2018新開幕的裸湯拉麵是台北東區拉麵店之一, 白色文青的餐廳外觀讓裸湯拉麵瞬間竄紅, 最具特色的賣點莫過於用雞骨與豬骨熬煮的拉麵湯頭.
2018 newly-opened Pure Ramen Restaurant is one of the Ramen places at Taipei East District. The selling point is the mixed broth that is stewed with chicken bones and pork bones.

裸湯拉麵最靠近忠孝復興捷運站 12 號出口, 在敦化 SOGO 百貨後方, 附近餐廳除了 “Stagiaire 實習生餐廳“外, 也有競爭對手由頂呱呱集團代理的”東京油組総本店”. 裸湯拉麵餐廳外觀是象牙白色, 與街道綠色人行道顏色相當搭, 從窗外看進去是像中山區 “Hana Bi 居酒屋“ 的高腳椅, 桌面下也有包包掛勾, 走進餐廳也是文青代表色- 白與淺褐色裝潢, 裸湯拉麵店員會介紹拉麵, 點完後與 “AVENUE TAIPEI” 一樣是屬於自己拿餐具與水.
Pure Ramen is near Zhongxiao Fuxing No. 12 exit. Pure Ramen is behind Dunhua SOGO department. The nearby restaurants include “Stagiaire restaurant” and “Abura Soba”. The restaurant appearance is white and accidentally pairs great with the green path road. There are tall chairs, similar with “Hana Bi” at Zhongshan District. The whole decoration is mixed with white and light brown. Same as “AVENUE TAIPEI”, the customer would need to get the utensils and water by ourselves.

我相信很多人都認為裝潢文青餐廳的價格都偏高, 但是裸湯拉麵店的招牌拉麵價格只有 NTD $190, 明顯地比許多拉麵店便宜一些. 近年台北人越來越能接受混合湯頭, 像是 “麵屋牛一” 的雞牛混合湯頭, 裸湯拉麵的湯頭則是由雞骨和豬骨所熬煮而成, 令人驚訝的是並沒有預期地像”小川拉麵“的豚骨湯頭般濃郁與黏口, 反而是清爽口感, 豚骨湯頭香氣偏淡, 我可以很肯定地說裸湯拉麵是普羅大眾可接受的口感與風味.
I believe that most people would think the price is high in such IG-Friendly decoration restaurant. But, surprisingly, the price of the Original Pure Ramen is only NTD $190, which is cheaper than most of the ramen stores. Nowadays, Taipei people start to accept mixed ramen broth. For example, “Chicken Broth Beef Ramen House” offers beef and chicken mixed broth. Pure Ramen’s broth is not as thick as “Ogawa Ramen”. Instead, it is a bit light. However, I would say Pure Ramen’s broth can be accepted by most people.

裸湯拉麵店採用與 “麵屋山茶”一樣的有Q捲度的麵, 配料有清脆筍乾, 豆芽和半顆接近全熟的溏心蛋, 湯裡的叉燒與 “盈咖哩”的叉燒一樣有炙燒香氣, 只是叉燒偏薄較為可惜, 整體來說, 以 NTD $190 價位是在可接受範圍內.
Pure Ramen offers thin noodle, just like at “Sancha Japanese Ramen restaurant”. The side ingredients include dried bamboo, sprout, and 1/2 almost-whole-boiled egg. The pork slices are thin but with grilling aroma, just like at “Yin Curry Restaurant”. Generally speaking, based on NTD $190, the ramen quality is acceptable.

Pure Ramen fried chicken color is darker than “Noname Curry”. The crispy appearance paris great with tender meat texture and juicy taste. I would recommend for 2 people to share.
