1624 Noodle Bar is a orange color decoration noodle shop near Shuanglian MRT station. It is not a vegetarian restaurant. I would recommend their signature classic noodle for people who only eat mild spicy food.

2022 新開幕的一流二事素椒麵地址是台北市中山區民生西路66巷17號1樓 , 離雙連站一號出口只有 1 分鐘的路程, 我將麵店也放在中山站美食推薦懶人包裡, 從遠方就可以看到鮮橘色與落地窗的裝潢. 進入餐廳後, 先拿菜單入座, 填好後再到櫃檯先付錢. 目前一流二事素椒麵有 ubereat 外送 ( https://reurl.cc/QLNVZ0 ) . 素椒麵並不是素食 , 雖然號稱 ”四川成都街頭小吃 “, 並不是像 “祥和蔬食慶城店” 是素食又是中大辣.
1624 Noodle Bar is a 2022 newly-open restaurant. Its address is No. 17, 66th Lane, Mingshen West Road, Zhongshan District, Taipei City. It only takes 1 minute walking from the exit 1. I also put this noodle shop at Zhongshan Station Restaurants Guide. You would need to bring the menu to your seats to decide. After filling out, you would need to pay prior. 1624 Noodle Bar has ubereat delivery ( https://reurl.cc/QLNVZ0 ). Unlike “Serenity Restaurant“ , 1624 Noodle Bar is not a vegetarian restaurant nor a super spicy restaurant.

川味經典素椒麵套餐
Signature Classic Noodle Set

菜餚有單點也有套餐, 我個人建議點“套餐” , 套餐包括一道小菜 + 湯 , 圖片裡其實是 川味經典素椒麵套餐 (粗麵) (NTD $130 ) + 單點黃金豬排 ( NTD $110), 差異就是川味經典素椒麵有肉燥. 攪拌讓粗麵與肉燥皆能吸收自製紅油, 品嚐時, 味蕾也可感受到花椒麻感, 麻多過於辣, 重點是此道料理也適合吃 “小辣”的人吃. 整體有層次不錯吃.
1624 Noodle Bar Dishes has single dish and set. I would recommend “set” , which includes one appetizer + soup. The picture shows “Signature Classic Noodle Set – Thick Noodle (NTD $130)” + Fried Pork Chop ( NTD $110). The difference would be the classic noodle has ground pork. Stirring the thick noodle along with ground pork and chili oil. The overall taste is with sichuan peppercorn stimulation and mild spicy. There are layers of flavor. It is quite delicious.

The half-boiled eggs quite delicious. I might try out different appetizer. The hot soup tastes yummy too.

一流二事素椒麵的黃金豬排 當然無法與 “富士豬排” 或是 “KATSU 鑫熟成豬排蓋飯專門店 ” 相比, 黃金豬排外皮吃起來有酥脆聲響, 豬排的肉質也嫩不會過硬.
Their fried pork chop of course can not be compare with “Fuji Tonkatsu” or “ KATSU restaurant”. The fried skin is crispy and the meat tastes tender.

我選溏心蛋當小菜, 麵體則是選擇粗麵. 餛飩 Size 中等 , 椒麻香氣迷人, 整體小辣, 我個人還蠻喜歡. 如果要辣一點, 可以自己加他們的辣椒醬.
I selected half boiled egg as my appetizer. I also choose the thick noodle. The wonton size is medium. It only has small amount spicy with peppercorn flavor. , which I found it delicious. If you want more spicy, you can add their own spicy sauce.

跟 “又一間商行”紅茶的 Size 相似, 很適合搭配麵吃.
The tea size is similar with “Yu Yi Jian Spaghetti Restaurant”. It is suitable to pair with the noodle.

結論 Conclusion ⭐
我會再訪一流二事素椒麵, 菜餚不錯吃, 並不是素食 , 而且比起路邊麵攤, 我個人是比較喜歡有冷氣的餐廳, 我個人是吃小辣, 他們的麵不至於過辣, 麻多過於辣, 適合吃小辣的我點來輕鬆吃, 吃大辣的人請斟酌.
I will re-visit 1624 Noodle Bar since it tastes quite good. It is not a vegetarian restaurant. Comparing with the “actual “ street food, I would prefer the restaurant with air conditioner. Their noodle has more stimulation than spicy flavor. I only can stand the mild spicy flavor. And this restaurant is suitable for people who only taste mild spicy.
