大為廚坊訂位
Da-Wei Restaurant Reservation
大為廚坊地址是台北市士林區天玉街38巷9-1號, 在天母國小旁邊, 離石牌捷運站與明德捷運站都有點遠, 建議直接搭計程車比較快. 在同一條街上還有星巴克天玉街門市與 JB’s Diner, 離陽明山也很近 , 餐廳裡有 4 人座位, 也有窗邊與牆邊的大桌可坐 10 人, 很適合天母家庭聚會,
Da-Wei Restaurant address is No. 9-1, 38th Lane, Tianyu Street, Shilin District, Taipei City. It is near Tianmu elementary School. It is a bit far away from Shipai MRT station and Mingde MRT station. I would suggest to take the taxi. At the same street, there are Starbucks and JB’S Diner. The restaurant is closed to Yangming mountain. Da-Wei restaurant has 4-people seating area and large seating area near the window. It is suitable for Tianmu family gathering.

墨魚燒肉+ 刈包
Bao with Squid and Braised Pork
Price: NTD $650 + NTD $30/pcs

菜單上的名稱是荷葉夾, 單一刈包是一個 NTD $30, 我本來以為會點東坡肉來搭配刈包 ( 例如: “曉鹿鳴樓” ), 朋友則是點墨魚燒肉, 墨魚口感比預期地軟, 不會過於 Q 彈. 燒肉雖然沒有像“晶華蘭亭” 東坡肉完美比例的三層肉, 但豬肉吃起來還不錯, 搭配適量甜鹹醬汁, 與刈包一起入口, 整體還算不錯.
Each “Bao” is NTD $30/unit. I thought that we will have Braised Dong Po Pork (For example: “Tai Da Table Restaurant” ) . My friend ordered “ Bao with Squid and Braised Pork”. The squid is softer than expected instead chewy. The braised pork is not as perfect as at “Lan Ting”. But the pork is still tasty pairing with the sweet and salty sauce. With Bao, this dish is pretty tasty.

醬焗四季豆

我查了之前文章, 我上次吃四季豆是在 “泰和樓“, 印象不是很好, 這次朋友在大為廚坊點了醬焗四季豆, 視覺上並不乾扁, 難怪菜餚名稱是 “醬焗四季豆”. 每一口皆是清脆, 鹹香調味很下飯.
I checked previous article. I tasted String Bean at “Taihe House”. The impression is not good. This time at Da-Wei Chinese Restaurant, my friend ordered Stir-Fried String Bean with sauce. Every bite is crispy along with fair amount of saltness. This dish is great to pair with rice.

竹山菜脯烘蛋
Egg with Turnip

上次吃到滿意的菜脯蛋是在 “雞家莊“ , 這次在大為廚坊吃到的竹山菜脯烘蛋也不錯吃, 我還特別 Google 竹山菜脯, 原來竹山在南投, 菜脯是當地特產,雖然烘蛋有焦痕, 我個人蠻喜歡蛋香與古早味風格, 只是蔥香沒有很明顯, 比較可惜.
My favorite “Egg with Turnip” is at “Chi Chia Chuang”. This dish with turnip at Da-Wei Restaurant is quite delicious too. Even though the egg has some burn marks, I still like the eggy flavor and old-time style. However, the green onion flavor is not obvious though.

香煎爆蛋小卷
Stir-Fried Squid with Squid Egg

此為招牌菜餚, 需要預訂. 炸過再煎的小卷吃起來微硬, 裡面的小卷卵存在感十足, 但是海鮮風味被蒜片與辣香蓋住, 比較可惜, “元味”的小卷比較美味.
This is the signature dish. You would need to reserve. The squid is fried than stir-fried. The texture of the squid is a bit hard though. There are fair amount of squid eggs. But, the garlic and spicy flavor covers the seafood flavor though. I still prefer “Yuan Restaurant” squid dish.

招牌砂鍋燉土雞
Casseroles Chicken Broth

大為廚坊的招牌砂鍋燉土雞是台灣 500 盤之一, 大白菜鋪滿整個砂鍋, 因為有大白菜吸收燉雞湯釋出的油脂, 喝起來是清爽型雞湯, 大為廚坊的雞湯比較耐喝, 與 “海派”與 “請客樓“的濃郁微黏口雞湯類型截然不同, 我個人喜歡濃郁雞湯, 完全主觀.
The signature dish of Dai Wei restaurant is Casseroles Chicken Broth, which is one of the Taiwan 500 plates. The large Chinese Cabbage covers all the casseroles surface. Since the cabbage absorbs most of the essence and fats from the chicken broth, this soup dish tastes a bit light. It is a complete different broth type from “Hai Pai restaurant” and “The Guest House”. I personally prefer thick broth.

香干牛肉絲
Beef Slice with Dried Tofu Slice

這一盤香干牛肉絲份量頗多, 豆干切得工整, 就跟我在“玉喜”吃到的菊花豆腐ㄧ樣工整, 也可以搭配刈包吃, 品嚐到的醬香風味與其他菜餚有點相似.
The quantity of this dish is quite large. The dried tofu slice is cut perfectly, just like the ones that I had at “Yu Hsi restaurant”. You can also pair with Bao too. However, the sweet and salty flavor is a bit similar like other dishes though.

鹹蛋酥中卷

下酒菜類型, 如果有點酒, 也可以點這道鹹蛋酥中卷.
This dish is great pairing with alcohols, especially beers.
川香老皮嫩肉

另外一道香干牛肉絲比較有特色, 也比較好吃.
Beef Slice with Dried Tofu Slice has more characters and more tasty.
酒釀油爆蝦

份量與其他台北餐廳 (例如: “曉鹿鳴樓”) 差不多, 大為廚坊價格比預期地高. 雖然名稱裡有 “酒釀”, 我只吃出油爆蝦的風格.
The quantity is about the same at “Tai Da Table Restaurant”. But Da-Wei Restaurant price is a bit higher. It tastes average.

因為頗辣, 我沒有吃.
Because it is too spicy, I didnt eat it.
結論 Conclusion ⭐
大為廚坊是天母美食之ㄧ, 由於位於天母, 價格偏中上, 但還是比金蓬萊平價. 除了天母附近的居民外, 我也聽說有人去完陽明山後來這裡吃飯, 有經過再吃就可以
如果是四人去, 建議菜餚:
✅ 墨魚燒肉 or 東坡肉 or 香干牛肉絲
✅ 刈包
✅ 醬焗四季豆
✅ 竹山菜脯烘蛋
✅ 再選菜單上的 1 ~ 2 道菜餚
Da Wei Restaurant is one of the Tianmu restaurants at Shilin District. Because its location, the price is above average. But it is still cheaper than Golden Formosa Restaurant. Besides Tianmu residents, there are some Yangming Mountain tourists dine here too. When you are at Tianmu, you can try out this place.
If there are 4 people, I would suggest:

✅ Bao
✅ Stir-Fried Sting beans
