Pai Pai Cannoli 是赤峰街美食之一, 最靠近中山捷運站四號出口, Pai Pai Cannoli 與 Parko Parco 義大利牛肚包 是同一位老闆, 也在我的中山站美食推薦名單裡.我一訪時還沒有內用座位. 近期 2021 年重新裝潢新開幕, 除了有內用座位外, 牆上也掛著不定期主題更換的畫作. Pai Pai Cannoli 訂位方式是打電話訂位 (02-2558-8765 ) . 用餐限制 90 分鐘.
Pai Pai Cannoli is one of the dessert shops at Chifeng street area. It is near Exit 4 of Zhongshan MRT station. Both Pai Pai Cannoli and Parko Parco have the same owner. During my first visit, there its any indoor seats. Now, the shop is reopened with indoor seating area. There are also paintings on the wall as well. The reservation method is to call to reserve (02-2558-8765). The limited dining time is 90 minutes.

開心果卡諾里卷

圖片是我一訪吃的照片, 在 Pai Pai Cannoli 吃到的則是較為正統的 Cannoli. Pai Pai Cannoli 老闆自製卡諾里的水管卷餅皮, 這款開心果卡諾里卷內餡吃起來如同酪梨醬的口感, 檸檬香氣勾勒出適量鹽烤開心果風味,再搭配杏仁的堅果香, 酥脆餅皮更是讓這一道義大利甜點完美. 以甜點少見程度與獨特風味, 我會推薦開心果卡諾里卷.
The items and prices are based on the shop menu. Last time I had Cannoli was at “First one Bistro” as the set dessert. Pai Pai Cannoli has the classic and formal cannoli. The owner makes their own cannoli cookie texture appearance. The pistachio filling tastes a bit like avocado paste texture. The lemon flavor enhances the Pistachio flavor along with nutty flavor. The crispy appearance makes the dessert quite delicious. I would definitely recommend Pistachio Cannoli.

橄欖油鹽之花奶酪

之前我在台北都沒有吃到足以推薦的奶酪. 在 Pai Pai Cannoli 甜點店, 一向是佐餐甜點的奶酪終於成為主角! 鹽之花讓具有濃郁奶香的奶酪搭配義大利橄欖油不會過於突兀, 我個人喜歡吃這款在台北少見的義大利甜點, 美味程度值得點! 我個人自己是可以吃完這一道, 份量是兩人可點來分享.
I didn’t taste any Panda Cotta that is worth recommended. Now at Pai Pai Cannoli, the Panna Cotta is finally at the spotlight. Most Taiwanese are not used to EVOO in the dessert. But the Fleur de sel makes the milky Panna Cotta pairs great with the Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Lorenzo Brand Olive Oil). I can finish this dessert dish by myself. But, the quantity is good enough for 2 people to share.
榛果拿鐵卡諾里捲

這是新口味, 光是“義大利皮蒙特 IGP認證榛果”這一點就值得點, 榛果醬不會過甜, 適量堅果拿鐵風味一向是我喜歡的組合, 若是咖啡風味能夠濃一點會更好.
This is new flavor. They use IGP Hazelnut, which is quite delicious and well-known top ingredient. The hazelnut paste is not overly too sweet. The Hazelnut Latte flavor combination is always my favorite. However, I would wish that there are more coffee flavor.
接骨木氣泡飲
Elderflower Bubble

原本以為接骨木糖漿會蓋住其他風味, 品飲後, 發現以蜂蜜檸檬風味為主, 很適合搭配任何甜點又不會奪走主要甜點的光芒, 有著漸層美的氣泡飲料又好喝的飲料不多了.
At the beginning, I thought the elderflower syrup is going to cover other flavors. It turns out the honey lemon flavor dominates the tastebuds. Overall, the drink pairs great with any dessert. I would recommend this drink if you have heavy flavor cannoli – cinnamon caramel or chocolate flavor.

台灣人對這款咖啡很熟悉, 喝起來與 “Fly’s Kitchen” 西西里冰咖啡有些相似. 圖片是我一訪的照片
Most Taiwnese are familiar with this type of coffee.The coffee tastes similar with “Fly’s Kitchen” Sisley coffee. I took this picture during my first visit.

焦糖肉桂卡諾里捲

這是 Pai Pai Cannoli 的新口味, 主要以焦糖風味為主, 肉桂辛香特色反而比較沒有明顯. 這款卡諾里捲比較適合喜歡焦糖而且能接受高甜度的饕客.
This is the new flavor. The major flavor is caramel sweetness. The cinnamon flavor is not obvious as expected. This cannoli is suitable for people who like caramel and accept high level sweetness.
義大利血橙果茶
Blood Orange Tea

最特別的是此為新鮮義大利血橙果汁, 而非濃縮, 喝起來與葡萄柚風味相似, 檸檬風味為其次, 我個人希望伯爵茶香能與葡萄柚風味一樣明顯.
The great part of this drink is that they use fresh blood orange tea instead of syrup. The blood orange juice tastes similar as grapefruit juice. The lemon flavor comes as secondary flavor. I personally wish that the earl grey tea flavor can be as strong as the grapefruit flavor.
提拉米蘇

可用店家自製卡諾里捲刮起上層的瑪斯卡邦乳酪 ( Mascarpone Cheese ) 一起入口, 可感受到脆與滑順的口感, 主廚採用 Marsala 而不是 Rum, 所以蛋糕體並沒有酒味, 蛋糕本身有明顯咖啡風味, 份量建議兩人分享.
You can use cannoli shells to scoop up the mascarpone cheese. You can taste both crispy texture and smooth texture. The chef uses marsala instead of rum. So, the cake itself is not with alcohol aroma. The tastebuds can sense coffee flavor. The quantity is good for two people to share.
