海龍珠海鮮餐廳是多數在地人的基隆美食推薦, 附免費停車場非常適合家庭與朋友聚會, 以下是與家人自費品嚐的Review.
Keelung Pearl Seafood Restaurant is one of the local’s recommendation. Since it has free parking lots, this place is suitable for gathering.

海龍珠餐廳位於基隆市安樂區基金三路, 是北海岸餐廳之一, 斗大餐廳招牌很容易辨識, 餐廳後方有附免費停車場, 非常適合多人數來聚會用餐, 只是假日聽說車位難求. 海龍珠餐廳外有多個水族箱, 餐廳內也有海鮮冷藏展示櫃讓客人現場選擇要吃的海鮮. 店內佔地頗大, 桌椅意外地並沒有像”金獅大酒樓“ 過於擁擠, 入座後, 一邊吃店內招待的花生一邊看著清楚明暸菜單, 若是有選擇障礙, 也可以選擇多人套餐, 而且基隆海龍珠菜單除了中文外, 也有英文, 韓文和日文, 聽店員說很多外國旅客會到這裡來吃飯. 基隆海龍珠餐廳的招牌菜餚是蝦鬆,鰻魚油飯, 螃蟹的料理, 這次跟家人並沒有點招牌料理或是套餐, 我會從我比較喜歡的菜餚開始寫.
Pearl Seafood Restaurant is located at Keelung City An’Le District. The restaurant sign is easy to recognize. It has free parking lots at the back of the restaurant. It has aquarium outside the restaurant for live seafood. The seafood show case is inside the restaurant. The tables and chairs are not as crowded as “Golden Lion Cantonese Restaurant”. The menu has single dish and set dish. Surprisingly, the dish name has Chinese, English, Japanese and version name. Many foreigners would visit here for seafood. I would start with my favorite dish

九層塔炒蛤蜊 (小)

菜單裡很多料理都有大中小 Size, 我會建議四人點小Size 即可. 先是聞到九層塔賦予這道海鮮料理的獨特香氣, 與辣椒一起爆香反而讓蛤蜊的海鮮風味非常明顯, 蛤蜊如預期地飽滿, 甚至比 “岡心鰻魚飯附湯”的蛤蜊更飽滿, 吃起來也相當多汁, 比起其他快炒店多了些許“鮮味”, 可以說是很下飯或是下酒菜, 我個人蠻推薦.
Most dishes have large/medium/small size. We have four people, so, we order small size. The Chinese basil offers a great unique aroma. Along with the chili pepper would enhance the seafood flavors from the clams. The clams look and taste better than “Una Okashin’s soup”. The clams are quite juicy as well. There is so-called umami taste while eating the clams. I would recommend this dish.

鹽水蝦 (小)

鹽水蝦菜餚是最能夠反映一家餐廳海鮮的新鮮度, 將鮮紅外殼撥開, 紅白相間的蝦肉非常有彈性, 當然也有所謂的單純鮮甜, 若是喜歡蝦的原始風味, 建議點這道.
This boiled shrimps kept its freshness and original flavor without any spice nor extra flavors. The shrimp meat is quite tasty. I would suggest this dish if you like original seafood flavor.

與台北東區”山男日式餐廳”最大的不同莫過於精緻度, 海龍珠餐廳是不修邊幅的直球式, 軟絲口感不會過硬, 本身並沒有明顯的海味, 可惜沒有檸檬可以提味, 建議直接沾醬吃.
The most difference between this restaurant and “Yamasan Restaurant” is refinement. Keelung Pearl Seafood Restaurant is basically without any decoration without any additional aroma. The texture is not hard and there isn’t any extra lemon though. Since the squid doesn’t have much flavor, I would suggest you to dip into the sauce.

魚排刺 (小)

這道算是視覺上很特別的一道菜餚, 魚刺連同魚肉一起炸, 可惜魚刺還是頗硬, 並沒有所謂的脆, 我基本上只有吃魚肉, 整體有少許油耗味, 小 Size 價格 NTD $180 算是點來吃吃看是合理.
This dish has special visual image. The fish thorns and the meat are fried together. However, the thorns are still a bit stronger instead of crispy. I only tasted the fish meat. There is still hints of oily aroma. The small size is NTD $180, which is reasonable.
