這篇文章是關於 我的 2021 台北父親節餐廳推薦名單, 由於疫情, 我只精選三家適合家庭聚會, 也適合外帶的台北餐廳. 皆需要事先預訂餐點.
This article is regarding my 2021 Taipei Father’s Day Restaurants Recommendation list. Due to Covid, I only select three restaurants that are suitable for to-go restaurant with family theme. You would need to make reservation for to-go in advance.

我先說我父親大人的飲食偏好, 你們可以斟酌看我選的餐廳是不是符合您父親的喜好
✅ 吃小辣的程度, 排除川菜與麻辣鍋
✅ 不吃素, 暫時排除米其林必比登 “祥和蔬食餐廳”
✅ 偏好中港台式料理
✅ 外帶加熱對美食程度沒有太大影響
I would like to mention my father’s cuisine preference. You can take it into consideration to see if it matches your family’s preference.
✅ Only able to eat small amount of spicy level
✅ Not A Vegetarian. So, “Serenity Restaurant” is not on my list at the moment.
✅ Prefer Chinese, Cantonese and Taiwanese cuisine
✅ The re-heat process won’t affect the delicious level too much.

晶華軒
Silks House Taipei
近期晶華軒外帶料理評價高, 可以在側門不用下車即可拿外帶料理. 飯店門口也有固定計程車車隊. 至於外帶菜單部分, 我個人不會推薦烤鴨或是蒸點類港式點心, 父親節可外帶美味的海鮮類泡飯與其他桌菜系列, 泡飯的米, 湯與其他食材皆是分開放, 到家裡再加熱烹煮, 前提是家裡要有一個大鍋子.

Recently, Silks House Taipei To-Go service is quite famous. You can pick up the TO-GO at the side door of Regent Hotel. They have taxi service at the front door as well. As for to-go menu, I wouldn’t suggest Cantonese Roast Duck nor steamed dim sum. I would suggest Crispy Rice Puff with Seafood broth or other table cuisines. Please note that the crispy rice puff ,seafood broth, and other ingredients are packed separately. You would need to reheat/cook it together. However, you would need a large pot though.

泰和樓
Taihe House
泰和樓是主打“溫和不尖酸”的酸菜白肉鍋, 至於外帶菜單部分, 他們推出父親節料理桌菜組合, 後來詢問是可以單點外帶外送. 我反而推薦北方小點- 例如銀絲卷, 蝦肉煎餃, 韭菜盒子.

Taihe House pickled cabbage hot pot doesn’t have too much acidity. As for To-Go menu, they are promoting Father’s Day Table cuisine Set combination. They also accept single order dish for to-go or delivery. I would recommend other small dishes – Chinese Crispy Roll , Pan-Fried Shrimp Dumpling and Chive Pocket.

請注意金蓬萊位於天母, 捷運交通較不方便. 近期金蓬萊推出外帶父親節套餐, 也可單點, 料理是以台式為主, 由於是米其林一星餐廳, 你們的預算需要高一些.

Please note that Golden Formosa Restaurant is located at Tianmu. It is a bit far from Taipei Central Area. Recently, they are promoting their Father’s Day Combination. You can also order single order dishes. They offer Taiwanese cuisine. Since Golden Formosa Restaurant is Michelin One Star, the price would be higher.
