心潮飯店應該無人不曉吧?! 那次是跟朋友到心潮飯店喝下午茶聊天, 並不是正式用餐, 意外地 ~ 焦糖布丁不錯吃, 可考慮點, 布丁 NTD $120 基本上是吃裝潢與那高腳杯容器, 拿鐵也比預期地好喝, 重點是裝潢真得不錯很美.
Most people know about Sinchao Rice Shoppe. This time, I went with my friends for its afternoon tea and casual chat. It wasn’t an official dining. Surprisingly, the flan (NTD $120) is quite delicious. The latte tastes quite good too. The most important part is that the restaurant design is pretty.

剛開幕時, 我是去喝茶與吃蛋糕, 這次到永心鳳茶是吃簡餐, 裝潢沒話說, 他們的茶是必點.
I was there for its tea and cake during the new opening. This time, I went there for its official meal with my friend. Their tea is a must-order item.

SEA TO SKY
首先, SEA TO SKY 餐廳正式座位區是看不到台北 101 , 我會建議避開與海膽有關係的菜餚, 牛排與豬肉能不點就不點, 波士頓龍蝦在台北應該有更好多選擇. 菜單上除了海鮮外, 也有 Smith & Wollensky 姐妹品牌的牛排.
First of all, you cannot see Taipei 101 from SEA TO SKY formal seating area. I would suggest to avoid dishes with uni. You don’t need to order steak nor pork here. There are better choice of Boston Lobster at Taipei City.At the menu, besides seafood, they also offer Smith & Wollensky Steak.
