(2022.4 更新) 多數台灣人對 “義大利紅蝦評鑑美食指南” 較為陌生, ”2019 紅蝦評鑑名單台灣“已公佈. 雖然我在會場, 我還是會以紅蝦評鑑網站來撰寫.
Most Taiwanese are not familiar with Gambero Rosso. 2019 Gambero Rosso International – Taiwan seemed to be more professional this year. Even though I am at the event, I will write the list based on Gambrel Rosso Website.

About Gambero Rosso
Gambero Rosso 其實是知名義大利出版公司, 從介紹在地食物與酒, 進階到義大利酒與餐廳的評鑑指南, 發揚光大而成為全球知名美食評鑑之一. 跟米其林評鑑最大的差別就是它沒有所謂的“星星”, 取代是 叉子 (高級餐廳) , 蝦子 (家庭餐廳) , 酒杯 (葡萄酒), 和 Pizza (Pizza 專賣餐廳). 評比最高分是”三“ , 例如 三叉 或是 三蝦.我一一列出餐廳名單給大家看. 與 2018 紅蝦評鑑名單相比, 梅帝騎小酒館, al Sorriso , IL MERCATO 並沒有在2019紅蝦評鑑名單裡. 這次2019 紅蝦評鑑名單台灣名單多了一家台中的J-Ping義大利餐廳與兩家台北義大利餐廳-Bencotto 餐廳和 Solo Pizza Napoletana.
Gambero Rosso is actually a well-known publishing company in Italy. At the beginning, it only introduce local restaurants and wines. Nowadays, it becomes one of the influent reviews in the world. The well-known policy would be 3 is the highest review. It also has 4 ~ 5 categories – including fork (fine-dining restaurant ), shrimp (family restaurant), wine glass (wine), and pizza (pizza restaurant). Comparing with 2018 Gambrel Rosso List, Taverna de’ Medici and al Sorriso Restaurant are not on 2019 Gambrel Rosso List. However, there are three new restaurants -J-Ping Cafe, Bencotto, and Solo Pizza Napoletana.

This restaurant is located at Taipei, which is new on the 2019 Gambrel Rosso List. It is located at Mandarin Oriental Taipei.

再度獲得2019 紅蝦評鑑 1 酒杯之榮耀. 這家ㄧ直在我的口袋名單, 由於晚上才開, 總是卡到時間而沒辦法去, 老饕同溫層也告知這家相當不錯, 看來我得排除萬難找時間去.
DiVino is once again awarded with 1 glass at 2019 Gambrel Rosso List. This restaurant is at my food pocket list for a while. I couldn’t find the time to visit since it only opens at night and difficult to make reservation. My friends mentioned that this restaurant is worth the visit.
彼刻義式餐酒館

再度獲得2019 紅蝦評鑑 2 蝦之榮耀. 我以前已經品嚐過這家餐酒館, 可惜的是那時我尚未開始寫食記, 座位較為擁擠, 我依舊記得餐點相當精彩, 因為餐廳位於竹北, 那時的交通工具是汽車.
Piccolo Enoteca once again is awarded with 2 Shrimps on 2019 Gambrel Rosso List. I tried out this restaurant few years ago. However, I wasn’t a restaurant writer before. I remembered that the seats are crowded but the dishes were great. However, this restaurant is located near Hsinchu. If you don’t have a car, it might be a problem.
