2730 Cafe 》在信義安和咖啡店裡吃台灣家常料理簡餐

(2020.3 三訪更新) 2730 Cafe 全名為 “2730 café 貳柒參零咖啡”, 位於台北大安區寅樂屋咖哩食堂旁邊, 2730 咖啡店也是台北信義安和不限時咖啡廳之一.
2730 Cafe is located near my favorite curry restaurant – Torarakuya Taipei. It is also one of the coffee shops that doesnt have limited time policy.

直接從信義安和捷運五號出口出來左轉一路走到光復南路, 再轉入延吉街巷弄內即可看到 2730 Cafe, 沿著這條巷弄有不同的異國料理餐廳 – “寅樂屋咖哩”, “LIQUID BREAD COMPANY”, “Hidden by DN 隱丹廚”, 和 “El Marqués Tapas Bar”. 文青咖啡店外擺著精釀啤酒空瓶作為裝飾, 放置一邊的藤椅更是多了些復古元素, 踏進2730 咖啡店內, 那一片與 “Saturn Landing Turkish Coffee”一樣土耳其藍牆壁最引人注目, 2730 Cafe 深褐色環境裡擺置老派但舒適的桌椅, 跟 “東咖啡”有不少相似的地方, 我跟朋友入座於 2730 Cafe 窗邊座位, 這時才觀察到一隻黑貓與一隻白貓正在店內悠哉巡店, 也看到不少人用電腦工作, 這裡有插座也有 Wifi. 2020年三月改成下午兩點開始營業, 但是仍舊有提供台式料理餐點.
The closest MRT exit would be No. 5 Exit of Xinyi Anhe MRT station. 2730 Cafe is on Yajin street, which is also near many restaurants – such as “Torarakuya Taipei”, “LIQUID BREAD COMPANY”, “Hidden by DN” and “El Marqués Tapas Bar”. 2730 Cafe displays empty craft beer bottles by the window. There is a beautiful turkey blue wall , which is similar with “Saturn Landing Turkish Coffee”. The tables, the chairs and the brown color spaces represents old-fashion but comfortable dining environment. I have this type of impression when I first stepped in “Dong Coffee” as well. After seating by the window, I finally notice the black cat and the white cat. There are also a few people who are working with their computers at the coffee shop since 2730 Cafe offers WIFI and wall socket. Starting from March 2020, the operation hour changes to 2pm. But, they still offer Simple Taiwanese Cuisine.

2730 Cafe 低消是一杯飲料, 並不是一份餐點, 三訪我是點阿嬤控肉飯, 每項主餐皆附三樣小菜, 店家都會不定期更換小菜內容.阿嬤控肉飯吃起來就像我娘滷的控肉 (加可樂版本), 並不是一整塊有視覺美感的五花肉, 而是切塊, 吃起來有些許軟嫩, 簡單風味, 鹹度適中, 而且有我愛吃的豆干, 超下飯. 跟她們的紅燒牛肉飯比, 我比較喜歡控肉飯. 如果你常在咖啡店用電腦工作, 吃膩咖啡店的三明治, 可選擇到這裡!
The minimum charge is one drink instead of a dish/set. I ordered Braised Pork Rice at my third visit. Each Set has three small appetizer. The braised version is exactly like my mom’s version with Coke. It tastes simple flavor along with fair amount of saltness. And it has my favorite dried tofu. Comparing with their braised beef rice, I prefer the braised pork rice. if you are sick and tired of Coffee Shop Sandwiches, you can choose 2730 Cafe.

吃台式簡餐就是要配東方茶啊, 熱蜜香紅茶端上桌時有讓我驚艷到, 沒想到是用彩釉茶壺, 紅茶不澀, 可點!
The Chinese tea pairs great simple Taiwanese causal dish. The black tea is not bitter at all. I would recommend the black tea.

2730 Cafe 低消是一杯飲料, 並不是一份餐點, 上次在咖啡店吃中式簡餐是在大直”杜鵑窩咖啡店”, 這次 2730 Cafe 菜單相當多一人份家常料理選項, 一訪我是點紅燒牛肉飯, 每項主餐皆附三樣小菜, 這次小菜是黑木耳, 泡菜和胡麻豆腐, 店家都會不定期更換小菜內容. 深褐色溫熱紅燒牛肉滷汁品嚐起來只有簡單的肉香, 並沒有多餘香料做為點綴, 屬於中規中矩類型, 飯粒雖然偏硬,但淋上紅燒牛肉滷汁後, 會讓人有趴飯的衝動, 帶有少許油脂的牛肉相當下飯, 只是紅白蘿蔔並沒有像 “門前隱味牛肉麵” 滷得透徹,整體吃起來相當符合家常料理的標準, 比較適合家裡不開伙但又想吃家常料理的人.
The minimum charge of 2730 Cafe is one drink, instead of one dish. Last time I ate Chinese cuisine at “CUCKOO’s NEST” near Neihu area. There are many single-person Chinese dish options on the menu. I ordered Braised Beef rice along with three free side dishes. The items may vary each time. 2730 Cafe offers black fungus, kimchi, and sesame tofu. The dark brown braised broth doesn’t have much spices nor layers of flavors. It only has meaty flavor as expected. The rice is a bit hard, but pairs great with the braised broth. The beef is not dry, thanks to the fats. However, the carrot and radish texture are not as soft as “Hidden Beef Noodle”’s carrot and radish. This dish overall is above average if you don’t usually cook at home.

2730 Cafe 的咖啡選項並沒有想像地多, 反倒是有相當多其他飲品 (例如不同風味的牛奶) 和許多甜點 (例如焦糖烤布蕾). 我跟朋友都點黑糖咖啡, 奶泡並沒有過於濃密, 可惜相較之下並沒有 “民生工寓”的黑糖咖啡出色, 較為可惜.
There aren’t too many coffee options on 2730 Cafe. Interesting enough, it offers other drinks (such as different flavors of milk) and desserts (such as creme brûlée). My friend and I both ordered brown sugar coffee. The foam isn’t as thick as expected. In comparison, I still consider “Coffee Essential”’s brown sugar latte is the best of Taipei City.

2019年7月二訪時, 2730 Cafe 開始推出商業午間限定套餐 (11:30am ~ 2pm ), 二訪我則是選了咖哩飯, 表現不如其他咖哩專賣店是在預料中, 但是整個套餐吃下來, 填飽肚子是足夠.
At my 2nd visit, 2730 Cafe has their new lunch set promotion (11:30am ~ 2pm). I chose Curry Rice. However, it tastes average comparing to other curry restaurants. The overall taste is average. However, it can fulfill the appetite.
