前身是三角貓私廚, 改名為 Azura 餐廳 , 成為 2022 新開幕的台北民生社區富錦街美食之一. Azura 菜單為無菜單套餐制.
Azura Taipei is a newly-opened 2022 Taipei new restaurant. It is a Mingshen Community restaurant. Azura menu is omakase set menu.

Azura 餐廳訂位
Azura Taipei Reservation
Azura 地址為台北市松山區富錦街405號 , 離南京三民捷運站1 號出口大約 15 ~ 20 分鐘路程. Azura 餐廳為預約制餐廳 , 只能打電話預約 (Tel: 0937-988-751 ) , 無法 Walk-in 或是網路預約. Azura 餐廳是乾淨的開放式廚房, 也有一台之前在三角貓私廚很受歡迎的切火腿機器, 可以切出不同厚度的西班牙伊比利火腿, 並不會像 “Jarana“ 還需要廚師們自己手切火腿, Azura 餐廳採用的是知名 Joselito 品牌伊比利火腿. 也有像 “ Chou Chou “ 的乾式熟成櫃 (圖三).
Azura restaurant address is No. 405, Fujin Street , Songshan District, Taipei. It is about 15 ~ 20 minutes walking distance from Exit 1 of Nanjing Sanmin MRT station. Azura is a reservation-only restaurant. You can only call to reserve (Tel: 0937-988-751 ). You cannot walk-in nor reserve online. Azura has a clean open kitchen. It has a special ibérico ham cutting machine. So, the restaurant won’t need to cut the ham by themselves like at “Jarana Restaurant” .They also have dry aged shelf like at “Chou Chou Restaurant”.

Azura 餐廳並沒有公佈「無菜單的套餐價格 」, 當時 2022.5月價格有分三種 – NTD $2980 / 人 ; NTD $3500/人 ; NTD $4500/人 , . 我跟朋友吃的是 NTD $2980/人. 粉絲們告知 2022. 9 月 餐廳可以刷卡, 為了安全起見, 建議再自行詢問店家.
Azura restaurant did not announced the omakase set menu price. 2022.May has 3 prices – NTD $2980/person ; NTD $3500/person ; NTD $4500/person. My friends and I had the NTD $2980/person omakase set. Fans informed me that after 2022.9, you can use credit card. I would suggest you to ask the restaurant before dining.

Azura Restaurant Overall Review
我沒有吃過三角貓私廚, 所以無法比較, 我也只能整理出幾個重點與大家分享.
✅ 當天印象比較深刻的是香煎干貝佐香檳醬(圖一) 與 嫩香牛排 ( 圖三) , 只是整個套餐似乎沒有像 “logy “ 一樣有 signature dish.
✅ 即使是無菜單, 建議 Azura 還是要主動在網路上公佈三款套餐價格, 當時 2022.5月價格有分三種 – NTD $2980 / 人 ; NTD $3500/人 ; NTD $4500/人, 要不然我們還要自己上網找價格. 我們其實沒有太大興趣打電話或是私訊問價格
✅ 值得去嗎? 整體吃起來無雷, 只是 NTD $2980/人 我希望能吃到比較特別的菜餚 – 西班牙紅蝦 或 西班牙海鮮飯 ..etc. 更能突顯餐廳的特色
There are several points that I would like to share with you.
✅ I like the scallop with champagne sauce (pic 1) and the steak (pic 3). However, I didnt notice if they have a signature dish like “logy”
✅ Even though it is omakase set, I will suggest Azura restaurant to announce the three types of price. 2022.May has 3 prices – NTD $2980/person ; NTD $3500/person ; NTD $4500/person. After all, Azura is not a private kitchen/restaurant anymore. We, as the consumers, are a bit lazy to search online or private message the price.
✅ Worth going? There isn’t any dislike dish. However, with NTD $2980/per person, I still wish to eat some special dishes – Spanish red shrimp or Spanish seafood paella ..etc . It would show more characters of Azura Restaurant
