春美冰菓室是我的南京復興甜點冰店推薦 , 深受觀光客喜愛, 這次 春美 2020 菜單 推出芒果雪花冰與芒果刨冰, 我兩款都有吃到!
Chun Mei Ice Shop is on my Nanjing Fuxing Dessert and Ice Shops recommendation list. It is quite famous among tourist. Now, Chun Mei menu has Mango Snow Ice and Mango Shaved Ice. And I tasted both.

我之前一訪春美冰菓室是在冬天, 這次是在截然不同的夏天. 春美冰菓室附近捷運是南京復興七號出口, 往 “Bottless 非瓶餐酒館”方向走再轉進巷弄內即可抵達, 春美冰菓室不管是白天或夜晚幾乎都是滿座, 曾經上過日本雜誌, 這裡也深受觀光客喜愛. 春美冰菓室無法訂位, 春美低消則是兩人點一份冰品. 店內是採用先點先付錢, 之後叫號自己端上桌與收拾. 春美冰菓室也有例如紅豆, 湯圓..等傳統配料, 招牌手打杏仁豆腐則是店內的招牌.
My first visit at Chun Mei was at winter time. Now, this time is summer time. The nearby MRT exit is Exit 7 of Nanjing Fuxing MRT station. You would need to walk to the direction of “Bottless Bistro” and turn into the alley. Chun Mei Ice Shop is always packed regardless day time or night time. It was on the Japanese magazine, therefore, it is famous among tourists. You cannot reserve seats. The minimum charge is that two people must order one dish. The customer will need to order and pay at the counter prior serving. Chun Mei Ice Shop also have traditional ingredients, such as red bean, tong yuan ..etc. Their hand-made Almond Jelly is their signature dish.

春美冰菓室在 2020 夏季推出芒果系列冰品, 春美芒果刨冰包括新鮮芒果. 手工果醬, 原味奶酪與一小杯煉乳. 視覺美感勾起多數人的食慾, 建議先吃幾塊新鮮芒果與幾口刨冰, 再將煉乳緩緩地倒進冰裡, 一同品嚐時, 芒果的甜搭配煉乳的甜是多數人嚮往的甜點冰品推薦等級. 可是, 我吃到的刨冰並沒有細緻, 請想像刨冰的大小如同 1/2 的硬冰糖, 我差一點就要放棄奶酪因為有些冰有過硬口感,孰不知原味奶酪藏在碗底, 奶香十足, 非常好吃. 整體我認為春美冰菓室需要定期檢查刨冰機器或是換刨刀(?!).
Chun Mei promotes their Mango series item during 2020 Summer. Their Mange Shaved Ice includes Fresh Taiwanese Mango, mango jam, panna cotta and a cup of condensed milk. I would suggest to eat a few mangos and shaved ice first. Then, you could pour in the condensed milk pairing with the mango shaved ice. However, the ice is not shaved nicely. The size of the ice is like 1/2 of crystal sugar cube, which is too large. The ice is supposed to be shaved smoothly and small. I almost gave up on the Panna Cotta since the texture of the ice is hard. And the Panna Cotta, which is delicious, is placed at the bottom of the bowl. Overall, I think Chun Mei Ice Shop should check their shaving equipment prior serving to people.

春美芒果雪花冰包括雪花冰磚, 手工芒果醬,愛文芒果, 與玉米片. 玉米片單純增加不同的口感, 愛文芒果因為芒果醬而保持果香與風味.以全脂鮮奶作為雪花冰的基底, 也加煉乳增加香濃度, 與刨冰比較, 我個人比較喜歡春美芒果雪花冰.
Chun Mei Mango Snow Ice includes snow ice, jam, Taiwanese mango, and corn chips. The corn chips simply just offer difference texture. The mango has its original aroma and flavor due to the jam. Chun Mei uses whole milk and condensed milk as the snow ice base. Comparing with the original shaved ice, I personally prefer the Snow Ice better.
