頁小館 (Restaurant Page) 是大直捷運站餐廳美食, 也在台北米其林餐盤餐廳名單上, 記憶點除了土耳其藍色牆壁裝潢外, 中西融合料理也是頁小館的特色.
Restaurant Page is one of the Taipei Bistros at Neihu Area. It is also one of the Michelin Plate Taipei Restaurants. Besides the blue color wall, its Fusion Cuisine is also famous.

頁小館交通方便, 離大直捷運站一號出口相當近, 餐廳外觀是低調歐式風格, 頁小館餐廳內的土耳其藍色牆壁具有設計美感, 讓我立刻聯想到 大安捷運站據印的“Saturn Landing Turkish Coffee 土耳其咖啡店” 的藍色裝潢, 牆上圖畫和牆角吉他也讓每位客人印象深刻. 半開放式廚房與新開幕的 “ T +T 餐酒館“相似, 長方木質桌椅一字排開, 相當適合家庭聚會, 頁小館就像 “Vicolo Trattoria 微巷義大利小餐館” 一樣有家的感覺. 頁小館菜單最受歡迎的是桶仔桂丁雞燉飯, 也是頁小館的中西融合料理代表作.
Restaurant Page is quite near Dazhi MRT Station Exit 1. The restaurant appearance is quite low profile with European Style. However, its indoor blue wall is as special as “Saturn Landing Turkish Coffee” near Da’an MRT station. The guitar and the pictures at the blue wall leave a great impression to every customer. Its half opened kitchen is similar with the newly-opened “T+T Bistro” . The spaces are suitable for family gathering. Restaurant Page offers a home feeling that similar with “Vicolo Trattoria Restaurant”. The most famous fusion dish would be Risotto with Half Roasted Chicken.

商業午餐加 NTD $100 即可升級為套餐, 包括佐餐麵包, 湯品, 主餐與NTD $80軟性飲料 (可補差價). 店員一併端上麵包與每日湯品, 濃湯用類似在 “168 牛排館“看到的卡布奇諾杯裝, 當日湯品是白花椰菜濃湯, 雖然白花椰菜份量沒有像 “JE Kitchen” 菜餚裡的白花椰菜多, 頗有奶油香氣的濃湯搭配原本白花椰菜乳香, 喝起來相當和諧.
The customer would need to pay NTD $100 to upgrade to the Business Lunch Set, which includes bread, soup, main course, and NTD $80 soft drink. The staff serves the bread with daily soup. The soup container is similar with the Cappuccino Soup at “168 Steak House”. The daily soup is white broccoli soup. The quantity of the broccoli is not as much as the “JE Kitchen”. Surprisingly, the soup’s texture and flavor is full of cream flavor.

頁小館的中西融合料理菜單與台北另一家 “大嗑西式餐館 Ducky Restaurant” 相似, 例如頁小館有桶仔桂丁雞燉飯, 而大嗑西式餐館有腐乳雞義大利麵.油封鴨腿附特粗管麵名稱聽起來雖然很歐式, 但是不難察覺到有少許中式靈魂. 為了不讓鴨腿外皮失去酥脆口感, 主廚刻意深褐色鴨腿擺置在醬料與粗管麵上方. 這道的特粗管麵與 “50/50 Cuisine Française” 一樣都是麵的硬度和厚度偏高, 是理想硬度.
Restaurant Page restaurant is similar with another fusion restaurant at “Ducky Restaurant” at Taipei City. I ordered Duck Confit with Paccheri De Balsamic. With the western cuisine’s name, this dish has eastern cuisine style. It is great that the chef places duck leg on the top of Paccheri and sauce. The Paccheri is similar with the Cannelloni at “50/50 Cuisine Française”. The texture and thickness are perfect.

我用店家準備好的專業刀輕鬆地切一小塊鴨腿肉品嚐, 肉質沒有想像中地嫩, 單吃口味單調, 建議沾底層的醬汁, 風味轉變成相當多元化, 焦化洋蔥甜風味有巴薩米克酒醋香與微辛香, 反倒不會蓋住肉香, 也許是事先知道是中西融合料理, 藏在細節裡的玉米筍讓我一點都不驚訝. 若你可接受中西融合料理, 我個人蠻推薦頁小館.
I use the professional knife that Restaurant Page offers. The meat texture is not as tender as expected. I would suggest to dip into the sauce on the bottom, which would increase layers of flavor. The flavors would include sweets from caramelized onion, acidity from the balsamic vinegar and also hints of spicy flavor. All these flavors did not cover the meaty flavor though. I am not surprised to find baby bamboo hidden at the dish. If you are ok with fusion cuisine, I would recommend Restaurant Page.

套餐可搭配 80 元飲料, 我選的是補40元差價的蜂蜜檸檬紅茶, 所以午餐總金額為 NTD $480 +NTD $100 + NTD $40 = NTD $620,紅茶與蜂蜜比例調得剛好, 紅茶中的蜂蜜風味濃郁, 算是相當不錯.
The customer can select one soft drink (NTD $80). I order the Honey Lemon Black Tea with extra NTD $40. So, the total price would be NTD$480 + NTD$100 + NTD$40 = NTD $620. The percentage between black tea and honey is perfect. There is no bitterness in this drink, instead, the honey flavor is quite nice.
