Fa Burger 訂位與外送
Fa Burger Reservation and Delivery
Fa Burger 沒有外送服務, 只能外帶與內用. 2020 年底新開幕的Fa Burger 離大安捷運站6號出口約10 ~ 15 分鐘距離, 沿著大安路一段會先經過 “Le Blanc”, 即可看到類似信義區 “布爾喬亞 La Cuisine Bourgeoise”的戶外高腳座位區, 有屋簷可遮小雨. Fa Burger 訂位需要用打電話的方式, 座位只有五個, 建議兩位用餐. Fa Burger 目前餐廳下午有營業.
Fa Burger does not have delivery service. You can only take-out or dine-in. Fa Burger is opened at the end of 2020. It is about 10 ~ 15 minutes walking distance from Da’an MRT station Exit 6. You would pass “Le Blanc” first. Then, you would see several outdoor high chair seats, similar with “La Cuisine Bourgeoise”. There is roof top to avoid the small rain. You would need to call to reserve seats. However, there are only 5 seats, I would suggest two people for the best. Now, Fa Burger is opened during the afternoon.

Fa Burger 的帶骨牛小排巧巴達 (30oz) 對食量小的人來說是兩人份, 我認識的饕客則是說可以一人完勝帶骨牛小排巧巴達. 麵包選項有巧巴達、可頌、帕瑪森軟法三種, 價格不一樣. 我則是點香料燻烤牛肉巧巴達 (5oz), 份量為一人份. 這裡皆是等客人點菜後才開始切片的動作, 保持著肉汁與溫度, Fa Burger 用的是美國牛肉, 黑胡椒與其他香料醃燻後有著濃郁迷人的肉香與風味, 搭配的巧巴達是厚實且酥脆, 不會過乾, 價格與美味程度比 ”Liquid Bread Company” 好太多, 我個人推薦這款香料燻烤牛肉巧巴達.
Fa Burger’s 30 oz Short Ribs Ciabatta is considered for two people. The bread selections include Ciabatta, Croissant , Soft Parmesan. The price is different though. I ordered Smoked Karubi Ciabatta (5oz). They do not pre-slice the beef, which is great! It would keep the hot temperature and juicy texture. Fa Burger uses USA Beef along with black pepper and a few other spices. Overall, it has thick meaty flavor and delicious. The Ciabatta is thick but yet crispy. The price and delicious level is way better than “Liquid Bread Company”. I would definitely recommend Smoked Karubi Ciabatta.

當時 Fa Burger 老闆正在做粉嫩烤牛肉給其他客人, 就順便給我一片試試, 顏色與 “Lawry’s Taipei”牛排顏色有點相似, 低溫再稍為烤的牛肉是屬於輕柔型風味, 我個人還是比較喜歡香料燻烤牛肉.
Fa Burger boss is slicing the roast beef for other customers. So, he gave me one to try. The pink color is similar with “ Lawry’s Taipei” beef color. The beef is cooked with low temperate and roast a bit. Overall, I would still prefer the smoked beef though.

其實我還蠻驚訝菜單上沒有酒精飲料, 反而有越式煉乳咖啡, 我個人倒是希望Fa Burger 可以像 “ Parko Parco “一樣有精釀啤酒的酒單. 這款澳洲 Bundaberg 瓶裝薑汁汽水雖然標的是 “Ginger Beer” , 實際上是無酒精氣泡飲料, 喝起來並不會有擾人刺激的生薑味, 反倒是類似微甜氣泡飲料, 可搭配微鹹的香料燻烤牛肉巧巴達.
I am surprised that the menu doesn’t have alcohols. Surprisingly, they have Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk. I sincerely wish that Fa Burger can offer craft beer like at “Parko Parco Bistro”. Even though this sparkling drink marked “Ginger Beer”, but it doesn’t have any ABV. It doesn’t have annoyed ginger flavor. It is overall just like sweet sparkling drink. You can pair this drink with smoked beef.

兩人用餐建議先預訂 30oz 帶骨牛小排巧巴達 , 一人可以點我吃的香料燻烤牛肉巧巴達, 不只食物美味與價格合理, 店員也是頗為親切, 我個人很推薦. 我會再訪 Fa Burger.
I would suggest you to reserve the Short Ribs Ciabatta (30oz) in advance for 2 people. One person can order the smoked beef ciabatta. The food is delicious and price is reasonable. The staff is quite friendly as well. I would definitely recommend it. I will revisit Fa Burger for sure.
