台北中山區的 Pure Wine 璞斟酒窖菜單與酒單除了有提供單杯酒與整瓶酒外, 也有搭配酒的小點, 更特別的是璞斟酒窖有午餐搭單杯酒的特別組合.
You can order single glass wine or purchase a whole bottle of wine at Pure Wine Shop. You can also enjoy the snacks and lunch with a single glass of wine set.

璞斟酒窖訂位與營業時間
Pure Wine Reservation & Operation Hour
璞斟酒窖 Pure Wine 靠近松江南京捷運站八號出口, 轉進松江路140巷, 再穿過一江公園, 即可看到一家有著我喜歡的歐式裝潢風格店面, 窗邊置放著葡萄酒空瓶, 進入店面, 完全就是一家歐風小舖的概念. 若只有 1 ~ 2 位, 窗邊沙發座位會是最好的選擇, 若四位以上, 可選擇店面更內部的舒適沙發區 (圖三) . 璞斟酒窖營業時間是11am ~ 10pm, 2021年四月開始, 營業時間改為週一公休, 週日會營業, 國定假日以Facebook 公告為準. 由於會不定期辦活動, 建議先打電話訂位 (02-2521-2608), 這裡也常有人到店內購買葡萄酒外帶.
Pure Wine shop is near Exit 8 of Songjian Nangjing MRT station. You would need to go through the park. You can see a shop with European Style design. There are empty wine bottles displaying near the window. If there are only 1 ~ 2 people to enjoy the wines, the sofa near the window is the best choice. If there are more than 4 people, you can choose the sofa seating area (Pic 3). The wine shop operation hour is 11am ~ 10pm. Starting from April, 2021, Please note that their off-day will be Monday. The shop opens on Sundays. The national holidays off-day will be announced on their Facebook. Because they often host different events, I would suggest to call to reserve seats (02-2521-2608). There are also people purchasing a whole of wine for to-go.

璞斟酒窖低消
Pure Wine Minimum Charge
Pure Wine 璞斟酒窖內用低消為 NTD $300/人, 這裡的酒款大部分皆是自然酒, 小農與有機酒, 與”肯自然“有點類似, 不侷限於紅白橘與粉紅酒或是國家, 酒款可以說是非常豐富, 店裡提供的單杯酒酒單大約 20 款, 與 101 4F 的“義瑪卡多” 單杯酒款數量差不多, 請注意酒單會不定期更新.
Pure Wine Shop dine-in minimum charge is NTD $300/person. Most wines here are natural wines, which is similar with “Can Nature Taipei“. Pure Wine also offers organic wines and wines from small wineries. They also have red, white, orange, or rose from various countries. There are approx. 20 different single glass wines on the menu, which is about the same quantity as at “IL MERCATO” menu at Taipei 1010. Please note that the wine menu will be updated in the future.

拼盤裡的乳酪共有三款, 乳酪種類也會不定期更換, 這盤份量夠 2 ~ 3 位分享, 如果只有喝單杯酒, 覺得有些單調, 建議點一盤大家分享.
There are three different cheese in this platter. They would also change their cheese type. The whole quantity is large enough for 2 ~ 3 people to share. I would suggest to order one plate to share with your friends.

除了普通下酒小點外, 璞斟酒窖也有提供簡單午餐搭配單杯酒的優惠組合 （圖一) , 當然也是可以搭其他非酒精飲料, 午餐提供的時段為 12 ~ 2pm. 這次吃的是茄燒湯麵 (NTD $150 ), 搭配店家指定單杯酒則是只需加 NTD $100, 共 NTD $250 可以喝到單杯酒與吃到午餐也是很划算, 蠻適合附近的上班族, 茄燒湯麵的麵煮得不軟爛, 湯頭微酸, 簡單搭配青江菜與蛋, 整體午餐吃起來不錯, 午餐菜單品項也會不定期更新.
Besides snacks, Pure Wine Shop also offers simply lunch with single glass wine set (Pic 1). Of course the drink can be exchanged to ABV less drink. The lunch time is from noon ~ 2pm. This time, I tasted the braised tomato noodle soup NTD $150. You would only need to pay extra +NTD $100 for Pure Wine selected single glass wine. The total is only NTD $250. You can fulfill parts of appetite and drink a glass of wine is quite worth it. The broth has hints of acidity along with above average noodle texture, egg, and bok choy. Overall, it is satisfying. Also, please note that the lunch menu will be updated in the future as well.

單杯酒皆是用 Coravin 開瓶, 讓剩下的酒可妥善保存, 這裡單杯酒皆是100ml. 這款義大利紅酒的酒標很有趣, 葡萄品種則是Barbera,酒體顏色與預期地深, 充沛果香風味明顯, 以我喜歡的櫻桃與草莓風味為主導, 單寧與酸度都不高, 搭配我的茄燒湯麵是個不錯的選擇. 我個人蠻推這款酒.
Pure Wine Shop staff only uses Coravin to open the bottle for single-glass wine. In here, every single glass wine is 100ml. This particular wine label is interesting. The grape type is Barbera. The wine color is deeper than expected. Fruity aroma is quite obvious and thick. The dominated flavors would be my favorite flavors – strawberry and cherry. The tannin and acidity are not high. It is quite great pairing with my tomato based soup. I would recommend this wine.

這款是少見的義大利橘酒, 店長有特別提到酒莊莊主 Giulio Armani 是義大利有名的橘酒釀酒師, 這款酒用的葡萄酒品種也都是少量的義大利當地品種 – Malvasia di Candia Aromatica, Ortrugo, Marsanne, 可以說是非常有故事的一款自然酒. 混釀酒風味微複雜, 主要為杏桃與柑橘風味, 礦石感十足, 也有少許香料, 整體尾韻偏長. 如果沒有喝過橘酒, 這款倒是可以點來品飲試試, 看自己喜不喜歡.
This is an Italian orange wine. The staff mentioned that the winery owner Giulio Armani is a famous orange winemaker. He also uses the local Italian grape, such as Malvasia di Candia Aromatica, Ortrugo, and Marsanne. This wine has quite a background story. The blended wine flavor is complicated, mainly with apricot and citric flavor. The mineral flavor is quite obvious along with hints of spices. The overall flavor last longer than expected. If you never try the orange wine, you can order one single glass wine to try.

店家剛好在試酒, 我也趁機小酌, 璞斟酒窖都會有市面上較少見的葡萄品種酒, 我認為葡萄酒初學者可到這裡來品酌單杯酒, 算是一個不錯的經驗.這款法國北隆河酒則是採用種植在當地的 Marsanne 與 Roussanne. 花香明顯, 也有杏桃風味.
Pure Wine Shop owner trial-tasted several wines while I was there. So, I got a chance to try this French wine. Pure Wine Shop always offers wines that are made with local grapes. It is great for entry level wine learner. This particular wine is Northern Rhône Wine, which is made with local Marsanne and Roussanne. The floral aroma is obvious along with apricot flavor.
