台北萬豪 INGE’S Bar & Grill 是餐廳為主, 酒吧為輔, INGE’S 酒吧是少數台北戶外景觀高空酒吧之一, 也在許多內湖大直上班族選擇小酌的酒吧清單裡.
INGE’S Bar & Grill is located at Taipei Marriott Hotel 20F. It is a restaurant and also a bar. INGE’S Bar can be called as Taipei Sky Bar since the guests can see the far away Taipei 101.

台北萬豪酒店最靠近劍南捷運站三號出口, 路程約 10 ~ 15 分鐘, 台北萬豪酒店大廳直走是 “IL MERCATO 大直宴會廳“, INGE’S Bar & Grill 位於台北萬豪酒店 20 樓, INGE’S Bar & Grill 3pm ~ 5pm 並無營業. 台北萬豪 INGE’S Bar & Grill 餐廳景觀比 “板橋 ABV PENTHOUSE BISTRO” 更具震撼性, 景觀可看到遠方的台北 101, 最特別的是可看到松山機場飛機起降, 因為 270 度景觀, 也可看到美麗華摩天樓夜景, 符合美酒搭配美景的不敗定律. 台北萬豪 INGE’S Bar 酒吧晚上五點開始營業, 每人低消為 NTD $500 . 圖ㄧ深藍色座位區是低消 NTD $500 座位. 文末有更多裝潢和調酒影片
You can exit from No. 3 Exit of Jiannan MRT station, which is near Miramar Department Store.There will be about 10 ~ 15 minutes walking distance to arrive Taipei Marriott Hotel lobby. “IL MERCATO Dazhi” is also at the same hotel. INGE’S Bar & Grill is located at 20th floor. And it does not open during 3pm ~ 5pm. The view is more stunning than “ABV PENTHOUSE BISTRO”. The guest can see the far away Taipei 101 and Songshan Airport. INGE’S Bar opens at 5PM. The minimum charge of each person is NTD $500. Picture 1 blue sofa area is NTD $500 minimum charge. artender Hsin 推薦煙燻系列調酒, 與 INGE’S Bar & Grill 燒烤餐廳主題相呼應, 我跟朋友各點了性格截然不同的調酒代表作, 跟 Bartender 溝通是一種藝術, 聊天溝通後, Bartender Hsin 先調一杯 Oh! Fashioned. Bartender 陸續注入美國裸麥威士忌和美國波本威士忌, 加入苦精與少許糖, 乾燥橘子切片上方再小心將乾燥薰衣草煙燻. 尚未喝之前即可嗅到迷人的薰衣草香氣, 第一口威士忌高酒精度讓舌尖覺醒, 一邊嗅到煙燻風味一邊喝很 Man 的威士忌, 尾韻深厚, 越喝會越順, 我不會說適合男生或女生, 因為我喝純威士忌, 所以基本上我會推薦給平常有在喝純威士忌也可接受薰衣草香氣的人.
Bartender Hsin recommended smokey cocktail series, which matches the restaurant’s theme. There are more details in the video at the end of article. Communicating and discussing cocktail preference with the bartender is very important. After discussing, Bartender Hsin makes the first cocktail- “Oh! Fashioned”. There are two types of whiskeys -Rye Whiskeys and Bourbon Whiskey in this cocktail. He also torched the dried lavender on the top of the dried orange slice. Before drinking, the nose can sense the strong lavender aroma. The first sip of this high alcohol brings impact to the tastebuds along with the classic smoky aroma. If you like to drink whiskey and accept the lavender aroma, I would definitely recommend this drink.

Royal Angel 名稱符合這杯雞尾酒的優雅外觀,西班牙氣泡酒先佔滿雞尾酒杯一半, 百香果果泥與蜂蜜增加了整款雞尾酒的甜度, 也讓每一口皆是濃郁百香果風味, 讓梅茲可 (龍舌蘭的一種) 烈酒威力隱藏在其中, 煙燻風味並不會非常明顯, 這杯調酒是店內銷售 No. 1 的調酒, 我會推薦給喜歡果香的人.
Royal Angel is the cocktail’s name, which matches the appearance. The bartender pours the Cava till 1/2 of the glass. The passion fruit puree and the honey increase the sweet level of this cocktail. Every sip is thick passional fruit flavor. I can barely taste Mezcal, which is a type of Tequila. The smoky flavor is not too obvious. Royal Angel cocktail is the No. 1 cocktail in Taipei Marriott Hotel INGE’S Bar & Grill. I would recommend this cocktail to people who prefer fruity aroma and flavor.
