有跑過夜店的人應該都知道“Champagnes Train”吧? Moet & Chandon 香檳是一種氣泡酒, “COCCHI ASTI DOLCE DOCG”則是氣泡白葡萄酒, 酒標上的“DOLCE”即是甜的意思, 此款酒擁有義大利酒最高等級的DOCG認證.
Remember “Champagnes Train” in the club? Well, Moet & Chandon Champagnes is one of the Sparkling Wines.  As for “COCCHI ASTI DOLCE DOCG”, it is basically a Sparkling Moscato. Also, when the label shows the word “DOLCE”, it means sweet.  As for DOCG (Denominazione di Origine Controllata e Garantita), it is categorized at the highest level of the Italy wines.

與其他單色酒標不一樣, 此酒標如嘉年華般充滿許多顏色, 小心地”蹦”一聲開了酒, 二氧化碳如乾冰般逐漸釋出, 倒出清澈淡金色, 白雲般的氣泡跟酒體約5秒鐘後徹底分開, 尚未喝前就已先聞到淡淡經典Moscato的果香味, 品嚐一口即可明顯感受到氣泡如跳跳糖般在舌尖跳動, 味蕾會先感受到類似鳳梨般風味, 過了三小時後氣泡仍然存在, 但風味此時已轉化為類似偏酸的柑橘.   由於此款酒結構簡單, 正是搭配冷火腿三明治或是沙拉的最佳野餐酒! 由於是白酒, 台灣人都蠻愛喝, 雖然有點甜, 但我還是會推薦, 因為太便宜. 
Unlike other wine labels, this wine labels shows colorful with festival atmosphere. After popping the bottle, the carbon hydrate releases like dry ice.   Pouring out the transparent light golden color wine, the white bubbles mixed with wine body for a moment before separate completely. You can smell the sweet scented aroma before drinking. The tastebud feels the carbon hydrate like popping candy.  Delightful sweetness with fruity aroma (most likely pineapple) will fulfills you mouth. After 3 hours, the carbon hydrate is still strong but the taste changes to hints of citric flavor. This wine is perfect for picnic occasion to share with your friends. This sparkling wine is perfect pairing with cold ham sandwiches or salad. Because it is too cheap, I would recommend this item to Taiwanese since we love white wine a lot.
