捲裡的內餡並不是筍絲, 而是帶殼整支煮完再分切的長方形筍塊. 再裹西京白味增跟花生粉包進春捲裡炸. 不僅有創意, 且口感扎實且比預期地美味.
When I saw “Onion / Bamboo / White Miso” on the menu, I was curious about how the bamboo would be presented.The chef explained that the bamboo ingredient is sourced from Pingtung. Rather than using the common shredded bamboo, they opted for whole bamboo shoots. They cooked with the shell on, then sliced into rectangular blocks. These were then wrapped with Saikyo white miso and ground peanuts, rolled into spring rolls, and deep-fried.The result was not only creative, but also surprisingly satisfying in texture and flavor. It is far more delicious than I had expected.

 

四季春茶粉

Sijichun Tea Powder

主廚們將台灣四季春茶粉作為抹茶型態. 製作成四季春茶風味費南雪,再撒四季春茶粉, 充滿台灣風格.
The chefs used Taiwanese Sijichun Tea Powderin a matcha-like form. They made Sijichun Tea flavored financier. A final dusting of the same tea powder on top further enhanced the presentation. The result is a delicate pastry with a distinctly Taiwanese character and charm.

 

自製佛卡夏

Self-Made Focaccia

我本來沒預期栗林裏會有麵包出現在菜單. 佛卡夏烤好後端出, 切好到客人面前時都還是熱騰騰.
I hadn’t expected to see bread on the menu at Li Lin Li. To my surprise, a freshly baked focaccia was served. It arrived at the table steaming, already sliced and ready to enjoy—an unexpected yet comforting addition to the tasting experience.

1.  Regardless of your choice, the menu concludes with a cup of tea or coffee.
