Matcha One 訂位與低消
Matcha One Reservation ＆ Minimum Charge
Matcha One 齊東店離忠孝新生2 號出口約15 分鐘路程, 也算是華山文創園區的週邊美食, 日式老宅很好認, 外觀看起來比 “和合青田” 更日式 , Matcha One 齊東店訂位是採 inline ( https://reurl.cc/zMAlAk ）, 複雜規則都寫在 inline 頁面 (如圖) . 最需要注意的是低消與訂金, 用餐時間限制則是 90 分鐘
✅ 板前區套餐: NTD $1200 /人 , 每人需要付 50% 訂金
✅ 板前區低消: NTD $450 /人
✅ 沙發包廂區低消: NTD $450 / 人
✅ 一般座位區低消: NTD $350 / 人
**以上皆需再加 10% 服務費, 一切以官方頁面公布為主
Matcha One is about 15 minutes walking distance from Zhongxiao Xinshen MRT station. It is one of the Huanshan Creative Park nearby restaurants. Matcha One appearance is closer to Japanese style than “HeHe QingTian”. You would need to reserve via inline ( https://reurl.cc/zMAlAk ）. All the complicated rules are stated at the website. The most important parts would be minimum charge and downpayment. The minimum dining time is 90 minutes.

✅ Counter Seat Area Non-Set Minimum Charge: NTD $450 /person
✅ Private Sofa Dining Room Minimum Charge: NTD $450/person

我跟朋友是坐一般座位區. 當天去的時候也是有人坐板前區.

Matcha One 套餐皆是一款甜點 + 一杯 NTD $200 飲料, 超過補差額. 我跟朋友則是決定一人點一款蛋糕甜點, 再點一款茶品兩人分享. 上次吃抹茶千層蛋糕是在 “OZ Cafe & Bistro” , 雖然都是抹茶千層, 卻與 Match One 不同風格. Matcha One 是著重在多且濃郁抹茶內餡, OZ 則是著重在千層的層次. 兩款千層蛋糕各有愛好者. 抹茶內餡不會過苦或是過甜, 日式抹茶風格十足, 如果平常愛吃抹茶蛋糕, 應該會愛這款.
Matcha One set is one dessert + NTD $200 drink. My friend and I decide to order two desserts and one hot pot drink to share. Last time I had Matcha Mille Crepe was at “OZ Bistro”. It is a different style. OZ Bistro focus on its crepe. As for Matcha One, they focus on the filling. The filling is not overall too sweet nor bitter. If you a matcha lover, you would love this dessert.

抹茶蛋糕卷

老實說, 我個人比較少吃抹茶甜點, 原因是我不太喜歡抹茶的苦味, 但是我可以接受 Matcha One 的抹茶甜點, 沒有預期地苦, 而且口味出眾, 這款的蛋糕本體不會過乾, 裡面的抹茶內餡因為奶油內餡而平衡, 如果平常怕吃抹茶, 這款算是不錯的選擇.
Honestly, I don’t eat matcha dessert much. The main reason would be the bitterness from the matcha. But, I can definitely accept the delicious and match flavor. The creamy filling inside the roll also balance out the matcha. If you don’t like matcha, this dessert might be your baby step.

Matcha One 菜單上有許多飲品選擇, 有抹茶類熱冰飲外, 也有咖啡. 我跟朋友點了熱玄米茶分享, 對我們來說, 這價格與體驗會比各自點一杯飲料還要划得來
There are many drink options – hot matcha, cold match and even coffee. My friend and I order hot Genmaicha to share. The experience and price is better than we order two drinks.
