(已結束營業)  ISM 主義甜時是忠孝敦化捷運站下午茶選擇之一, 知名產品為日本甜點主廚所製作的達克瓦茲和生鮮奶油蛋糕捲.

ISM 主義甜時與專賣港式甜品的“甜品胃”皆位在同一個鬧區巷弄內, 純淨白色裝潢與落地窗讓人印象深刻, 走進店內, 整體裝潢色調以優雅綠與寧靜白為主, 座位不算多但不會過於擁擠, 單人座落地窗讓一個人吃甜點不會顯得突兀. 蛋糕櫥櫃有相當多不同的精緻甜點, 達克瓦茲禮盒更是放在顯眼處, 就為特別的是ISM 主義甜時 有像“慢慢弄乳酪坊”的玻璃櫥窗, 讓客人觀看有職人精神的師傅做甜點.
PÂTISSERIE ISM is located near “Dessert Stomach”. The pure white appearance and window leaves great impression. The inner design is elegant with a few seats. There are single seats by the window. There are various desserts at the refrigerated shelf. Dacquoise gift boxes are placed near the counter. The most interesting part would be the kitchen has a glass in between to let the customers to watch the desserts are being made, just like in “Man Mano Cheese Lab”

 

歐姆純生鮮奶油蛋糕捲

其實我不常點生乳捲, 因為之前有時會吃到蛋糕體過乾的甜點, 但既然歐姆純生鮮奶油蛋糕捲是主打產品, 毫不猶豫點了這款蛋糕. 產品名稱裡的”歐姆“其實是日本九州頂級純生鮮奶油的“Omu歐牧”品牌, 隱約也可看到香草莢籽內餡, 單吃內餡可感受到柔和香草風味, 蛋糕體口感鬆軟, 重點是完全不會乾且帶有點甜度, 相當推薦這款甜點.
I usually don’t order cake roll because the cake body used to be a bit dry. However, I still choose the cake roll with vanilla cream since it is their no. 1 selling item. The chef uses the top quality OMU pure cream from Japan. There are hints of vanilla seed with the filling. If eating the cream alone, thefilling is smooth and with vanilla aroma.

 

 

合歡冰翡翠冷泡茶

搭配香草系列蛋糕我較推薦清淡茶款, 我本身喜好類似“永心鳳茶”的中式單一茶款, 而非像唐寧茶的複合式花草茶. 合歡冰翡翠冷泡茶其實就是清淡的高山烏龍茶, 並沒有茶澀, 清爽程度高.
I would suggest light flavor tea instead of complex and heavy flavor tea. The best example would be “Yonshin Tea & Cake Selection Bar“”. The ice Oolong tea has the perfect light flavor instead of bitterness. It is great pairing with the dessert.
