(已歇業 ) La cuisine bourgeoise 布爾喬亞餐廳是我的市政府站美食推薦之一, 也是少數只有戶外座位的台北街邊異國料理, 而且 布爾喬亞 菜單每日不固定.

La Cuisine Bourgeoise Reservation and Information
布爾喬亞最靠近市政府站四號出口, 走大約 15分鐘既可抵達位於松隆路街邊的店面, 這裡並不像松菸 “VJ 義法餐廳”,布爾喬亞並沒有室內座位,布爾喬亞 必須事先訂位, 訂位可通過電話或是 Facebook 私訊 . 那天用餐剛好晴天, 除了高腳桌椅外, 老闆多擺置一張小桌子, 這裡也適合約會. 布爾喬亞基本上只有老闆一個人, 準備菜餚時間較長, 每天的菜單不一樣, 但是都會公佈在 Facebook, 廚房並不大, 雖然不像 “nku 餐廳”有高級廚房設備, 但基本廚房設備都有.
La Cuisine Bourgeoise restaurant is near Exit 4 of City Hall MRT station. It takes about 15 minutes of walking to arrive at the store front at the street side of Songlong Road. Unlike “VJ Restaurant”, La Cuisine Bourgeoise doesn’t have indoor seats. The customer would need to call or Facebook private message to reserve seats. It was a sunny day during dining. Therefore, besides high chair and table, the owner also place a small table and seat as well. This place is suitable for dating as well. The owner is the only staff here, so the preparation time would be longer as expected. Everyday menu is different but the owner would announce at the Facebook. Unlike “nku Taipei”, La Cuisine Bourgeoise restaurant only has the basic but enough Kitchen equipments.

La cuisine bourgeoise 布爾喬亞並不像 “Bottless 非瓶餐酒館” 是 Wine on Tap. 而是是盒裝葡萄酒 (如圖), Christophe Pacalet 酒莊的 100% Gamay 非常單純易飲, 櫻桃風味多過於黑醋栗,單寧柔和, 適合葡萄酒初飲者可嘗試. 但是我個人會比較建議點冰精釀啤酒來喝. 符合戶外座位用餐風格.
Unlike “Bottless restaurant”, La cuisine bourgeoise is not Wine on Tap. It is surprisingly win in carton/box (as picture). 100% Gamay from Christophe Pacalet winery is easy-to-drink type. There are more cherry flavor than black currant flavor. The tannin is soft, which is suitable for first time wine drinker. However, I would suggest to order ice craft beer. The style is more matched.

照理說我應該要點布爾喬亞更有特色的餐點 （例如普羅旺斯蚵仔煎 or 牛肝蕈烘蛋), 但是我已經很久沒吃波特菇, 全聯也不便宜, 所以就點了來吃.番茄與莫札瑞拉起司鑲滿波特菇, 迫不及待切開, 熱騰騰莫札瑞拉起司搭配微酸番茄的經典風味就像在吃 “ Banco Taipei” 的瑪格莉特Pizza. 這道波特菇料理是我私心喜愛的料理.
Honestly, I should order signature dishes (For example: Champignon portobello en pizza or Brouillade d’œufs aux huîtres”. However, it has been a while since I eat Portobello mushroom. And the PX Mart sells in quite high price. The tomato sauce and Mozzarella Cheese are stuffed at the mushroom. The taste of the thick and hot Mozzarella Cheese and hints of acidity from the tomato sauce is a classic match. It is just like eating Margherita Pizza at “Banco Taipei”. I personally like this dish a lot.

雖然 La Cuisine Bourgeoise 布爾喬亞 是法國餐廳名稱, 我在這裡選擇點義大利料理. 我上次吃雙槽麵是在 “Pico Pico Taipei”, 最大的不同是布爾喬亞義大利麵條是自製, 長短不一很明顯, al dente 程度不亞於 也是自製麵條的 “KAFNU Taipei”, 羊奶起司給得很有誠意, 我個人最愛這道的義大利培根, 厚實鹹香搭配濃郁羊奶起司風味是我喜歡的重口味義大利菜餚. NTD $350 坐在街邊戶外座位用餐我可以接受! 若是在餐廳吃這份量與食材, 價格肯定會漲到 NTD $400 以上. 我個人很推薦布爾喬亞的義大利麵系列, 我也將這家放進我的台北義式餐廳推薦名單.
La Cuisine Bourgeoise is a French restaurant name. However, I decide to order Italian cuisines. Last time I ate Casarecce was at “Pico Pico Taipei”. The difference is that La Cuisine Bourgeoise makes their own pasta. The al dente level is as good as another self-made pasta restaurant – “KAFNU Taipei”. There are fair amount of goat cheese, which brings thick cheese flavor to the tastebuds. I like the Pancetta, which is also called Italian Bacon. The salty and meaty flavor matches well with the cheese. I am definitely ok with NTD $350 for dining outside at the street. If it was in the restaurant, the dish price might increase over NTD $400. I would recommend the pasta series from La Cuisine Bourgeoise restaurant. I also put this restaurant to my Taipei Italian Restaurant Recommendation list.

布爾喬亞的麵包與 ”La Farfalla Taipei” 的麵包一樣皆是自家製作, 吃起來有天然酵母的酸香味, 真想有湯或是奶油來搭配這片麵包.
Same as “La Farfalla Taipei”, La Cuisine Bourgeoise makes their own bread. I wish that there would be butter or soup to pair with the bread.
