Casa & View Hair is one of the salons near Taipei Zhongxiao Fuxing MRT station. It is my only recommended salon hair salon. I have been here for 9 years. You would need to call the salon front desk and ask appointment with Hunter Chang or Dora Lan hair designer. Please note that ONLY Hunter Chang or Cubie Chen has 15% discount off. The discount applies for any wash, cut, conditioning, dye , perm hair service
