2022 行銷偏向個人化 ( Personalized Marketing ) , 線上問卷調查會是個不錯的工具, 而且問卷整理出來的數據資料可以協助客戶管理. 市面上問卷調查工具有很多款 (例如: Surveymonkey) , 這篇文章我只有寫選擇 Surveycake 問卷免費版而不是選 Google Form 的原因.
Personalized Marketing is a trend at 2022. Online survey is a suitable tool. The data and information can assist the marketing. There are many online survey tools – for example: Surveymonkey. I only write why I choose Surveycake over Google form.

Surveycake has various and categorized template design. There are group purchasing (suitable for Taiwanese), and the common restaurant survey. I use surveycake at the marketing field. I prepare a survey form to collect potential clients’ Instagram account and organize datas. My complete version of the survey link is down below.

Surveycake 問卷設計細節多
Lots of Details at the online survey
Google Form 細節並沒有很多, 甚至可以說過於簡單, Surveycake 問卷的問題選擇與細節多 (圖一), 例如 – 可在 Email 區域選擇 Email 模式, 系統自動偵測到填寫者是不是填 Email 格式. 在 “其他選項” 部分, 系統也會自動跳出空格讓填寫者填寫. 歡迎與感謝頁面在同一頁, 可以不用怕寫重複的內容.
There isn’t too much details at Google Form. Honestly, I would consider Google Form as too simple. There are more questions options and details at Surveycake (Pic 1). For example, you can choose Email format and the system would detect if the person is filling out the email format. At the “Other section” , the system would have blank section for the person to fill out. You can also fill out the Welcome Page and Thank you Page at the same page.

除了問卷頂部的圖片可更改外, 連字的顏色也可改, 許多企業 CS LOGO 都有自己的顏色, Surveycake 顏色可以選擇接近自己 Logo 的顏色.
Besides you can change the picture at the top of the survey. The words color can be changed too. Many Enterprise CS Logo has its own color. Surveycake would let you to choose the color.

在 Surveycake 網站可以看到許多大企業級客戶 (圖一) , 我相信最主要的原因是客服, 客服比 Google Form 好太多, 只需 Email, 就會有專人 Email 回覆你, Surveycake 也可以升級至專業版. 可先嘗試 免費14 天專業版試用 , 我目前是用免費版
At Surveycake website, you can see many well-known Enterprise clients (Pic 1) . I believe that part of the reason is because customer service is well-constructed and better than Google Form. You only need to email the customer service, they will appoint the person to reply you via email. You can also upgrade. You can upgrade for 14 days free upgrade trial. I now use the free version.

在 Surveycake 後台, 可以看到行銷追蹤碼設定 (圖一) , 有助於未來的成效追蹤與下廣告. 而且這是免費版就有的功能.
At Surveycake platform, you can see the marketing tracking pixel (Picture 1) . It would be a great status for your future online advertisement. Moreover, you can use this function for free version.
