稻町家香料咖哩專門餐廳位於中山捷運站四號出口附近, 附近餐廳業競爭激烈, 中山站附近巷弄內就有 “大師兄銷魂麵舖” 和 “瑪黑家居選物”, 稻町家咖哩餐廳的外部與內部裝潢皆相當文青, 與 “東京咖哩林森店” 的微醺裝潢風格不同. 比起其他台北咖哩餐廳, 稻町家香料咖哩專門餐廳座位其實算多, 而且不像 “通庵熟成咖喱” 只有單人座位, 餐廳無法訂位,必須現場候位, 入座後看完菜單, 必須自行到櫃檯點餐先付錢 (現金交易).
Dao Din Jia Curry Restaurant is near No. 4 exit of Zhongshan MRT station. There are lots of competitive restaurants nearby, such as “Master Spicy Noodle” and “Marais Taipei”. Dao Din Jia Curry Restaurant appearance and indoor design is quite suitable for youngsters and bright. It is the different from the “Tokyo Curry Bar Taipei”’s dark color design. Comparing with other Taipei Curry Restaurants, Dao Din Jia Curry Restaurant is rather large. Different from “Tongan Curry”, the restaurant has both single seats and multi-people seats. Since the restaurant doesn’t allow reservation, the customers would need to wait in-line to get in. After checking the menu and seating, the customer would need to walk upon the counter to order. And you would need to pay prior serving.

稻町家香料咖哩的食材擺盤皆非常具有美感, 顏色明亮鮮豔, 這道料理一眼望去可看到難得一見的蓮藕, 茄子,菇類及漬物, 蔬果咖哩質地跟”盈咖哩” 一樣是偏稀釋, 風味吃起來很像偏淡版的”大阪香料咖哩”, 有著辛香異國風格, 松阪豬脆薄, 值得一提的是店家採用霧峰香米 , 聽說每日現碾現煮, 這次是我第一次覺得白飯不夠吃, 因為白飯太美味. 燒烤松阪香料咖哩整體吃起來不錯, 但是並沒有濃郁的肉香或是重辛香, 重口味的人可能會覺得太淡.
Dao Din Jia Curry Restaurant plate display is very beautiful with bright color ingredients. The dish includes lotus roots, eggplants, mushrooms, and pickled items. This dish’s curry texture is a bit watery, similar with “Yin Curry Rice Restaurant”. The flavor tastes like light version of “Osaka Spice Curry”. It has spices that brings exotic flavor to the tastebuds. The pork neck is crisp and thin. The most interesting part would be the fresh Taiwanese Rice from Taichung, Taiwan. This is my first time wanting more rices than the curry sauce. This dish overall tastes pretty good. However, there isn’t any thick spice aroma or meaty flavor. If you are used to heavy flavor curry. you might not be suitable for this dish.

稻町家香料咖哩專門餐廳有兩款升級套餐價格. 第一款是 A 套餐 (+ NTD $78) : 甜點 + 40元軟性飲料 (可補差額). 第二款是 B 套餐 (+NTD $98): 唐揚雞塊 + 40元軟性飲料 (可補差額). 我是選A套餐, 老闆很聰明地將日式生乳焦糖布丁食材寫在菜單上, 原來這款布丁好吃是有原因的, 除了知名北海道十勝鮮奶油外, 也高品質的勤億機能蛋, 比”雞家莊“的布丁好吃! 套餐搭配的天仁紅茶甚至比許多高級餐廳的紅茶好喝許多. 我個人會推薦 A 套餐.
There are two different prices for upgrading the sets. Set A (+ NTD $78) includes dessert and NTD $40 soft drinks. Set B (+NTD $98) includes fried chicken + NTD $40 soft drinks. You can also pay the difference for higher price drink. I love their flan since they use high-cost Japanese cream and eggs. The flan tastes better than “Chi Chia Chuang“. The black tea is also better than many other black teas at high-end restaurants. I would recommend Set A for sure.
