邊緣食堂 訂位
Antichi Sapori Reservation
邊緣食堂地址是台北市萬華區長沙街二段127號, 離西門捷運站1號出口約 10 分鐘. 餐廳用餐環境就像鄰家的義大利家庭食堂, 感覺就像 “A.B House 義式私房料理”. Antichi Sapori 邊緣食堂已經公佈是熟客制 , 只有熟客才可以訂位 , 並不能直接打電話, 網路訂位, 或是 Walk-in.
Antichi Sapori restaurant is No. 127, 2nd Section , Changsha Street, Wanhua District, Taipei. It is about 10 minutes walking distance from Exit 1 Ximen MRT station. The dining environment is similar with “A.B. House Italian restaurant”, which is a Family Italian cuisine. Antichi Sapori already announced that they only accept returned VIP customer. Only those VIP can reserve the seats. You cannot call to reserve, online reservation nor walk-in.

邊緣食堂是無菜單 , 包場以 8 ~ 10 人包場為主, 2022.7月價格是 NTD $1500/人, 若想加價, 請熟客去喬. 剛開幕的那一個月, 邊緣食堂還沒變成熟客制, 感謝朋友約我吃過兩次.
邊緣食堂無菜單有八道菜餚/類別. 未來可能會修改
✅ 麵包: 我兩次都有不一樣的麵包
✅ 開胃菜/沙拉
✅ 海鮮類: 簡單家庭海鮮料理
✅ 肉類: 兩次都有韃靼牛肉, 不一樣調味, 都不錯吃
✅ 義大利麵: 一定會有義大利麵
✅ 肉類主餐: 一定會有, 醬料不同
✅ 蛋類: 兩次都是蘆筍花烘蛋
✅ 甜點: 不同類型甜點
Antichi Sapori Italian Restaurant menu is omakase. Basically 8 ~ 10 people can reserve the whole restaurant. 2022. July price is NTD $1500/per person. If you want to add more dishes/prices , you can ask the VIP to ask. I visited there twice before it becomes VIP-only restaurant.
The omakase menus categorized into 8 types/dishes
✅ Bread: Different breads
✅ Appetizer /Salad
✅ Seafood: Easy family cuisine
✅ Meat: My first and second time both has beef tartare.
✅ Pasta: There will be pasta for sure.
✅ Meat Main Course
✅ Egg: Both times are asparagus flower with egg.
✅ Dessert: Different type of dessert.

Antichi Sapori Overall Review
邊緣食堂是一家輕鬆吃的家常義大利餐廳, 以 NTD $1500/人的價格, 可以算是經濟實惠, 義大利麵有 al dente , 牛肉韃靼有高級餐廳架勢, 換句話說, 他們的牛肉韃靼比 “Loulou Dining Express” 與 “Salotto 19 食酒客廳” 好吃太多. 可是 Antichi Sapori 邊緣食堂是熟客制, 如果有人問你要不要去邊緣食堂, 建議去一次.
Antichi Sapori is a easy-going restaurant that offers Family Italian cuisine. The price is NTD $1500/per person. It is quite reasonable comparing to other restaurants nowadays. Pasta has al dente texture. Beef tartar is delicious and much more delicious than “Loulou Dining Express” and “Salotto 19” . However, the restaurant owner announced that it is a for VIP returned customer only. If someone invite you to dine there, I would suggest you to visit there once.

邊緣食堂開放式廚房只有主廚一人, 無法做太多像 “Tutto Bello” 提供的 fancy 義大利料理
There is only one chef / owner at the open kitchen. So, there won’t be fancy Italian cuisine like “Tutto Bello”.
