(結束營業搬到板橋) 有著 “吃我下麵” 霓虹招牌的姑媽咪牛肉麵深受年輕人喜愛, 也同樣是台北東區牛肉麵餐廳名單之一.
(Closed down and move to Banqiao) With the Chinese Words Red Neon sign, Good Mommy & Co beef noodle is quite famous among young generation. It is also one of the Taipei Beef Noodle restaurants.

姑媽咪牛肉麵餐廳靠近國父紀念館捷運站二號出口, 往仁愛路四段方向走, 再轉進光復南路346巷裡, 餐廳在 “JE Kitchen” 正對面, 霓虹招牌 “吃我下麵” 在白天與夜晚都相當搶眼, 很多人都與招牌合照放在 IG 上, 歸類於 IG Friendly 的餐廳之一. 餐廳內有四人座位與單人吧台座位, 台式懷舊裝潢很具有特色, 與 “波記冰室” 的香港復古裝潢有異曲同工之妙. 入座與 “隱家拉麵”一樣的單人座椅, 桌上已有事先擺好的餐具. 餐廳並無收服務費, 很可惜我並沒有被告知 “水/酸菜配料/餐巾紙“ 是在入口右邊 (或許是我沒有注意聽) , 我是到結帳時才知道.
Good Mommy Beef Noodle is located near Exit 2 of SYS Memorial Hall MRT station. Please note that the restaurant is located near “JE Kitchen”, which is at 346th Lane Guangfu South Road. The neon sign is quite eye-catching and IG-friendly at both day and night. There are 4-people sofa areas and single-person bar seats. Similar with “Bo Kee Cafe” old-fashioned Hong Kong decoration, Good Mommy & Co decoration theme would be old-fashioned Taiwanese style. I was seated at the single bar seat, similar with “Kakurega Ramen”. The restaurant does not charge service fee. The water/side ingredients/napkin” are located at the right hand side of entrance.

姑媽咪菜單很簡單, 許多人都公認 “爺爺的皮蛋豆腐”是招牌小菜, 已事先拌好的皮蛋豆腐上有肉鬆與花生, 吃起來只有隱約皮蛋風味, 肉鬆香反而主導整道小菜. 我在 “饞食坊”有吃過類似的大仔皮蛋豆腐, 我個人比較喜歡皮蛋沒有拌勻的綿密口感, 依份量與價格來做比較, 姑媽咪牛肉麵餐廳的皮蛋豆腐比較便宜實惠.
Good Mommy Beef Noodle menu is simple. Tofu with Thousand Years-old egg is their signature dish. They already mix the egg with tofu. The dried pork and peanuts are placed at the top. However, this dish only has hints of classic thousand years-old egg flavor. The dried pork flavor basically dominates the whole dish. I have the similar dish before at “Zen Food”. After comparison, Good Mommy is cheaper.

姑媽咪有紅燒牛肉麵和清燉牛肉麵選擇. 我選紅燒牛肉麵, 麵條有細麵/拉麵/家常麵的選擇, 我是選家常寬麵, 類似刀削麵, 麵條比 “門前隱味牛肉麵” 厚, 口感是我喜歡的經典Q度, 只是湯匙有些小, 如果要湯與麵一起吃, 可能一次只能吃一條麵. 姑媽咪紅燒牛肉麵搭配的是牛腩肉塊, 嚼勁口感裡肉質也很軟嫩不錯吃, 紅燒湯頭偏淡帶有些辛香, 我個人是比較喜歡較為濃郁的紅燒湯頭, 而不是姑媽咪這種較為健康的湯頭.
Good Mommy has braised broth and clear broth option. I order Braised Beef Noodle. The customer can choose thin/medium/thick noodle. I have the thick noodle, which is even thicker than “Hidden Beef Noodle”. However, the spoon is a bit smaller than expected. The braised beef tenderloin is tender and delicious. However, the broth has hints of spicy flavor. However, the broth texture is not thick enough for my preference.
