Tamed Fox 信義訂位
Tamed Fox Xinyi Reservation
Tamed Fox 信義地址為 台北市信義區松仁路91號號 B1 樓 , 位於市政府捷運站三號出口與象山捷運站一號出口中間, 沿著松仁路轉進松仁路95巷, 右邊可看到 “一蘭拉麵”, 再轉進松勇路, 即可看到樓梯可看到位於 B1 的 Tamed Fox 信義. Tamed Fox 信義除了有明亮寬敞的戶外庭院區, 也有半開放式長桌包廂, 更有一區是像單人座辦公室, 有插頭與無線網路. Tamed Fox 信義訂位 有兩個方式, 可到 inline ( https://reurl.cc/4y35MY ), 也可到 Facebook臉書專頁的 “Book Now ” 「搶先預約」 按鍵.
Tamed Fox Xinyi address is B1, No. 91, SongRen Road, Xinyi District, Taipei City. It is in between Elephant MRT station Exit 1 and City Hall MRT station Exit 3. The restaurant is closed to “Ichiran Ramen”. Tamed Fox Xinyi has a great outdoor seating area and large indoor seats. There is only an area that looks like office spaces with plugs and free wifi. There are two ways to get Tamed Fox Xinyi Reservation. One is to reserve at inline ( https://reurl.cc/4y35MY ),or you can just visit Tamed Fox Xinyi facebook to reserve.

Tamed Fox 信義停車與低消
Tamed Fox Xinyi Parking & Minium Charge
信義區停車場一小時頗貴, 但是附近仍舊有一些停車場可做參考 (圖一) , 每人低消為一份餐點或飲料, 此外, Tamed Fox 信義店與安和店一樣皆是寵物友善餐廳, 用餐限時 2小時.
The parking lot fee per hour is quite expensive. There are still some parking lots around the area (Picture 1). The minimum charge is one dish or drink. Also, Tamed Fox Xinyi and Anhe are pet-friendly restaurant. The maximum dining hour is 2 hours.

碗裡有藜麥, 烤醋菇與炒蛋, 我最喜歡的是有鹹甜且微焦香的雞腿肉 ,香料不會過重, 每一口皆滿意. 健康早午餐無誤 , 而且份量足夠. 因為在信義區, 價格偏高在預期之內.
The bowl includes quinoa, roasted balsamic mushrooms, and scrambled eggs. My favorite part is the chicken thigh meat, which has a delightful balance of savory sweetness and a slight crispiness. The herbs are not overpowering, making every bite satisfying. It’s a healthy brunch option with enough portions. Given its location in the Xinyi district, the price is somewhat high but within expectations.

這道香煎鮭魚碗的特製辣醬是參峇辣醬 (House Spicy Samba Sauce), 是Tamed Fox 信義店新加坡籍主廚 Kevin Yu 的私房配方, 一整碗份量超多, 我覺得我吃香煎鮭魚應該就飽了, 孰不知還有溏心蛋與醃洋蔥, 主廚很聰明不用平常看到的生菜, 而是採用龍鬚菜, 我會建議兩個人分享.
The spicy sauce is house spicy samba sauce. The sauce recipe is from Tamed Fox Xinyi Singapore executive chef Mr. Kevin Yu. The size of the dish is large. I am sure that I can just fulfill my appetite by only eating the salmon. But, there are also greens, edamame, roasted balsamic and mushroom. I would suggest sharing if possible.
烤蔬菜辣根鷹嘴豆泥與溫泉蛋

鷹嘴豆泥其實不常出現在台灣的西式餐廳, 上次吃到 鷹嘴豆泥 是在 “ Chou Chou” , 這道的鷹嘴豆泥頗多, 吃起來像馬鈴薯泥的口感, 我個人不會建議初次體驗者點, 這道料理的食材還包括花生, 辣根醬, 溫泉蛋, 烤蔬菜與自製辣椒油, 若想嘗試不一樣的餐點, 這道可以考慮.
You don’t see hummus appeared in Taipei restaurant menu that often. Last time I had hummus was at “Chou Chou”. The quantity of the hummus are a lot, which tastes like mashed potato. I wouldn’t recommend first-timer to try. The ingredients also include peanut, horseradish, roasted mixed vegetables, onset egg, house chili oil. If you want to try different dish, you can consider this dish.

許多人都不知道台灣老婆餅內餡是冬瓜糖, 這款飲料甜度是來自台灣手工冬瓜磚熬煮而成, 因此整體偏適量甜, 卻不會過於突兀, 想嘗試新風味咖啡可嘗試.
Many people didn’t know that winter melon sugar is one of the major ingredients for Taiwan pastries. The sweet of this latte is from the winter melon sugar. It is a bit different from the regular latte. If you want to try different flavor, you can try this latte.

二訪決定喝平常喝的燕麥拿鐵, 整體來說, 我還是認為 “The Normal Coffee”的燕麥最合我的口味.
On my second visit, I decide to order latte with oat milk. Overall, I still like “The Normal Coffee” oat milk latte.

此為招待, 老實說, 我認為是我們兩個人點超多食物與飲料, 才讓我們試一下他們做的紅色天鵝絨蛋糕, 不錯吃, 甜而不膩, 若可接受美式蛋糕, 可考慮點這片蛋糕來試試.
This slice of cake is free. Honestly, I think that my friend and I ordered so many foods and drinks. So, they let us try their red velvet cake. It is quite delicious with fair amount of sweet. If you can accept American style cake, you can consider this cake.
