北村豆腐家是台北信義區統一阪急百貨美食街的韓國餐廳, 也是少數需要排隊的美食街餐廳.
North Village Korean Restaurant is located at Uni-U Style Department B2. It is one of a few restaurants that would have a line-up during dining time.

直接從市政府捷運站轉進美食街, 會先看到 “豚骨一燈拉麵”, 往 “沖繩琉球通堂拉麵”方向即可看到北村豆腐家. 入座點料理後, 店員會上五碟小菜, 也順便告知, 若要續加, 可自行到小菜檯加菜.
Both “TONKOTSU ITTOU Ramen” and “TONDOU Ramen” are also at the food court as well. After seating and ordering, the staff would serve 5 small dishes of appetizer. The customer would need to refill the appetizer by themselves at the counter.

小菜
English Name: Side Dish/Appetizer

那天用餐的小菜包括米色牛蒡絲, 深色海帶絲, 暗紅色泡菜, 粉紅色醃蘿蔔, 深綠色菠菜. 泡菜並沒有想像中地辣, 在可接受範圍之內而且相當脆, 可惜的是深綠色菠菜吃起來太軟爛, 醃蘿蔔風味帶有點酸鹹風味, 牛蒡絲本身其實沒有特別風味, 海帶絲則是我最愛的一道小菜, 爽口程度則是豆腐煲最好的配菜
There are 5 small appetizers, including sliced burdock, sliced seaweed, kimchi, pickled daikon and spinach. The kimchi is not too spicy. The pickled daikon flavor has hints of acidity and salty. Sadly, the spinach wasn’t crisp. There isn’t any specific flavor for the burdock. I prefer the sliced seaweed the most. It is refreshing and perfect to pair with the tofu pot.

台北東區平價韓國餐廳 “朝鮮味”的豆腐煲均價約 NTD $230 左右, 北村嫩豆腐煲將價格壓在 NTD $300以下, 但有附原味鑄鐵拌飯 (無蛋) 與香蕉霜淇淋, 若要升級為起司鑄鐵拌飯 (有蛋), 需加價 NTD $49. 我會建議不加價, 原味即可, 原因是拌飯也有蛋, 起司的風味並沒有顯著. 紅通通的豆腐煲一概都做小辣, 單喝湯並沒有想像中地辣, 牛五花的油脂讓肉質久煮不硬, 基本配置嫩豆腐口感滑順, 將少數豆腐連同湯汁一起放進拌飯中, , 一餐吃下來保證吃飽.
The cheapest Tofu pot at Taipei district is about NTD $230. However, North Village Korean restaurant keep the price under NTD $300. The set includes original flavor Bibimbap (no egg) and banana ice cream. If preferring cheese bibimbap, there will be extra charge (NTD $49). I would suggest to order the original flavor since the cheese isn’t flavorful and with egg. The pot broth isn’t too thick nor spicy. The beef is unexpectedly tender. The tofu is soft and absorb fair amount of flavorful broth. With this set and the appetizers, I would guarantee that you will be full.
香蕉霜淇淋

用餐完在付錢後可憑發票兌換一個香蕉霜淇淋, 但只限外帶, 可選擇用甜筒或是杯子, 原本以為霜淇淋很快會融化或是風味不足, 但令人意外, 每一口都是濃郁香蕉風味.
After paying, you can get the Banana ice cream for to-go only. You can choose using the cup or cone. Surprisingly, every bite of the ice cream is full of banana flavorful and not easy to melt.
