Libido Wine Gallery 是台北遠企附近的酒吧, 離信義安和捷運站大約 15 分鐘路程, 這次有這個榮幸可以到這家酒吧品酌.
Libido Wine Gallery is one of the bars near Shangri-La’s Far Eastern Plaza Hotel. It is about 15 minutes walking from Xinyi Anhe MRT station. Now, I have the honor and opportunity to visit and drink at this bar.

於 2017 年 6 月 開幕的Libido Wine Gallery 位於酒吧與雪茄館林立的安和路, 這家酒吧跟 “DOMANI 義式餐廳”一樣在豪宅的一樓, 挑高品酌環境讓客人不會有壓迫感, 讓人驚豔的是那一大片具有時尚感的象牙白色紙花牆, 老闆與設計師想讓每個來的客人都可以在美麗花牆背板前照相, 感覺就像鎂光燈前的明星, 酒吧也會不定期舉辦活動, 例如品酒會 (有投影機) .
Libido Wine Gallery has opened since June, 2017. Its interesting location is similar with ““DOMANI restaurant” , which is at the first floor of expensive building. High-ceiling design is comfortable. The wall with ivory paper flower is beautiful and with fashion sense. The owner and the designer would want every customer to have a great moment and take great pictures in front of the wall just like a celebrity. The bar also hosts several different types of events , such as Wine Trial Taste Event (they have projectors).

長型吧台後與高腳座位旁牆壁有各種酒的擺設, 詢問老闆後得知Libido Wine Gallery 的酒款以紅酒, 白酒與氣泡酒為主, 但酒款不固定, 因此沒有酒單, 也沒有調酒. 當初開這家酒吧最主要是想推廣舒適輕鬆品酌環境, 並不需要到昂貴餐酒館. 若是一群朋友到這家酒吧, 可選擇坐在半開放式包廂, 老闆也有準備一兩款威士忌與白蘭地讓想喝其他酒的客人品酌.
Behind the bar and high chair has various wine display. Most are red wines, white wines and sparkling wines. However, there isn’t a wine list since the items might change. It also doesn’t have cocktail. The initial intention is to promote wine culture without going to expensive bistro.But the owner still prepares 1 ~ 2 whiskey and brandy for customers. If a group of friends visit here, they can choose to sit at the half-opened private dining/drinking area.

House Wine 並沒有固定的酒款, 這支來自南義的紅酒出現在台灣義大利紅蝦評鑑頒獎餐酒會. 這支紅酒葡萄品種為 Primitivo, 跟台灣人所熟悉的金芬黛 (Zinfandel) 是同一個品種. 深紅色酒體飽滿,單寧與酸度皆不明顯, 黑莓果香風味濃郁, 酒精濃度高, 很多初喝者可能無法駕馭濃厚的衝擊. Libido Wine Gallery 的 House Wine 與其他餐廳或酒吧淡如水的House Wine不一樣, 建議在選擇 House Wine 前先請老闆描述喝的感覺與酒精濃度.
Like I mentioned before, there isn’t specific house wine selection. This red wine, which is originated from souther Italy, has appeared in Gambero Rosso Taipei event. This wine is made with Primitivo, which is similar with Zinfandel. The dark red wine is full-bodied. The tannin and acidity is not obvious. The blackberry aroma is thick. The ABV is high for first timer to drink. Libido Wine Gallery’s wines are different form others. It would be better to ask the boss to describe the wine and ABV before drinking.

我朋友偏好白酒, 這是一支法國隆河丘白酒, 我只喝了一口, 淡金色酒體的香甜白桃風味撲鼻, 細緻圓潤感覺包圍著舌尖, 並不會過酸過於刺激, 我朋友相當推薦這一款白葡萄混調白酒, 很適合不常喝酒的人.
My friend prefers white wine, and this white wine is from Rhone Valley, France. I only take one sip. Light golden color with sweet peach aroma appears at the nose. The smooth taste surrounds the tastebuds. It is not overly with high acidity. My friend strongly recommend this white wine.

Libido Wine Gallery House Wine 並沒有正式的廚房, 只有吧台的料理台, 因此是採異業合作, 合作方式與公館的 “Eleven Beer House”截然不同. 簡單來說客人點菜單上的Side Dish, 隔壁餐廳會做好送過來, 我相當比較喜歡這種異業合作方式. 這款店家手工肉丸子是混合牛肉與羊肉, 切開一半時, 多汁程度高, 肉香風味比香料風味濃郁許多, 再撒上一些百搭羊乳酪, 完美搭配.
Libido Wine Gallery House Wine doesn’t have official kitchen. It only has small counter by the bar. Therefore, the boss cooperates with other nearby restaurants to offer the side dish menu. Basically, customers order side dish and the restaurant would deliver. It is a new operating system, which is different from “Eleven Beer House”. The meat ball is mixed with grind beef and lamb. While cutting the meatball in half, I can tell it is juicy instead of dry before eating. the meaty aroma is thicker than spices. In the end, the restaurant spreads small amount of goat cheese to make this perfect dish.

烤雞腿是老闆在店內自己用吧台烤箱做的下酒菜, 因為無骨, 客人都可顧到形象. 雞腿油脂多且口感嫩, 雞皮也很脆, 最迷人的莫過於烤雞散發出烤肉醬香氣, 香甜風味讓人回想到香雞城.
This roasted chicken thigh is made the boss himself by using the counter oven. It is bonless, which is great since customers wont need to use their hands to eat. The fats within the chicken thigh makes the meat tender. The chicken skin is crispy. The most attractive part would be sweet aroma of BBQ sauce, which reminds of July 4th BBQ party.

當一群人一起到酒吧, 手上除了酒杯外, 總會想要點個下酒菜讓大家Share, 除了玉米片外, 應該就是薯條. 這也是採異業合作, 用的薯條跟 “Le Blanc“ 是細薯, 不會過於油膩或軟, 搭配合作餐廳自己調的塔塔醬, 適合一群人一起分享.
When a group of friends visit the bar/lounge, it would be better to order side dish. Besides chips, the best option would be fries. Libido Wine Gallery House Wine also cooperates with the nearby restaurant. The thin fries are similar with “Le Blanc” restaurant. It is not too oily nor too soft. It pairs well with the custom-made tar tar sauce. This side is suitable for group sharing.
