為何有 WSET 2 認證還想上布根地葡萄酒課程?
Why do I want to take Burgundy Wine Course if I already had WSET 2 Certification?
我已在兩年前 (2020) 拿到 WSET 2 葡萄酒認證, 在這兩年期間, 我去過一些比較特別的酒類品牌發表會 (例如 “貝瑪格雷集團品酒會” ) . 老實說, 我大概是全場少數幾個沒有 WSET 3 認證的人, 可是我並沒有想考 WSET 3 , 所以我希望能夠上一些比較專注於某些國家/地區的葡萄酒課程, 增加更多專業知識.
I already got my WSET 2 Certification two years ago (2020). During those two years, I attended several special wine events ( For example: “BERNARD MAGREZ WINE TAIWAN EVENT” ) . Since I don’t want to take WSET 3, I wish to attend more niche wine courses regarding different countries/areas. So, I can gain more professional knowledge.

A. Selected Wines that represent characters from various Terroirs
The following are a few wines for the course
✅ Chardonnay – South vs North
Saint-Aubin vs Chablis Premier Cru

Chambolle-Musigny vs Givry Premier Cru
Mr. Wang will guide students to taste the wines. He would explain every wine’s Terroir/aroma/flavor. Students can take notes and taste with relax mode. I attended “Diversity of Syrah in the Rhône Valley Vineyards course” before. So, I already knew Mr. Wang has years of experiences of selecting suitable wines.

B. 課程不再只有 Powerpoint
Course material has more than just Powerpoint
王鵬老師的課程除了 Powerpoint 和彩色印刷講義, 王鵬老師也找了適合頗具教育性質的影片來貫穿課堂, 例如在講解 “地質 Soils” , 影片輔助學員們更能理解地質歷史.
Besides Powerpoint, Mr. Paul Wang’s course has color printed textbook. He also prepares educational videos in between the course. For example, when we are discussing “Soils”, the video assist students to know about the history of the soils.
C. 讓學生專心於課程
Let Students Focus on Class Material
在王鵬老師的教材裡, 除了幫學生整理好重點外, 也有需要專心閱讀的資訊類. 圖一是「布根地特級園地圖 (Grands Crus )⠀」, 可看到有空白的紅色框框 , 需要學生們自己填寫, 同時也讓學生花時間看課本資料, 專心於整堂課程. 王鵬老師也會在課程上講一些笑話, 讓上課更有趣.
In Mr. Wang’s course material, there will be a few major points that are well-organized. There are also information that need students to fill out. Picture 1 shows「 Grands Crus at Burgundy Area 」. There are red color blank space that would need the students to fill out. At the same time, students can spend time reading through textbook materials and focusing at class. Mr. Wang will also tell us some jokes to make the class more fun.
