五方食藏忠孝店離忠孝敦化捷運站四號出口約 10 分鐘路程 , 餐廳的綠色裝潢很容易辨識, 餐廳的 Concept 相似 “Gusto Market of Taste 好食多義大利食材專賣店” , 有賣食材, 也有菜單賣熟食. 座位比預期多, 窗邊座位光線最好, 也有半開放包廂座位可容納 8 人以上. 五方食藏忠孝店訂位是用打電話方式 (02-2771-3955 ) .
TAKE FIVE Taipei Zhongxiao Branch is about 10 minutes away from Exit 4 of Zhongxiao Dunhuan MRT station. The restaurant’s green decoration is quite obvious. The concept of TAKE FIVE Restaurant is similar with “Gusto Marketing of Taste”, which is toward deli. The seating area is quite large. There is also a half-opened dining area as well. You would need to call ( 02-2771-3955 ) to reserve.

五方食藏 Pizza 份量適合 2 人分享 , Pizza 餅皮是薄酥脆類型 , 並不是像 “老烤箱 Antico Forno “的正統義大利 Pizza , 我原本以為鯷魚會很鹹, 就跟我在 “Vice Versa 餐廳“吃到的鯷魚一樣, 孰不知罐頭鯷魚有用檸檬醃漬, 降低魚的鹹度, 搭配起司蠻好吃, 蕪菁葉算是一個比較少見的食材, 別擔心, 蕪菁葉吃起來不會軟爛. 這一道是當天我比較喜歡的菜餚.
TAKE FIVE restaurant pizza is suitable for 2 people to share. The pizza is the thin & crispy type, which is a bit different from “Antico Forno Pizza”. I thought that the anchovy would be very salty, just like at “Vice Versa restaurant”. But since the canned anchovy is marinated with lemon vinegar, the salty level is only medium. It tastes quite good pairing with the cheese. The turnip top is not a common ingredient at Taiwan. This pizza dish is my favorite dish of the day.

我選的是基本款 Pizza , 看起來風乾番茄與拜雍火腿都有跟著Pizza 餅皮進烤箱, 與 “Tamed Fox Xinyi” 把義式煙燻火腿最後再放上Pizza 比較不一樣, 以 NTD $400 價格, 台北應該有其他更好的選擇 (例如 “Peppino Pizza” )
I picked the basic pizza. It seemed that the dried tomato and Bayonne Ham are baked with the pizza in the oven. The method is a bit different from “Tamed Fox Xinyi” pizza, which is put the ham afterwards. With NTD $400 price, Taipei should have other choices (For example: “Peppino Pizza” )

這道是我朋友點的義大利麵, 我只試吃一口, 醬汁濃稠不會過膩, 雖然 有 “威士忌” 敘述在菜餚名稱, 實際上並沒有酒味或是酒香. 我朋友覺得不錯吃. 我個人覺得還好.
My friend ordered this pasta. I only tried one bite. The cream sauce is quite thick but not too oily. Even though there is “whiskey” in the dish name, there isn’t any alcohol aroma. My friend consider it quite delicious. I personally consider it average.

My other friend order this beef rice. I tasted one of the Beef Sirloin. It is surprisingly tender.

五方食藏的康普茶 On Tap 就跟 “ TERRA 土然巧克力” 的 Cocoa On Tap 的概念一樣, 可惜當天康普茶只剩下烏龍康普茶. 價格比瓶裝康普茶便宜, 喝起來也沒有像瓶裝如此多氣泡. 如果沒喝過康普茶的人可以試試看.
The concept of Kombucha On Tap is the same as “TERRA chocolate” Cocoa On Tap. It is sad that they only have the Oolong Kombucha at that particular day. The price is cheaper than the bottled Kombucha. The drink doesn’t have much bubbles /foam as well. If you never try Kombucha before, you can order to try.

Take Five restaurant’s dessert is from Boîte de Bijou dessert shop. Their cheese cake is pretty delicious.

五方食藏的定位是 Deli , 中文翻譯是熟食店, 販售輕食與零售食品, 因為台北東區房租頗貴, 這裡的菜餚價格偏高, 請自行斟酌 , 五方食藏忠孝店的優點是可以容納 8- 10 人的座位 , 很適合大團體聚餐, 交通也方便. 我個人會建議點蕪菁葉檸香白鯷魚 Pizza 與甜點.
TAKE FIVE restaurant is positioned as “Deli”, which offers light food and food products in consumer package. Since the rent in Taipei East District is high, the overall dish price is also a bit high as well. The selling point of TAKE FIVE restaurant is suitable for 8-10 people, which is large group gathering. I would suggest you to order “Pizza with anchovy in lemon vinegar and turnip tops” and their dessert.
