小初芽內湖 ( Little Sprout Taipei) 是美國在台協會附近咖啡早午餐店, 也在我的台北早午餐推薦名單上.
Little Sprout Neihu is one of the coffee & brunch restaurants near AIT. It is also at my Taipei Brunch Recommendation List.

2018 年剛開幕的小初芽最靠近內湖捷運站, 直接從2號出口往金龍路和美國在台協會方向走上坡即可, 附近也有停車場 (圖一), 小初芽整體裝潢感覺跟“天母初芽本店”有點不太一樣, 白天時間是早午餐, 下午也有營業, 晚上則是成為餐酒館, 有專屬的晚間菜單, 與 “星高湯廚房 Soupstar The Kitchen ”經營模式有些類似. 餐廳內座位稍微擁擠, 我是選擇坐在戶外座位, 可看到往來車群享受陽光也是很舒適.
Little Sprout Taipei is opened at 2018. You can just walk from No. 2 Exit of Neihu MRT station to the direction of AIT. There are two parking lots nearby (Pic 1). The overall restaurant design is a bit different from “Tiamu Sprout restaurant”. The restaurant offers brunch during day time. It also operates during the afternoon. It becomes Bistro at night that offers different set of dinner menu. The concept is similar with “Soupstar The Kitchen”. It is a bit crowded indoor. So, I sit at the outdoor seat.

火龍果果昔早餐盤

親切店員提到小初芽餐廳可以客製早午餐組合, 我則是選了火龍果果昔早餐盤, 內容包括黑麥麵包 , 燻鮭魚/培根/火腿/三選一, 生菜沙拉,炒菇, 酪梨, 炒蛋, 南瓜和火龍果果昔碗( 果昔有火龍果,香蕉,自製優格).火龍果果昔並不會過於稀釋, 也沒有像印象中地濃稠口感, 優格並沒有像希臘優格微酸, 搭配著燕麥和奇亞籽, 整體吃起來是柔和且帶有微甜果香. 我會建議從熱食開始吃, 炒蛋的蛋香加上微軟培根是經典早午餐組合. 黑麥麵包並沒有歐式麵包硬口感, 反倒是溫熱酥脆口感. 我個人最喜歡小初芽餐廳的生菜沙拉, 鮮脆生菜比 “HIVE 巢餐廳”的生菜好吃許多, 當天是搭配巴薩米克油醋, 微酸酒醋是我所喜歡的風味, 我推薦這道火龍果果昔早餐盤.
You can custom-make your own Brunch menu at Little Sprout. However, I ordered Super Pitaya Breakfast Plate, which includes Rey Loaf Slices, Smoked Salmon/Bacon/Ham, Mixed green salad, Sautee mix mushroom, Avocado, Scrambled Eggs, and Pitaya bowl. Pitaya Bowl: Red Dragon Fruit, Banana, Homemade Yogurt, Granola , and other fruits. Red dragon fruit bowl texture is not too watery nor thick. The yogurt doesn’t have too much acidity along with oatmeal and chia seeds. The overall taste is great with hints of fruit’s sweet. I would start with the hot ingredients. The eggy aroma with soft texture bacon is a classic and great combination. The loaf is also hot and crispy. I personally like Little Sprout’s salad, which vegetables are fresh and crisp. The overall taste is better than “HIVE restaurant”. I also like the balsamic sauce. I would recommend this Super Pitaya Breakfast Plate.

小初芽 (Litte Sprout Taipei) 低消為 NTD $200, 單點拿鐵價格是 NTD $120, 若是搭配主餐, 則是可以抵 NTD $40, 基本上這杯拿鐵只需要 NTD $80. 因為咖啡價格很經濟實惠, 我沒猜到店家是採用精品豆 ( Goodman Roaster 品牌), 喝起來風味與 “Olivia Coffee Roaster 咖啡” 一樣有堅果香, 並沒有苦澀或是酸, 我個人蠻喜歡小初芽的咖啡, 因此放在 “台北咖啡推薦名單”裡.
The minimum charge at Little Sprout Taipei is NTD$200. The latte is NTD $120. If comparing with main course, the price can deduct NTD $40. Since the price is budget-wise, I didn’t realize that they use high-cost Goodman Roaster roasted coffee beans. This latte has fair amount of nutty flavor, without any bitterness nor acidity. I like Little Sprout’s latte. I put Little Sprout into my “Taipei Coffee Recommendation List”
