龍少爺港式海鮮 訂位

Lung Shan Yeh Restaurant Reservation

龍少爺港式海鮮餐廳地址是台北市中山區中山北路二段93巷7號. 2025 年 4 月是一週七天皆有營業. 訂位透過 inline 連結 (Link). 餐廳座位區有大桌也有 4 ~ 6 人座位. 店員服務不錯且會幫忙分菜.
Lung Shan Yeh Cantonese Seafood is located at No. 7, Lane 93, Section 2, Zhongshan North Road, Zhongshan District, Taipei City. As of April 2025, the restaurant is opened seven days a week. Reservations are available via inline (Link). Seating includes both large banquet-style round tables and smaller 4–6 person tables. Restaurant staffs will assist with portioning dishes tableside.

This time, my friends and I selected NTD $2500/person “custom-made”  set.

 

澳洲龍蝦上湯干炒伊麵

Stir-Fried Noodles with Australian Lobster
Foodelicious: 👍👍👍👍

此道菜餚需預訂, 且海鮮為時價. 選用的澳洲龍蝦肉質彈牙不錯吃.伊麵口感偏軟. 每一口伊麵都是經典的鹹香. 海鮮風味反倒成為亮眼的配角. 如果是大桌宴客, 這一道龍蝦上湯伊麵是不錯的選擇.
This dish features Australian lobster with delightfully bouncy texture. The noodles are on the softer side, richly seasoned with savory flavors. The seafood flavor is less impressive though. However, this dish is a good choice for banquets or special occasions.

 

椒鹽蒜香南非鮑魚

Garlic Salt & Pepper South African Abalone

椒鹽風味與四季豆雖然偏台式 , 但是意外地很合我的口味. 南非鮑魚口感嫩且事先切是優點. 如果宴客, 這一道鮑魚是不錯的選擇.
Despite leaning toward a more Taiwanese flavor profile, with salt, pepper, garlic, and stir-fried string beans, this dish really works. The South African abalone is tender and comes pre-sliced for convenience. If it is for treating the guests, this abalone dish is a good choice.

 

荔蓉釀帶子

Deep Fried Taro Scallops
Foodelicious: 👍👍👍

荔蓉釀帶子是干貝釀入芋泥再進行酥炸. 口感比預期地軟, 我個人反而比較喜歡酥脆. 芋泥細緻綿. 微甜芋頭的香氣蓋住干貝鮮味. 我並沒有再淋上蒜蓉薑蔥香菇醬. 此道菜餚需要預訂, 建議一人一個.
These scallops are wrapped in smooth mashed taro and deep-fried. While the taro is fine-textured and slightly sweet, it does mask the natural brininess of the scallops. The exterior could be crispier for better contrast. Pre-order is required, and I recommend one piece per person.

 

 

膏蟹蒸肉餅

Steamed Minced Pork Patty with Roe Crab
Foodelicious: 👍👍👍

螃蟹菜餚 Display 適合宴客. 建議將盤底精華淋在肉餅上. 一入口即可感受到肉餅的嫩滑. 味蕾也可感受到蟹肉賦予的海鮮風味.只是希望能有荸薺 (Water Chestnut ) 的脆口感藏在肉餅裡.
Visually striking and banquet-appropriate, this dish shines when you drizzle the crab-infused jus over the pork patty. The texture is soft, and the umami of the crab elevates the flavor. Personally, I would have liked some water chestnut for an added crisp bite.

 

 

臘味煲仔飯

Sticky Rice with Preserved Meats

如果不想點龍蝦上湯干炒伊麵, 可考慮點臘味煲仔飯來搭配其他菜餚.
If you’re not in the mood for the lobster noodles, this is a hearty alternative to pair with other dishes.

 

招牌生抽蝦

生抽蝦不會過於油膩. 品嚐時有酥脆聲響.
Light and non-greasy. A satisfying crunch accompanies each bite.

 

 

鹽焗脆皮雞

Salt-Baked Crispy Skin Chicken
Foodelicious: 👍👍👍

鹽焗脆皮雞並不會偏重口味.
Surprisingly restrained in saltiness. Balanced flavor overall.

 

 

黑蒜燉雞湯

Black Garlic Stewed Chicken Soup
Foodelicious: 👍👍👍

需兩天前預訂. 如果不想喝濃郁類型的雞湯, 可考慮預訂這一道雞湯.
You would need to reserve two days ago. For those seeking a lighter soup option, this black garlic chicken broth is a refined and soothing choice.

山楂香醋骨

Hawthorn and Vinegar Glazed Pork Ribs

相較於其他菜餚, 此道山楂香醋骨並沒有很出色.
Compared to other standout dishes, this one didn’t leave a strong impression.
