Black Pepper 餐廳前身為 在華山的 Piccola Botega , 搬到新地址後成為另一家台北東區餐酒館, Black Pepper 離忠孝復興捷運站 11 號出口大概 5 分鐘路程, 外觀為低調黑色, Black Pepper 訂位是用 inline ( https://reurl.cc/8p9pxg ) , Facebook 與網路文章都沒有提到餐廳低消, 可以訂位前詢問他們. Black Pepper 開到比較晚, Last Order 時間並沒有公告
Black Pepper restaurant is the previous “Piccola Botega”. Now, Black Pepper becomes a new Bistro at Taipei East district. Black Pepper restaurant is about 5 minutes walking distance from Exit 11 of Zhongxiao Fuxing MRT station. The restaurant appearance is black. You can use inline to reserve ( https://reurl.cc/8p9pxg ) . However, they didnt announce the minimum charge of Black Pepper in any social media though. Black Pepper opens till 11:30pm. But, they didnt mention the last order time.

Black Pepper 義大利餐酒館有其他 “兄弟姐妹” 餐廳 – “Cantina del Gio” , “Botega del Vin” , 與 “ Fumo餐廳 ”. Black Pepper 餐廳偏輕鬆吃的義大利餐酒館, 除了義大利葡萄酒外, 也有販售調酒.
我整理出以下 Review 的重點

✅ Black Pepper 菜餚美味程度都還好而已, 因此只能是「 建議 」, 在下一段有提到建議菜餚
Black Pepper restaurant has other related Italian restaurants – “Cantina del Gio” ,“Botega del Vin” , and “ Fumo”. Black Pepper Bistro Bar is more toward Italian Bistro. Besides Italy wines, they also offer cocktails.
There are several points about the review
✅ Suggested people: 3 ~ 4 people
✅ Black Pepper Restaurant operates until 11:30pm
✅ Black Pepper Restaurant price is a bit high in Taipei City
✅ Black Pepper Dishes are mostly for share.
✅ Black Pepper Dishes are average. I can only suggest. The suggestion is at the next paragraph.

義式炸明蝦燉飯佐海鮮蛋黃醬

一份是四個, 平均 NTD $75/個. 不會因為蝦內餡讓酥炸燉飯外層變軟, 切的時候就可以感受到酥脆感, 不會過於油膩, 而且整體沒有粉味, 店員提到可以沾加入蝦湯製作的蛋黃醬, 只是醬的海鮮風味沒有特別明顯.
One dish is 4 pcs, and the average price is NTD $75/pcs. The appearance is still crispy even with shrimp filling. The overall is not too oily. And it is fried quite good. The staff mentioned that we can dip into the bisque mayo. However, the seafood sauce flavor is not too obvious.
烏魚子明蝦海鮮番茄燉飯
Risotto with Prawns Squid, Clams, Bottarga, and Tomato Sauce
Price: NTD $480

朋友點了兩種 -烏魚子明蝦海鮮番茄燉飯 (圖一) 與 義式香腸松露帕芙隆起司燉飯 （圖二) , 採用正統義大利長米是基本, 吸收滿滿的海鮮風味, 倒是烏魚子食材沒有很明顯, 兩款燉飯比較 , 我個人比較喜歡海鮮風味.
M friend ordered two types of risottos – Risotto with Prawns Squid, Clams, Bottarga, and Tomato Sauce ( Pic 1) , and Risotto with 3 Kinds of Sausages, Sweet Provola Cheese and Truffle (Pic 2). They use Italian long rice, which can absorbs fair amount of seafood flavor. However, the roe is not obvious though. Comparing those two types of risottos, I prefer the seafood flavor.

下酒菜無誤, 就像是拼盤.
It is just plate with different ingredients.

不夠細緻. 我希望能夠吃到像 “ On The Road “ 那種細緻的義式冰淇淋
It is not smooth enough. I actually wish to eat the smooth gelato like at “On the Road Gelato”

份量不多, 適合輕鬆吃. 雖然其他餐廳比較貴, 我個人仍舊比較喜歡 “DiVino Taipei” 的14oz 乾式熟成紐約客牛排 (NTD $1480 ) 或是 “SAPORI” 的美國 Prime 帶骨肋眼牛排 1 KG.
There aren’t much steak to share. Even though other restaurants are more expensive, I still prefer “DiVino Taipei “ and “SAPORI” steak.

Pizza

朋友點了 Sausage Party Pizza (圖一) 與 Parma Ham (圖三) , 價格皆是 NTD $480. 以這個價格可以在台北找到更好吃的 Pizza.
My friend order Sausage Party Pizza (Pic 1) and Parma Ham (Pic 3). The pizza prices are NTD $480. With this price, you can eat better pizza at other Taipei Pizza restaurants.
