台北內湖韓國餐廳非常多, 雖然 三元韓式花園餐廳菜單 價格偏高, 依舊深受內湖科技業的喜愛, 不適合要求高CP 值的人.
There are many Korean Restaurants at Neihu district. Even though Samwon Garden menu price is high, it is still one of nearby tech workers’ favorite restaurants. It is not suitable for people who care about the price.

三元花園韓式餐廳瑞光店停車與訂位
Samwon Garden Parking and Reservation
三元韓國餐廳在台北有兩家, 一家是三元潭美店, 裝潢較新, 比較適合宴客. 我跟朋友是到三元瑞光店, 在內湖韓國餐廳名單裡算是元老等級, 瑞光店離港墘捷運站有點遠, 大概 20 ~ 30 分鐘, 停車場在大樓的 B1, 缺點就是要從停車場出口走到餐廳門口, 並沒有樓梯或是電梯, 有點危險. 我會建議直接打電話訂位 ( 瑞光店: 02-8752-3222 ) . 雖然左右座位頗密集, 幸好走道頗寬且有挑高裝潢讓整體用餐環境不會太擁擠. 兩個包廂是以屏風隔開, 一個包廂大約八個座位, 非常適合家庭聚餐. 喜歡韓國料理的情侶也很適合來這裡約會. 最特別的是客人們不需要在桌上自己烤, 而是店員在半開放式空間代烤 (圖一), 並非像 ”51bbq 韓國烤肉餐廳“是在自己桌上代烤, 無油煙是優點. 入座後, 店員很親切地介紹菜單, 三元菜單有雙人與多人套餐, 我跟朋友則是選擇單點!
There are two Samwon Garden restaurants at Taipei City, both are at Neihu District. My friend and I went to Samwon Garden Ruiguang branch, which has been operated for a long time?! The restaurant is about 20 ~ 30 minutes walking distance from Gangqian MRT station. Its parking lot is at the B1 of the building. However, the down part would be you have to walk up the entrance since there is no elevator nor stairs. It is a bit dangerous. I would suggest to call to reserve 02-8752-3222. The high ceiling makes the dining environment quite comfortable. There are two private dining rooms – each has 8 seats. It is quite suitable for family gathering. The best part would be that the customers do not need to grill the meats. Unlike “551 bbq restaurant”, their staffs would grill the meats in the open area, which is a bit far away from the tables. There are many sets option in the menu. My friend and I choose to order single dishes instead.

Korean Appetizer

三元花園韓式餐廳瑞光的小菜共八種, 幾乎都是基本款, 是 All-U-Can-Eat, 是店員端到桌上, 並不是像 “北村韓國料理“ 自己去拿. 那天用餐有南瓜泥,龍鬚菜, 韓式泡菜, 辣蘿蔔 … 等. 後來在網路上看文章似乎小菜有章魚 (?!), 當天用餐沒吃到, 所以結論就是八款小菜是不定期更換.
There are 8 all-you-can-eat appetizers. The waiter would bring the appetizers to you. We had mashed pumpkin, vegetable, kimchi, spicy reddish…etc. However, I read an article about squid as appetizer dish? But, I didn’t see it. In conclusion, those 8 appetizers might change from time to time.

加味牛小排
Charcoal Grilled Seasoned Beef Short Ribs

我承認我看到三元加味牛小排價格時, 就跟我看到 “香宮” 的干煎美國純種和牛柳價格 NTD $1280一樣, 心有驚一下. 當時忙著跟朋友一邊聊一邊吃, 只知道醃醬其中一個食材是來自韓國的水梨, 並不是只有糖. 我用生菜包著牛小排, 再加生蒜與些許辣豆瓣醬, 除了嫩度高之後, 甜味與來自牛肉的鹹味是我愛吃的組合風味,一個不留意就吃完了, 雖然價格偏高, 我個人依舊推薦這道加味牛小排.
I have to admit that I was surprised to see their beef short ribs price. It is just like my reaction while I saw the price at “Shang Palace” regarding the Wagyu Beef price. I only noticed that one of the sauce ingredients is Korean pear. I use the lettuce to wrap the beef short ribs along with a bit garlic and spicy soy paste. Besides the the tenderness level is high, the sweet and salty combination is always my favorite flavors. I sincerely would recommend this dish even though the price is quite high.

海鮮煎餅

我吃過在美國的韓國人做的海鮮煎餅, 較厚偏軟,也吃過台北東區的 “韓屋村韓國餐廳” 小Size 海鮮煎餅, 焦香但是沒有吃傳統韓國海鮮煎餅的感覺, 在韓國釜山吃的觀光客海鮮煎餅的海鮮偏少. 在三元花園韓式餐廳瑞光店吃到的海鮮煎餅目前是我最滿意, 主要原因是他們的海鮮煎餅是用半煎炸的方式, 意思就是油加得比較多, 所以比較酥脆, 海鮮料也多, 我個人蠻推薦, 前提是你可以接受類似蔥油餅的薄脆口感的韓式海鮮煎餅!
I tasted the pancake that Korean restaurant in USA makes. It is thick and soft. I also tasted “Han Wu Village Korean Restaurant” at Taipei. I don’t feel like I am eating the traditional pancake since it is in mini size. I was at Busan eating seafood pancake that tourists tasted. The seafood is less than expected. Now, I am eating Seafood & Chive pancake at Samwon Garden restaurant. It is so far my favorite seafood pancake. The main reason would be that it is extra crispy. The seafood ingredients are in fair amount. I would recommend it. But, you would need to like the thin and extra crispy texture though.

雪濃湯
Bone Soup with Sliced Beef and Noodles

店員將三元的鹽放置於桌上, 隨後熱騰騰雪濃湯端上桌, 店員特別告知湯要灑上三元的鹽會比較好吃, 看了一眼三元自己拌炒的鹽巴組合, 至少有岩鹽與黑胡椒, 先單喝一口湯, 確實連肉味都很難察覺到, 先盛上一碗湯麵與肉, 再撒上少許鹽巴, 用牛骨熬製而成的雪濃湯鹹香味爆發於口裡, 美味程度頓時升高. 這道料理似乎沒有出現在各種三元套餐裡, 看來是只能單點?!
The staff brings their special salt on the table along with the hot bone soup. The staff mentioned that we must add the salt, which has rock salt and black pepper. I tasted one sip without the salt. It doesn’t feel like a meat soup at all. But, with the salt, the meaty flavor immediately burst into the mouth. With beef, noodle and the broth are great combination. However, this dish doesn’t appear in other set menu. So, I guess that you can only single order this dish.
