(Closed Down ) 台北 Mooo Burger 是 2021 新開幕餐廳, 也是 Chateau Zoe 酒窖餐廳的第二品牌, 觀察 Mooo Burger 菜單後發現食材與價格都與平常台北漢堡店不太一樣.
Mooo Burger is 2021 Taipei new restaurant. It is also 2nd brand of Chateau Zoe restaurant. After checking Mooo Burger menu, I found out the ingredients are price are different from other Taipei Burger restaurant.

Mooo Burger 訂位

Mooo Burger Reservation and Dining Environment

新開幕 Mooo Burger 離市政府捷運站 2 號出口約 10 分鐘路程, 與 “紅九九個人鴛鴦鍋” 同一條街, 餐廳地址則是之前 “HIVE 早午餐”的地點. 三個漢堡 Logo 的招牌很好認, 你可以試著打電話訂位, 餐廳是以高腳椅為主,比較適合少數人用餐, 而且是非常高,所以我決定乾脆立足吃漢堡. 後來得知當初餐廳設計其實是以外帶為主, 而非內用. 請注意 2021. 10 月的營業時間是下午有營業, 只有 2:30 pm~ 3:30pm 休息時間, 晚上比較早關門, 請自行確認營業時間.
Mooo Burger restaurant is about 10 minutes away from Exit 2 of Taipei City Hall MRT station. It is at the same street as “Hong JoJo 99 Hot Pot”. Its location is at the previous “Hive Restaurant” location. The sing with 3 burgers logo is easy to recognize. You can call to make reservation in advance. However,  the seating chairs are very tall. It is more suitable for less people. The restaurant is designed for mostly to-go instead of dine-in. Please note that 2021. October operation hour includes afternoon (only 2:30pm ~ 3:30pm off). But, they close earlier at night. Please check their operation hour before visiting.

Mooo Burger 點菜 SOP

Mooo Burger Order SOP

先在櫃臺點餐付錢, 餐廳會叫號去櫃檯拿餐. Mooo Burger 有提供三款漢堡麵包體, 請先決定哪款漢堡麵包體:

✅ 布里歐重奶油麵包: 適量奶油香, 柔軟口感
✅ 佛卡夏麵包: 吃起來有嚼勁
✅ 軟式法國麵包: 外酥內軟

You would need to order at the counter and pay in advance. The restaurant would call the number to pick up the trey. Mooo Burger has three burger breads , you would need to decide in advance.

✅ Brioche: Buttery flavor and soft texture.
✅ Focaccia: A bit chewy texture.
✅ Baguette: Crispy Appearance and Soft Inside

漢堡麵包三選一, 我是選布里歐, 吃起來就如我在 “layback 漢堡餐廳“ 吃到的布里歐一樣, 充滿奶油香, 可惜沒有酥脆焦香口感. 這次季節海鮮是與花蓮七星潭東昌定置漁場合作的鬼頭刀魚排, 下次可能會不一樣, 選擇海鮮的原因是上次在 Chateau Zoe 酒窖餐廳吃到海鮮菜餚驚為天人, 這次的炸魚排吃起來就是英國的 English Fish and Chips , 第一口會有ㄎㄠˇ的酥脆口感, , 吃起來是細緻 ,而不是粗糙, 只是 Mooo 自製美乃滋對我來說是有點偏鹹重口味. 品嚐這款漢堡後, 會讓我下次想要品嚐他們的山裡的牛排漢堡.
I picked Brioche. The burger bread tastes like the Brioche that I tasted at “layback burger restaurant”. It is buttery, but without crispy texture. The seasonal fish is Mahi Mahi, which is from Hualien, Taiwan. Next Time might be different. I selected seasonal fish because I tasted great fried lobster at Chateau Zoe. This time, the fried fish tastes like English fish and chips. The first bite is crispy texture. Their custom-made mayo is a bit salty for me though. After tasting their burger, I would consider try out their vegetable burger.

炸櫛瓜條

Fried Zucchini

Foodelicious: 👍👍👍

如果 Parko Parco 炸櫛瓜條是 5/5 , Mooo Burger 炸櫛瓜條是 3/5, 因為 Moo Burger 炸櫛瓜條有太多水份, 導致不夠脆, 而是偏軟的口感.
If Parko Parco fried zucchini is 5/5, Mooo Burger fried zucchini is 3/5 because of its soft texture.

莓果森林奶昔

Berry Milk Shake

Foodelicious: 👍👍👍👍👍

大概是我在台北喝過最好喝的莓果奶昔, 不僅有顆粒感, 也有黑醋栗! 價格也 perfect.
This is probably the best Berry Milk Shake that I tased at Taipei City. It has black currant inside this shake. The price is perfect too.

 

結論 Conclusion

與 “01Burger 餐廳”不同的地方是 Mooo Burger 內餡是偏西式. Mooo Burger 是 Chateau Zoe 酒窖餐廳 的第二個品牌. 價格與品質皆是 Gourmet Burger, 雖然炸魚排漢堡是 3/5 , 我願意再去一次吃他們的山裡的牛排素食漢堡.
Different from “01Burger”, Mooo Burger filling is toward western cuisine. Since Moo Burger is the 2nd brand of Chateau Zoe, the price and quality are both Gourmet Burger. Even though fried fish burger is 3/5, I am willing to try out their Vegetarian Burger.
