About Miss V Bakery Reservation and Minimum Charge
目前 Miss V Bakery 有赤峰店與敦北店兩家店, 我去的是 Miss V Bakery Cafe 赤峰店, 介於雙連站一號出口與中山站四號出口中間, 走路皆需 5 ~ 10 分鐘. Cafe 裡有著鄉村般的裝潢, 店內除了肉桂捲外, 也有販售蛋糕甜點, 餐廳中間有著長桌, 窗邊有單人高腳座位, Miss V Bakery 訂位可打電話或是 FB 私訊, Miss V Bakery 低消是 NTD $150/人, 若是有候位則是限時用餐 2 小時.
Miss V Bakery has two stores – Chifeng and Dunnan branches. The location is between Exit 4 of Zhongshan MRT station and Exit 1 of Shuanglian MRT station about 5 ~ 10 minutes walking distance. Both outdoor and indoor design shows mostly country theme. Besides cinnamon rolls, Miss V Bakery Cafe also offers cakes and desserts. They have a long table along with single high chairs by the windows. You can reserve by phone or private message. Miss V Bakery minimum charge is NTD $150/per person. If there is any lineup, the minimum dining hour is 2 hours.

Miss V Bakery 的肉桂捲有四種 – 原味肉桂捲, 糖霜肉桂捲, 奶油起司肉桂捲, 焦糖黏黏包. 蘋果日報評比的冠軍肉桂捲就是 Miss V Bakery 焦糖黏黏包. 外觀與 與 “Fly’s Kitchen” 完全不同, Miss V 肉桂捲並沒有濃厚的肉桂焦糖糖漿, 麵包口感則是富有彈性且軟嫩, 而不是酥脆口感, 肉桂風味雖然沒有 “承繼肉桂捲” 細緻, 但是仍舊可感受得到肉桂香氣. 我個人是比較喜歡 “Twin Brothers Coffee ““那種酥脆焦糖直球般的香甜.
Miss V Bakery has four types of cinnamon rolls – original cinnamon roll, cinnamon roll with icing sugar, cinnamon roll with cream cheese, and sticky bun. The No. 1 cinnamon roll is the sticky bun. The appearance is different from “Fly’s Kitchen”. Miss V Bakery cinnamon roll is without caramel cinnamon syrup. The texture is not crispy, instead, it is soft. The cinnamon flavor is not as strong as “Cheng Ji Cinnmon Roll” though. I personally prefer the crispy and sweet cinnamon roll, just like at “Twin Brothers Coffee”.

Miss V Bakery 居然有賣”山山” 品牌的茶, 就決定點蜜香紅茶, 金萱茶種, 全發酵紅茶喝起來不澀, 搭配肉桂捲並不會蓋住肉桂香味.
Miss V Bakery offers Shan Shan Cha brand tea. So, I decide to order Honey Black Tea. Fully Fermented Tea is not bitter and pairs well with the cinnamon roll.
