全球知名法國貝瑪格雷集團與酒類專家王鵬合作舉辦這一場世界風土品酒會, 這次走動式品飲的酒款皆是尚未有正式台灣代理商的葡萄酒.
Mr. Paul Peng Wang cooperates with World-wide famous Bernard Magrez Group to co-host this event. Most wines at the event do not have official distributor at Taiwan.

這次除了走動式品飲外, 法國貝瑪格雷集團也舉辦四個列級酒莊品酒會講座, 同時讓台灣酒商和媒體們認識更多關於貝瑪格雷集團品牌. 法國貝瑪格雷集團除了法國波爾多酒莊與其他國家的知名葡萄酒產地酒莊外 (西班牙, 阿根廷,葡萄牙, 智利 ..etc ), 也包括冷門的日本和烏拉圭酒莊, 全球總共有 42 個酒莊, 也是目前唯一擁有四個列級酒莊的集團, 出口至 152 個國家. 很多葡萄酒初學者將貝瑪格雷集團比喻成葡萄酒世界的 LVMH 集團. 由於當天品飲非常多款葡萄酒. 我只挑出幾款我個人比較喜歡的酒款寫.
Besides trial-tasting, Bernard Magrez Group also introduces more information about their company. Besides France, Spain, Argentina, Portugal and Chili wineries, the group also owns Japan and Uruguay wineries. In total, Bernard Magrez Group owns 42 wineries around the world and exports to 152 countries. Many wine-tasting beginner would refer Bernard Magrez Group as the LVMH Group in the Wine Industry. I would only write a few wines for personal preference.

Herencia Del Padri 2017

酒莊位於靠近法國邊界與西班牙東北方的 Priorat 區域, 酒顏色偏深紅, 43% Gremache Noir 和 22 % Merlot 混釀賦予這款葡萄酒充沛黑莓果香, 隱約有黑胡椒風味, 適量單寧與高酒精濃度皆是經典特色, 品酌後, 發現這款酒具有結構性且尾韻長, 恰巧是我個人喜歡的葡萄酒種類. 後來 Google “Herencia Del Padri”, 也發現這款酒是 DOCa 等級 (西班牙葡萄酒最高等級) , 也得過 Decanter World Wine Awards.
The winery is located at Priorat area, which is near France broad line and North-Eastern area of Spain. The wine color is garnet-red. This is a blended wine, which includes 43% Gremache Noir and 22 % Merlot. You can sense the rich blackberry flavor with hints of black pepper. The medium tannin and high ABV is the classic character of this blended wine. The aftertaste is long and smooth. Overall, the wine is quite well-structured and balanced, which I prefer. After google “Herencia Del Padri”, the information stated that the wine won Decanter World Wine Awards. It is also categorized as DOCa, which is highest classification of Spanish Wine (Denominación de Origen Calificada).
La Destinée de Clement V Rouge 2016
教皇新堡 – 紅酒 2016

我必須承認我有特別注意到這款葡萄酒, 原因是酒標註明是來自知名度高的教皇新堡區域 ( Châteauneuf-du-Pape), 位於法國隆河谷產區的南部 ( Cotes du Rhone). 這款混釀葡萄酒款有專屬名稱 – 南隆河 GSM, GSM 是 Grenache-Syrah-Mourvèdre 的縮寫. La Destinée de Clement V Rouge 2016 則是由 70% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 10% Mourvèdre 混釀而成. 酒體的顏色呈現紅寶石般顏色, 剛開始時是濃郁黑李子風味為主, 辛香料香氣為輔, 之後則是有果醬風味緩衝莓果風味. 單寧並不會銳利而是偏柔和. 酒款介紹提到此款酒有經過橡木桶發酵, James Suckling 93分和獲得2018 Decanter World Wine Award 的銅獎.
I have to admit that I noticed this particular wine label before tasting it. This wine is from World-Wide famous Châteauneuf-du-Pape area, which is located at the South of Rhone Valley ( Cotes du Rhone). Blended wine from this particular area has its own name – Southern Rhone Red Blend (GSM). GSM is the initial of Grenache-Syrah-Mourvèdre. La Destinée de Clement V Rouge 2016, which is ruby color, is blended with 70% Grenache, 20% Syrah and 10% Mourvèdre. At the beginning, it is dominated by thick plum flavor with less spices flavor. The aftertaste has hints of jam flavors to decrease the berry flavor. The tannin is not sharp. The introduction states that this wine is fermented at the oak barrel. It has two quite good reviews, one is James Suckling 93 points and the other one is 2018 Decanter World Wine Award- Bronze.

Bleu de Mer Blanc 2018

來自法國的 Bleu de Mer 葡萄酒系列最受歡迎的其實是粉紅酒, 但是我比較喜歡的是Bleu de Mer Blanc 2018 白葡萄酒. 我到品酒會最先開始喝的就是這一款白酒, 酒標上標註 Sauvignon Blanc 和 Chardonnay. 這款酒並沒有經過木桶培養, 並沒有 Chardonnay 經典奶油香氣. 輕盈酒體帶著清新柑橘風味, 甜度不高, 相對酸度偏高, 很適合搭配輕食菜餚. 後來 Google 當地價格, 發現非常適合小資族.仔細一看, Bernard Magrez 迷你草寫字樣標註在酒標右下角, 相對將這款酒的價值提升.
The most popular type of wine in Bleu de Mer series is Rosé. But I prefer the white wine – Bleu de Mer Blanc. The wine label states Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay. It doesn’t have the Chardonnay classic buttery flavor. The wine body is light with refreshing citrus flavor with low sweet level. This white wine has fair amount of acidity, which is great pairing with light food cuisine. After google, the price is average instead of high. Interesting enough, Bernard Magrez name is marked on the down right hand corner of the wine label.

這次在貝瑪格雷集團世界風土品酒會, 有品酌到來自五個全球知名酒莊的葡萄酒, 包括克萊蒙教皇堡 (Château Pape Clement), 拉圖嘉利城堡 (Château La Tour-Carnet), 芳寶酒莊（Château Fombrauge), 奧派瑞酒莊（Clos Haut-Peyraguey) 和 力關軒酒莊 ( Château Les Grands Chênes). 最特別的是圖一裡最右邊的法國甜白貴腐酒.
In this Bernard Magrez trial taste event, we tasted Five world-wide famous wineries. The list includes Château Pape Clement, Château La Tour-Carnet,Château Fombrauge, Clos Haut-Peyraguey and Château Les Grands Chênes. The most special wine would be the Clos Haut Peyraguey Sauternes.
