SHAN SHAN CHA Reservation and Information
山山來茶位於台北松菸誠品 3樓, 座位不會過於擁擠, 有長桌和高腳椅, 也有最受歡迎的窗邊沙發座, 可看到台北 101. 山山來茶是台灣茶品牌, 對於一般消費者的認知, 比起其他茶品牌 (例如王德傳或天仁名茶) , 山山來茶顯得低調. 其實山山來茶早就是台灣高級餐飲界的茶品首選,使用自然農法來耕種的山山來茶品牌則受到高標準主廚們青睞, “Gen Creative” , “50/50” , “Bottleless“, “MUME ” 與 “Fireplay Taipei” 都是用山山來茶的茶葉, 山山來茶松菸店建議用電話訂位 ( 02-6636-5888 #1508 ). 這次坐在窗邊沙發一邊喝茶聊天, 一邊吃招牌茶鬆餅!
SHAN SHAN CHA is located at 3F of Eslite Spectrum Songyan Store. The seating is quite comfortable with enough spaces. There are long tables and high chairs. There are also popular seats near the windows, which can see the Taipei 101 View easily. SHAN SHAN CHA is a Taiwanese Tea Brand, which has low profile among the consumers. What people don’t know that SHAN SHAN CHA Tea brand is used by high-end restaurants – “MUME”, “Gen Creative”, “50/50“, “Bottleless“, and “Fireplay Taipei”. The main reason would be all SHAN SHAN CHA Tea are all grow with natural farming method, which means no fertilizer in all natural growing environment. I would suggest to call SHAN SHAN CHA Tea Songyan Store (02-6636-5888 #1508) to reserve. This time, I chat, drink tea and eat waffle near the window.

我上次吃鬆餅是在 “豆咖啡 Bean Cafe”, 這次在山山來茶松菸店吃到的是麻糬鬆餅, 搭配蜜漿選擇有許多款茶蜜 – 山山烏龍茶蜜, 東方美人茶蜜, 阿薩姆茶蜜, 蜜香紅茶茶蜜, 我是選蜜香紅茶茶蜜. 店員端上心型鬆餅, 冰淇淋與整齊蘋果切片放滿放整齊在餐盤, 撒上少許茶葉碎末在餐盤邊緣. 鬆餅裡的麻糬有些不足, 但是我完全專注在那杯茶蜜, 倒入濃稠茶蜜, 忍不住先單獨嚐了一口茶蜜, 在適量甜度裡帶有一抹茶香, 蜜香紅茶茶蜜與鬆餅一起入口, 茶香依舊是主角. 山山來茶松菸店低消是一杯飲料, 我會建議 2 ~ 4 人點這一份不錯吃的鬆餅.
Last time I have waffle is at “Bean Cafe”. This time, I have this Mochi Waffle at SHAN SHAN CHA. There are many options of pairing tea sugar, which includes Oolong Tea Sugar, Oriental Beauty Tea Sugar, Assam Black Tea and Honey Black Tea Sugar. I select the Honey Black Tea Sugar. The heart shape waffle filling has small amount of mochi. The plate is full with tea leaves, ice cream and slices of apples. I completely focus on Black Tea Sugar, which has fair amount of sweetness and small of tea aroma. The tastebuds can still sense the tea flavor. SHAN SHAN CHA minimum charge is one drink per person. I would suggest 2 ~ 4 people to order this dish.

山山烏龍 (熱) 一壺是 NTD $280 , 山山烏龍 (冷) 一杯是 NTD $180 (圖四). 很多人對烏龍的印象幾乎都是有厚重茶香甚至微苦的深焙茶. 但是山山來茶的烏龍是淺焙, 正統來自台灣南投的烏龍茶熱喝有著初次品酌時有果香, 尾韻是淡雅清香, 冷喝時清香會比較明顯, 這款茶是我喜歡的類型.
Shan Shan Hot Oolong is NTD $280. Shan Shan Cold Oolong is NTD $180 (Picture Four). Many people consider Oolong is dark roasted with heavy tea flavor. However, Shan Shan Oolong, which is from Nantou, Taiwan, is light roasted. While drinking hot, the beginning has small amount of fruity flavor. The finish note is light and refreshing. While drinking cold, the refreshing taste would be more obvious. I prefer this type of Oolong tea than the heavy tea flavor.

茶特調 – 烏龍茶山嵐

朋友圈裡總是有人不喝茶只喝咖啡. 這款山山來茶的茶特調是一層深褐色 Expresso , 搭配微白烏龍茶冰沙, 整體照起相來很美, 建議剛開始先單吃一些烏龍茶冰沙, 一但開始混搭濃縮咖啡與茶葉冰沙, 基本上如果喜歡喝咖啡不喝茶的人可考慮這一杯特調.
The appearance is beautiful. I would suggest to eat the light Oolong Tea Slush first. After remixing together, the espresso is pretty much would stay at the tastebuds. There must be someone in your friend group that doesn’t drink tea but only drink coffee. This Oolong Slush with espresso is prefer for them.

近期在台北常看到玻璃瓶罐裝的冰齉咖啡與冷泡茶, 很適合帶出門夏天露營野餐, 山山來茶已經開賣, 可用外帶杯或是外帶玻璃瓶, 我個人非常推薦外帶玻璃瓶, 很適合帶去野餐! 現場試喝茶香與果香皆十足!
Recently in Taipei, I always see the cold brew items (tea or coffee) at the transparent bottle package. The package is suitable for summer camping or picnic. SHAN SHAN CHA started selling the bottle package to-go. The trial taste can sense the fear amount of tea flavor and fruity flavor.
