(結束營業) 台北 RADICI 餐廳 是 迪化街美食 之一, 也是 台北義式餐酒館, 中庭花園與洋樓建築頗有特色, RADICI 與 Anima Taipei 是同一位義籍主廚老闆.
(Closed Down) RADICI restaurant is one of the Taipei Dadaocheng restaurants. It is also a Taipei Italian Bistro. Anima and Radici are both belonged to the same owner.

Radici 餐廳住址是台北市大同區迪化街一段197號, 離大橋頭捷運站 1 號 or 1 A號大概15 分鐘, 會經過 “豐舍 B.B.R Restaurant” , 實際上,Radici 餐廳這裡以前是孔雀餐酒館的舊址 , 佔地頗大, 會先進入 Elementi 咖啡店, Radici 餐廳則是在後方, 中庭花園的戶外座位則是共用. Radici 訂位用 inline ( https://reurl.cc/7DYlR9 ) . 這次我們有六人, 是以刷菜單方式, 此篇文章菜單是 2022. 4月, 也許未來會換菜單.
Radici restaurant address is No. 197 , 1 section, Dihuan Street, Datong District, Taipei City. It is about 15 minutes walking distance from Daqiaotou MRT Station Exit 1 or 1A. You will walking pass “B.B.R Restaurant”. In the front, it is “Elementi Coffee shop”. Radici restaurant is at the back of the coffee shop. Both customers can share the outdoor garden seating area. You would need to reserve via inline ( https://reurl.cc/7DYlR9 ). We have six people and basically order most of the menu dishes. This article menu is dated on April, 2022. Maybe they will change the menu in the future.

原本以為是像 “又一間商行”的炸小卷圓圈外型, 遠看我還以為是炸肉排, 孰不知是未切的炸小卷, 朋友協助分食, 品嚐起來並沒有預期地酥脆, 反而比較類似燉煮小卷, 義大利佩科里諾羅馬諾乳酪 ( Pecorino Romano ) 是羊奶乳酪, 這款小卷適合奶香十足的乳酪沾醬, 此道菜餚頗具特色.
I thought that this dish would be similar with “Yu Yi Jian Spaghetti Restaurant“ ’s calamari. From the appearance, I thought that it was fried pork chop. Instead, it is uncut fried squid. The calamari pairs well with milky Pecorino Romano goat cheese dip sauce.

麵包搭配初榨橄欖油一直都是不錯的組合.
Breads and EVOO is always a good combination.

 

紅甘魚, 金柑, 洋蔥

菜餚視覺上很像我之前在 “Malavida 餐廳 “吃到的生胭脂紅蝦薄片, 這一道菜餚 的金柑果香風味與紅甘魚的海鮮風味意外地搭配, 不錯吃, 建議六人分享, 一人一片試口味.
The appearance looks similar with the Red Prawn Carpaccio that I tasted at “Malavida”. The kumquat is full of fruity flavor and pairs great with the seafood flavor from the ombrina fish. It is decent. Each person can taste one slice of fish at this dish.

蘆筍 , 芝麻葉, 帕瑪火腿

把這一道想像成有蘆筍與芝麻葉的沙拉菜餚即可, 份量比較適合 2 ~ 3 人分食.
Just imagine this dish as a salad dish with asparagus and arugula. The quantity is suitable for 2 ~ 3 people to share.

 

牛肉塔塔, 酸豆, 脆餅

在台北可以吃到日本牛肉塔塔 (類似 “和牛 47” ) , 也可以吃到西式牛肉塔塔, Radici 餐廳的牛肉塔塔菜餚比較偏家庭式料理 (類似 “LouLou Dining Express” ), 只是我個人是比較喜歡細緻類型的牛肉塔塔. “Molino de Urdániz 渥達尼斯磨坊” 的牛肉塔塔則是比較細緻偏 Fine Dining,
You can taste Japanese Wagyu Tartare ( “Wagyu 47” ) and also Western style Beef tartare. However, Radici beef tartare is toward the Family cuisine, similar at “Loulou Dining“. But, I prefer the fine dining style beef tartare at “Molino de Urdániz”.

