驢子餐廳有大直店, 也有 驢子餐廳忠孝店. 餐廳不再是以牛排為主題 , 而是轉型以「 單點義大利料理 」為主題.
The new restaurant has shifted its theme from steaks to “à la carte Italian cuisine.”
earnestos 餐廳
earnestos 餐廳 是 2024 新開幕台北餐廳之一 , earnestos 菜單由老闆之一, 也是新加坡籍主廚 Ernest Toh 卓均仰所設計.earnestos restaurant is a 2024 new Taipei restaurant. Singapore Chef Ernest Toh , who is also one of the owners , designs earnestos menu.

位於台北萬豪酒店 1F . 11am 就開門, 有早午餐也有晚餐. 有自家風乾熟成的肉品. 生火腿是現切. 鮭魚也是自家醃漬.
It is located at Taipei Marriott Hotel 1F. They open at 11am. They also have brunch and dinner. It shows that the meats are aged and dried at the store.

2023 10,11, 12月 台北新開幕餐廳
Nomade Taipei 諾瑪餐酒館
建議初次 2 ~ 4人去, 建議訂位 , 我本來想寫成部落格文章, 後來決定不寫. 因為發現最喜歡的兩道菜餚是 Christmas Menu. 真心他們希望做成 可以預訂的「 招牌菜餚」.
I was going to write into Blog article. However, two of my favorite dishes are from Christmas Menu. I would prefer that they made those dishes as “Reserve-Only” signature dishes.
