Abvless Bar MRT and Information
一時無酉 Abvless 離中山捷運站四號出口約 10 ~ 15 分鐘路程, 地點隱密很容易錯過,與 “和合青田” 有著相似的老宅建築概念 , 實際上在這棟日式老宅裡也有其他商店, 一時無酉則在走廊盡頭, 彷彿進入另一個世界, 這應該就是所謂的日式美學設計 – 日式侘寂美學（wabi sabi), 文青感十足.
Abvless Bar Taipei is about 10 ~ 15 minutes walking distance near Zhongshan MRT station Exit 4. The location is quite private and has the same building design concept as “HeHe QingTian”. In fact, there are other stores inside this building too. Abvless Bar is just one of the stores. The bar design is the so-called Japanese Wabi Sabi style without any fancy and trendy character.

About Abvess Bar Reservation & Minimum Charge
一時無酉裡只有六個座位, 不接受訂位, 酒吧並沒有固定酒單, 老闆會詢問客人想喝哪種無酒精調酒, 我文章裡的價格僅供參考. 雖然不限時, 低消則是每一小時一杯飲品. 為了酒吧品質, 老闆還特別做了一張圖讓尚未來過酒吧的人們看 (如圖), 可以說一目瞭然.
There are only 6 seats at the bar. They don’t accept reservation and there is no menu. The owner aka the bartender would as the customer who type of mocktail that the guests want. The unit price in my article list just for reference. Even though there is no time limit, the minimum charge is one drink per hour. Due to keep the bar quality, the owner also edits a picture to show its clear policy (See pic).

Alcohol-Removed Chardonnay Mocktail

名稱雖然是香檳, 實際上主要是 無酒精 Chardonnay 與冷泡碧螺春, 最特別的是打入二氧化碳, 造就有香檳泡泡的視覺感, 喝一口時, 碧螺春淡雅茶香再搭配白葡萄微酸甜果香, 我很喜歡這種乾淨俐落的無調酒飲品, 並不會以五顏六色來取勝. NTD $300 很值得, 我個人很推薦這款無酒精調酒.
Even though the Chinese name is Taiwanese Green Tea Champagne, there isn’t any champagne involved. The Champagne indicates the bubbles, which the bartender inserted CO2 to create the effect. The Taiwanese green tea flavor has fair amount of elegant tea flavor along with small amount fruity and acidity. I like the clean mocktail with tasty flavor instead of colorful mocktail. NTD $300 is worth it. I would definitely recommend this mocktail.

一時無酉 Abvless 老闆會在調酒前與客人聊天溝通, 會依照客人的想法來做調酒, 自從在 “Trio Cafe” 喝過茶類調酒, 總覺得在台灣應該都要點茶調酒才比較特別. 在做這款調酒時, 老闆有很細心地將冰塊形狀弄得方正且無雜質. 這款調酒主要是麥茶, 加入適量 Seedlip 蒸餾無酒精, 喝起來有著濃郁的木質調, 很特別.
Since I drank Tea Cocktail at “Trio Cafe”, I feel that we should all order Tea Cocktails at Taiwan. Also, the ice cube is bar-quality, which is clear and in-shape. The mocktail is Barley Tea with fair amount of Seedlip Brand Distilled Non-Alcoholic Spirits. The overall taste is quite wood aroma and herbal flavor. It is quite special.

紅茶調酒

其實一時無酉 Abvless 也有賣酒精調酒, 這杯紅茶調酒基酒則是來自日本佐賀的紅茶小酒, 酒精濃度只有 16%, London Dry Gin 酒精濃度則是 40%, 整體琴酒風味較為濃郁, 有微蓋過紅茶的茶香.
Abvless Bar also offers cocktail, which contains alcohol base. This back tea cocktail base is black tea alcohol from Japan, which has 16% ABV. The London Dry Gin is ABV 40%. Overall the gin flavor covers the black tea flavor a bit.
