EQUAL by TKLAB Bar is 2022 new Taipei Bar. The minimum charge is reasonable. And some of the bar foods on the menu tastes better than expected.

宜窩 EQUAL by TKLAB 酒吧地址為台北市信義區嘉興街8號 , 離市政府捷運站二號出口往基隆路大約 5 ~ 8 分鐘路程. 雖然 “宜窩” 招牌很明顯, 但是擺設類似販賣機的外觀會讓人質疑酒吧在哪裡?! 宜窩 EQUAL by TKLAB 就有點類似Speakeasy 酒吧型態, 酒吧入口在進入大門後的右邊. 宜窩 EQUAL by TKLAB 酒吧訂位是用電話 02-8789-1520, 營業時間是從 7 pm 開始, 很適合下班輕鬆吃輕鬆喝.
EQUAL by TKLAB bar address is No. 8, Jiaxing Street, Xinyi District, Taipei City. It is about 5~8 minutes walking toward Keelung Road. Even though its sign is easy to recognize, but the appearance would be a bit confusing. Just consider this bar is a Speakeasy Bar type. The bar entrance is at the right hand side of the entrance. You would need to reserve via phone 02-8789-1520. The operation hour starts at 7pm, which is suitable for 9-5 typical office workers.

The bar is quite large and tall along with beautiful design. Besides the bar high chair, there are also soft seating area. You can also choose 2 -4 high chairs seating area.

如椒似雞
Fried Chicken with Peppercorn

這一盤的花椒食材與菜餚名稱皆是屬於亞洲風格. 咬一口炸雞時, 爆汁與雞肉高嫩度出乎我意料,而且沒有油耗味, 花椒賦予味蕾些許麻感, 而不是直球般的辣味, 以酒吧食物標準來說, 這道炸雞不錯吃, 也是我當天最滿意的菜餚.
The peppercorn ingredient and dish name are considered Asian style. The juicy level and tender level of the chicken meats are surprising. The tastebuds can sense the stimulation instead of straight up spicy flavor. As the Bar Food standard, this fried chicken tastes quite delicious and my favorite dish of the day.
大阪深夜的屋台炒麵
Japanese Midnight Diner Stir-Fried Noodle (Osaka)

店長之前有在日本生活過, 也很想念在深夜吃的屋台日式炒麵, 因此將這道日式炒麵放在菜單上, 如此簡約的菜餚設計讓我更有食慾, 尤其是將蛋黃液拌炒麵吃, 再搭配培根, 同時可吃到甜鹹風味. 此道當做宵夜份量是有點吃不過癮, 如果想念日式炒麵, 可考慮點.
The bar manager lived at Japan before and missed his midnight snack – Japanese Style Stir-Fried Noodle. So, they decide to put this dish at the menu. Simply dish display increases fair amount of appetite. You can stir the egg yolk along with the noodle and bacon. You can sense sweetness and salty flavor. The quantity isn’t much though. However, if you miss Japanese style stir-fried noodle, you can consider it.
宜窩招牌蚵燥飯
Rice with Braised Pork and Fried Oyster

這一碗的澱粉足夠填飽肚子, 肉燥不會過硬或過鹹, 我個人倒是希望滷汁可以多一點, 炸蚵也不會炸過頭, 唯獨飯有些偏硬, 比較可惜. 如果還沒吃晚餐, 是可以考慮點, 若只是淺嚐酒吧食物, 我建議點炸雞或是日式炒麵.
This dish’s rice is more than enough to fulfill the appetite. The braised pork doesn’t have the hard texture nor too salty. I personally wish that there could be more braised broth to pair with the rice. The fried oyster is not over-fried. However, the rice is a bit toward the hard texture. If you didn’t eat dinner yet, you can consider ordering it. If you only want to try the bar food, you can order other dishes – such as fried chicken or Japanese Stir-Fried Noodle.

這一道的完整名稱是布魯塞爾的完美比例炸薯條, 份量多, 比較適合多人一起點.
The dish quantity is suitable for more people.

宜窩 EQUAL by TKLAB 除了 Cocktail, 也有販售清酒, 燒酎, 威士忌, 酒單上都有敘述 Cokctail 的酒感, 酸度, 甜度與苦度. 這款調酒名稱 “誰跟你是後花園” 有台式風格, 店長解釋後花園是因為酒吧是用來自宜蘭的紅心芭樂, 喝一口時, 味蕾立刻感受到紅心芭樂的果香風味, 酒感不會重, 來自蜂蜜元素的甜香風味完勝其他調酒. 這款是我當天最喜歡的調酒.
Besides Cocktail, EQUAL by TKLAB also offer Sake, Shochu, Whiskey ..etc. The cocktail menu explained each cocktail with detailed description. This cocktail has a special Guava flavor. The honey also offer the sweetness to the tastebuds. There isn’t much alcohol flavor. This cocktail is my favorite cocktail of the day.

只需跟 Bartender 溝通 , 都可以做出經典調酒, Paloma 是結合 Tequila, 葡萄柚汁與檸檬汁. 適合喜歡酒感的人.
You can always communicate with the Bartender to make the classic cocktail. Paloma has tequila as base along with grapefruit and lemon juice. This cocktail is suitable for people who like alcohol aroma.

爆米花是創意裝飾 (當然也是可以吃) , 我個人比較少喝以琴酒基底的調酒.
The popcorn is a creative garnish (and of course you can eat it). I don’t usually drink Gin Base Cocktail.
北海道戀人
Cocktail – Shochu with Mint and Perilla plum

顏色頗討喜, 是朋友點的, 我沒有喝.
The color is charming. My friend ordered it. I didn’t drink.

酒吧晚上七點開, 下班就可以來輕鬆吃, 如果是1 人初訪, 我會建議

The bar opens at 7pm at night. You can visit here right after work. If you visit here alone, i would suggest