鰹魚, 酸豆, 豬肉

我上次吃以鰹魚為主角的菜餚是在 “小後苑 Backyard Jr. ”, 這次在 Radici 吃到的鰹魚反倒不像主角, 整體吃起來的印象沒有很深刻.
Last time I ate Bonito was at “Backyard Jr.”. This time at Radici restaurant, bonito doesn’t seem to be the main character. Overall, this dish doesn’t have much impression though.

牛骨髓, 乳酪, 巴薩米克醋

牛骨髓食材在許多西式餐廳都可以吃到, 例如 “at ease by Paul Lee” . RADICI 起司燉飯濃稠度與之前 “ 義瑪卡多 IL Mercato “燉飯濃稠度一樣 , 是我喜歡的燉飯類型, 反倒乳酪奶香蓋住牛骨髓鹹香, 這道 NTD $450 可以點來 2 ~ 3 人分享.
You can taste bone marrow ingredients in many restaurants – For example “at ease by Paul Lee”. Radici cheese risotto is as thick as “IL Mercato” risotto, which is delicious and my dream risotto. However, the milky flavor from the cheese covers the bone marrow salty flavor. This dish is NTD $450 and suitable for 2 ~ 3 people to share.

胭脂蝦, 糖漬檸檬,瑞可塔起司

Prawn , Candied Lemon, Ricotta

也許是因為糖漬檸檬的甜酸風味, 這一道的瑞可塔起司並沒有完全蓋住胭脂蝦, 味蕾可以品嚐到微薄海鮮風味.
Maybe because of the candied lemon, the ricotta cheese didnt completely cover the slight seafood flavor from the Prawn.

論義大利海鮮料理, 我覺得台北做得最好的是 “PASTi Trattoria”. Radici 這一道魚料理的嫩口感不錯吃, 只是沒有記憶點.
As for Italian seafood dish, the best restaurant would be “PASTi Trattoria”. This fish texture is tender but overall this dish is average.

牛小排, 紅蘿蔔, 羽衣甘藍

除了海鮮與沙拉, 通常朋友們也會想要點紅肉類, 牛小排的嫩度不錯.
Besides seafood and salad, usually, friends might want to order red meat. The rib tastes good.

千層麵, 鴨肉, 白夏美醬

台北很多義大利餐廳有提供千層麵 (例如 : “Fermi Pasta” ), RADICI 千層麵外型偏義大利現代料理, 法式白夏美醬也與預期地不同, 我個人是比較喜歡傳統義大利千層麵的蕃茄底醬.
Many Taipei Italian restaurant offers Lasagna (For example: “Fermi Pasta” ). Radici Lasagna is toward Italian Modern cuisine. The French Bechamel sauce is an expected twist. I still prefer the traditional tomato base Lasagna sauce.

我個人本來就不太喜歡吃米蘭炸豬排.

我個人比較喜歡 “Solo Pasta “ 的拿坡里燉章魚.
I still prefer the stewed octopus from “Solo Pasta”.

因為太多台北咖啡甜點店與義大利餐廳都有在賣提拉米蘇, 我個人依舊喜歡 “Simple Kaffa Coffee 興波咖啡旗艦店” 的四種酒提拉米蘇.
There are too many coffee shops and Italian restaurants offering Tiramisu. I still prefer “Simple Kaffa Coffee” Tiramisu.

請注意這次吃的是 2022.4月菜單, 以後可能會換菜單, 請注意以下重點:

✅ RADICI 賣單點, Anima 賣的是套餐
✅ RADICI 有許多料理有義大利乳酪輔佐, 建議點的時候不要點太多起司料理
✅ 建議四人到 RADICI 用餐即可
✅ 我個人比較希望 RADICI 餐廳的菜餚更有特色.

This time my friends and I tried 2022 April menu, which might change in the future. Please note the following:

✅ RADICI offers single order dish. Anima offers set.
✅ Some RADICI dishes have Italian cheese. Don’t order too much cheese dishes
✅ I would only suggest 4 people to dine at RADICI restaurant
✅ I would wish that RADICI restaurant dishes have more unique characters.
