歐洲風味餐坊 ( Saveur Taipei ) 在台北忠孝復興法式餐廳名單裡, 也是台北大安區適合家庭聚餐的平價餐廳之一.
Saveur Taipei is one of the French Restaurants near Taipei Zhongxiao Fuxing MRT station. It is also suitable for family gathering at Da’an District.

歐洲風味餐坊臨近忠孝復興捷運站三號出口, 與 “一小步餐廳 Un Petit Pas Bistro” 相反的方向, 餐廳在 “Home Hotel – 大安” 後方巷弄內, 歐洲風味餐坊店面相似像種滿盆栽的私宅, 會先看到黑板寫著商業午餐料理名單, 走進庭院發現有少許戶外座位, 室內裝潢風格如同永康街 “長春藤法式餐廳 (Long Wall)” 一樣屬於歐洲老派, 優雅白色桌巾搭配木質座椅. 翻開菜單發現歐洲風味餐坊的平價商業午餐是星期一至星期六, 與 “L先生義法餐廳” 一樣.
Saveur Taipei is near No. 3 Exit of Zhongxiao Fuxing MRT station. It is at the opposite direction of “Un Petit Pas Bistro”. The restaurant location is at the alley near “Home Hotel”. It is difficult to recognize the store front. While walking into the tiny yard, you would see the outdoor seats and the black board stated TODAY’S LUNCH MENU. The indoor design is as traditional as “Long Wall Restaurant”, which includes the white table cloth wooden chair and tables. The most interesting part is that Saver Taipei offers Monday to Sunday Business price-friendly Lunch Set, just like “Monsieur L Restaurant”.

歐洲風味餐坊外商業午餐套餐均一價皆是 NTD $550. 店員端上歐式麵包籃與抹醬. 歐式麵包微熱但相當酥脆, 奶油抹醬較為簡單紮實, 最特別的莫過於顏色如黑鑽般的鯷魚橄欖醬, 鯷魚特殊鱻味讓很多台灣人反應很極端, 有人喜愛也有人敬而遠之. 將少量鯷魚橄欖醬平均抹在麵包入口, 原本以為醃橄欖與鯷魚結合會帶來雙重鹹味, 但實際上整體風味並不會過重, 一般人都可接受.
All Saveur Taipei Business Lunch Sets are NTD $550. The bread is warm but crispy. The butter is dense and basic. The most surprising part would be the black color anchovy olive sauce spread. Most Taiwanese have different opinion about anchovy, just like Foreigners have different with sticky tofu. I only put a few sauce spread on the bread. It isn’t as salty as expected. Overall, it is a good start with surprising element.

顏色有如 “A.B House 義式私房料理” 蔬菜濃湯為暖橘色, 套餐湯品份量算多, 湯品口感微濃稠, 第一口竟是有如草本風味, 接下來幾口才有明顯的芹菜和蘿蔔綜合風味.
The color of the soup is the same as “A.B House”, which is orange. The soup is not as thick as expected. Also, the first sip has some herbs flavor. The following sips contains obvious leeks and carrot mixed flavor.

焗烤蘑菇

老實說, 我原本以為會直接從湯品跳到主餐, 孰不知還有這道令人眼睛一亮的焗烤蘑菇, 店員親切提醒碗相當燙, 將厚實起司切開後, 將熱騰騰邪惡牽絲起司和蘑菇切塊一起入口, 口感如蒸蛋般細緻且美味, 這是我當天最愛的料理.
Honestly, I thought the next dish is the main course. It turns out to be this baked mushroom dish. After cutting the thick cheese surface open, I would suggest to eat the filling (mushroom and cheese) right away. The texture is surprisingly silky. This dish is my favorite dish of the day.
燉羊膝

這一道料理充分表現出歐洲風味餐坊的家常料理, 少許人會稱作歐式鄉村料理, 店員端上桌時, 原本以為會像 “花酒藏海鮮吧”小羔羊排的小 Size, 孰不知這道羊膝的 Size 比我預期地大非常多, 不用刀切即可將骨頭和肉分離, 雖然容易散開, 但底層有醬汁, 因此整體不會乾柴. 單吃醬汁出現草本風味, 有少許苦味, 值得一提的是一片片疊起的馬鈴薯配角, 令人難忘.
People might call this dish as Family Cuisine. Obviously, it doesn’t have a fancy presentation. The braised lamb’s size is larger than “Aplus Grill & Seafood Bar”’s lamb size. You don’t need a knife to separate the bone and lamb meat. Since there is sauce at the bottom, the overall texture is not dry. If tasting the sauce alone, the herb flavor appears again, which is a bit bitter. The side dish, which is layers of potatoes, tastes great.

NTD $550 套餐居然有甜點!! 而且還是少見的烤蛋白霜, 外型如小丘般的甜點端上桌, 烘烤打發的蛋白鬆軟程度有如海綿蛋糕, 但並沒有 “JE Kitchen” 雲朵般輕盈, 單吃並沒有任何風味, 搭配杏仁片和牛奶焦糖淋醬為甜點加分.
I was surprised again to know that there is dessert at the NTD $550. The meringue is fluffy as expected. But of course, it is not as fluffy as “JE Kitchen” cloud dessert. If eating the meringue alone, there wont be any flavor. But, pairing with the almond and caramel milk sauce definitely tastes great.

As the set drink of NTD $550, it is not bitter.
