除了佐藤咖哩六張犁店外, 佐藤咖哩又開第二家分店, 成為忠孝復興捷運站平價餐廳名單之一.
Sato Curry restaurant opens another store near Zhongxiao Fushing MRT station. General speaking, it is a price-friendly restaurant at Taipei East District.

佐藤咖哩餐廳隱藏在熱鬧復興南路一段的巷弄內, 由於地利的因素, 附近上班族會在中午用餐時間光臨, 跟六張犁本店一樣有一位難求的狀況, 由於外帶份量較少因此較便宜, 傍晚時也相當多人選擇外帶. 店面佔地不大, 有高腳椅和兩人座位, 也有靠窗單人座位, 翻桌率極高.
Sato Curry is at the back alley of the crowded Fuxing South Road. There are many office workers would visit during lunch hour. Also, there are many people order to-go since it is cheaper but less quantity though. The restaurant is not large, but with two-people seats, high chairs at the counter and seats near the window.

 

 

綜合咖哩 + 起司

綜合咖哩是牛肉與豬肉, 半熟太陽蛋是基本配置, 起司則是多加NTD $20. 這家店的咖哩飯原本就是設定不辣, 但店家可加辣油. 淺褐色咖哩在黃色燈光照射下呈現橘褐色, 並沒有像 “富士咖哩”偏黑褐色與濃稠, 日式咖哩風味並沒有想像中地濃郁, 燉牛肉比豬肉出色, 後來得知店家是採用彈性且帶有嚼勁的牛肋條. 佐藤咖哩將金針菇放入咖哩裡, 與 “Spoon 咖哩“一樣, 飯則是較為鬆軟也相當吸汁, 整道咖哩飯是屬於大眾會喜愛的風味.
Curry combo is beef and pork. The sunny-up egg is included in the set. If added cheese, there would be extra NTD $20 charge. Their original curry rice is not spicy. If you would spicy flavor, you can ask the chef to put more hot oil on the curry surface. The curry color is not ask dark as “Fuji Curry”. Sato curry doesn’t have thick curry flavor as expected. The stewed beef tastes better than the pork. I was informed that the beef is from the ribs, which is more chewy but more expensive. They also put enoki mushroom in the curry, just like “Spoon Curry”. The rice absorbs the curry easily. The whole tasting experience determine that most people would like this curry restaurant.
