成功鍋貼為來金門旅行必吃特色美食之一, 位於金門縣金湖鎮的成功鍋貼館更是在觀光客的行程之一.
Chenggong Stir-fried dumpling is one of the must-eat dish during Kinmen Travel.

跟家人來金門旅行, 高級住宿昇恆昌金湖飯店 ( Golden Lake Hotel )的早餐選項裡並沒有成功鍋貼, 於是跟著旅行團來到成功鍋貼館吃在地美食.
My family and I travel to Kinmen. However, the Golden Lake Hotel breakfast do not have this type of Stir-fried dumpling. Therefore, we joined the tourist to dine at this restaurant.

成功鍋貼

外型像餃子, 而非像常見的長型, 最特別的是鍋貼外層沾了蛋汁, 是金門在地作法, 極度酥脆口感再加上多汁內餡, Size 又剛好兩口可以解決, 讓人會想一口接著一口. 餐廳老闆提到一次最少要 30 粒水餃, 來金門不吃成功鍋貼會很可惜.
The appearance is similar with the regular dumpling, which is round. The crispy texture comes from the extra mixed egg yolk/egg white. The filling is juicy and tender as expected. However, the owner mentioned that the minimum order is 30 pcs though. I would recommend this dish to everyone who visited Kinmen.

香酥排骨 (小)

酥脆口感加上蒜香風味, 只是肉雖然有點偏乾. 建議四人以上用餐再點這道.
The crispy chicken texture along wit the garlic flavor is great. The meat is dry. I would suggest party above four to order this dish.

酸辣湯 (大)

台灣人總是愛四菜一湯這種合菜點法, 觀光客來這家餐廳幾乎都是點酸辣湯, 跟經典的酸辣湯一樣都是有白胡椒的辣香, 青菜份量比其他餐廳多, 建議也是團體去吃再點.
Most customers order this hot and sour soup. There are fair amount of vegetables in the soup. It has small amount of white pepper flavor, which is not as hot as expected.
