隱家拉麵是少數台北平價拉麵店之一, 拉麵愛好者也將隱家拉麵排進台北士林站美食地圖裡.

2019 年新開幕的隱家拉麵位於士林捷運站二號出口附近, 日式餐廳外觀在咖啡店林立的巷弄內十分亮眼, 跟“山男餐廳 ( Yamasan Taipei )” 一樣可以從窗戶可看到餐廳裡的人用餐, 每逢用餐時間皆是排隊人潮. 進入餐廳與 ”麵屋壹慶拉麵店“一樣都是用機器點餐, 店員非常親切會教導客人如何點拉麵. 隱家拉麵座位不多, 是 ㄇ字型吧台座位, 比較適合 1 ~ 2 人來吃, 也許是士林消費者習慣, 當天用餐有一個家庭(五個人)結伴來用餐.
Newly-opened Ajito Ramen is located near Shilin MRT station exit 2. The Japanese restaurant appearance is quite eye-catching in the lane. Same as “Yamasan Taipei”, people can see the customers dining inside. The customer would need to order ramen via machine, just like at “Ichi Ramen”. No worries, the staff would teach you. There aren’t too many seats. It is more suitable for 1 ~ 2 people.

隱家拉麵招牌其實是濃厚海老沾麵, 只是我不喜歡吃有梗青菜, 就決定點另一個我認為也可以當招牌的黃金雞湯拉麵, 加價多一顆溏心蛋. 不同於 “鳥人拉麵”的乳白色湯底, 這碗清澈的湯頭品嚐起來比預期地濃郁, 膠質並沒有像 “雞窩”雞湯如此多, 隱家拉麵也稍微加了些調味, 吃起來並不會像喝中式雞湯. 拉麵硬度可要求硬一些, 附著湯汁不馬虎, 低溫舒肥豬肉薄片嫩度恰到好處, 最值得一提應該是筍干, 並不是像 “五之神拉麵”切塊, 而是長條型狀, 沒有絲毫纖維口感, 算是很特別. 你如果吃膩雞白湯, 我個人推薦這碗黃金雞湯拉麵, 除了不錯吃外, 我已經很久沒吃到單點 NTD $200 以下的拉麵, 隱家拉麵也被我放在”台北平價美食推薦懶人包”裡.
Ajito Ramen shop is famous for its Ramen with Shrimp Dip Sauce. However, I am not found of vegetables with stems. Therefore, I order Ramen with Chicken Broth Dish. Unlike “Totto Ramen”, this broth is clear but tastes quite thick and tasty. The collagen is not as much as “G Woo “Chinese restaurant. The customer can ask for hard texture of ramen noodle. The sous vide pork is thin-sliced and tender. The most interesting ingredient would be the dried bamboo, which is long-shape and crispy. Besides delicious reason, Kakurega Ramen’s price is the most reasonable. Therefore, I also put Kakurega Ramen in my “Taipei Budget-Wise Restaurant”.
