There are many 2020 newly opened restaurants in Taipei. Most customers would prefer to read a blog post with real experience. Therefore, I made a “2020 new Restaurants & Cafes Guide”.

草頭西餐酒館
我會建議至少要點一款現流海鮮. 草頭西餐酒館甜點也在水準之上, 而且美味程度完全 match 價格. 我會建議搭配酒, 要不然你會覺得全部的菜餚偏鹹. 我個人很推薦這家餐酒館..
The delicious level matches its price. I would suggest to pair with wines. Or else, you might consider all the dishes are salty in Taiwanese’s taste. I would definitely recommend this bistro.

Papi Pasta
Papi Pasta 並不是台式義大利麵餐廳 , 麵體與醬皆是Papi Pasta 自己做,我沒有升級為套餐. 請記得提醒店員要註明麵要煮得硬一點, 「 不是」台式義大利麵. 很高興可在信義區找到 NTD $200 左右又不錯吃的義大利麵, 這家就是ㄧ家可以吃 Easy Lunch 或是 Easy Dinner 的地方. Papi Pasta 價格適合有預算的人.
Papi Pasta is not a Taiwanese style pasta restaurant. The pasta and sauce are all made by Papi Pasta owner. Please remind the staff to cook the pasta with more al dente and hard texture.Last but not least, it is difficult to find a pasta place that price matches delicious level. I am glad that I found it for easy lunch or easy dinner. Papi pasta is for people who have a budget.

A Mano Pizzeria & Italian Kitchen 義舍廚房是台北民生社區美食推薦之一, 也是台北餐酒館, 饕客們都知道 A Mano 訂位不容易.
A Mano Taipei is one of the Taipei Mingshen District Restaurants. It is also categorized as Taipei Bistro. Most foodies know that it is not easy to get A Mano Reservation.

Boulangerie Ours 是台北賣 巴布卡麵包系列 ( Babka )的麵包店 , 目前 Boulangerie Ours 低消內用是 NTD $100 (麵包或飲品皆可).
Various Babka breads are Boulangerie Ours Bakery’s signature and best selling bread. Their dine-in minimum charge is only NTD $100 (It can be Bread or Drink).

棧直火廚房 C-Kitchen by FUK 2020年搬家新開幕轉型成為台北東區餐酒館之一, 棧直火廚房菜單上的直火煙燻美國牛排搭配精釀啤酒與紅酒完全就是夢幻組合.

Vin Jolie 酒類專賣店 ( Vin Jolie Wine Shop ) 是台北信義區葡萄酒專賣店, 也有販售香檳與氣泡酒, Vin Jolie 老闆以單杯酒為主題, 搭配獨家限定款甜點, 讓品酒不再是搭配鹹餐點.
Vin Jolie Wine Shop is a Xinyi District Wine Shop at Taipei City. It also offers Champagnes and Sparkling Wines. With single glass wine as the main concept, both owner and pastry chefs create the dessert to pair with the wine.

其實不應該把傳統日式拉麵店 與 Le Ming 麵食精釀餐酒館比較, Le Ming 是以西式烹調方式來製作日式拉麵湯頭與配料, 具有獨特風格.
Le Ming chef uses western cuisine cooking style at their ramen dishes, which is quite unique.

瑞士起司美食哪裡買? 二訪搬家後的 布夫歐式私房菜 La Bonne Bouffe 是台北瑞士起司專賣店, 也可內用, 布夫瑞士起司鍋最受歡迎, 這次則是品嚐內用菜單上的綜合瑞士起司盤與輕食.
Where to buy Swiss Cheese and Swiss Food in Taipei? La Bonne Bouffe moved to a new location. At my 2nd visit, I tried their Swiss Cheese Platter and light food instead of their Cheese Fondue on the menu. They also offer Swiss Cheese to purchase at the store.

Recently, I tasted Takagi Shokudo restaurant, which belongs to Kanpai Group. I myself am surprised to put this restaurant at my Taipei East District Restaurant Recommendation List.

Lay Back 菜單 裡的招牌漢堡讓 Lay Back 成為大安區漢堡餐廳之一, Lay Back 漢堡濃郁肉香與花生風味更是讓這款漢堡值得品嚐. 我個人會推薦給愛吃漢堡的人.
At Lay Back Menu, its burgers make this restaurant as one of the Taipei Burger Restaurants. The overall thick meaty flavor and peanut flavor are worth trying. I would recommend to people who like to eat burgers.

Come a Casa Restaurant is one of the Da’an Bistros. Come a casa menu has single dishes and also set. The restaurant slightly changed its operation style. The restaurant now has sommelier to provide professional advice about pairing wine.

位於內湖的他家私廚餐廳近期開始賣越南河粉, 而且湯頭配方是來自知名澳洲勇記越南河粉的湯頭秘方.
Taja Kitchen Restaurant, which is located at Neihu District, starts selling Vietnam Pho. And its broth is from famous Pho restaurant at Australia – Pho Dzung Tan Dinh.

2019 newly-opened CROM Taipei menu catches many foodies’ attention. The main reason would be the restaurant consultant is Christian Milone, the executive chef of Italy Michelin 1 Star restaurant.
